People pick up the phone tell you items are in stock when you go there 15-20 minutes later they don’t have the items you asked for. Do your job and actually check if things are in stock and not just say they on the phone. Waste of time

I was distressed about medication changes and multiple prescriptions for my father. It was frustrating and confusing. Spiro, in the Rite Aid pharmacy, was fantastic. He helped me figure out a way to get the right medications and explained how the medications interacted and told me what possible complications and/or reactions to watch for. He was a tremendous help. Kudos!

The Pharmacists and staff are always professional, attentive and courteous. They tend to go the extra mile, if you are understanding, like doing a prescription that they only got from my doctors office a minute before, or redoing a prescription when it went to the wrong store (there are 2 along this street). My drug plan unfortunately, limits the pharmacy I can go to now, but I tend to go here whenever possible still.

This Rite Aid I swear to God every time there is no cashier and I keep waiting then I have to call the Rite Aid that I am currently in and hope someone picks up after the automated system finishes. Buying something shouldnt be this hard.

When ever I go this pharmacy they have western union money transfer machine but when you call out of service

The manger is a RASICT. HE RUDE WHEN HE Talks to people and when to talks to his employees. I have had several talks to him, inference to a override, to price check, ( Wrong price) to outdated food on the shelf( to bad dont buy it). He VERY arrogant . I have been going there now for 2 years ONLY because my clients medicine is there. They are homebound. I was wondering why I dont see more people of color in the store. So I Just happen to notice a few, so I ask a few people how often to they come in to this store. The answer I got was the manger is VERY NASTY........WE. Know people cant change their views about how they feel, but if you work I. The Public eyes then keep your feeling to YOURSELF.....
