Dr. Huang was very thorough and professional.She explained everything and provided the best options on what strength was needed for driving, reading and distance.She answered all my questions and put me at ease.I would highly recommend her to others!

I believe Dr Wong (not Huang) took care of me today. Anyways, she was very knowledgeable and suggested multi-focal contacts which where a better fit for me vs. mono-focal since I only use my contacts for sport activities and not daily. Really liked her very personable and thorough. Comfort & visibility was much better. Id give a 5 star rating but the front office needs a better pecking order system for internal phone calls. Waited for half hour for someone to answer phone, on hold doesnt count, so I went to the store and reception wasnt busy at all?? Customer service means a lot in the industry as theres too much optical competition in OC not to provide good customer service. Just saying!!

My appointment was amazing! The doctor really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my new prescription. Would definitely recommend going to Target Optical Huntington Beach East to a friend!

Dr. Ngo is great! First time trying out contacts and she was so patient and supportive. Brenda was amazing at providing guidance and instruction. After 6 pairs of contacts and 10 tries my son was finally able to put in and take out his new contacs. Thank you so much to the both! You are both amazing! 10 star for amazing customer service!

I set up an eye exam and contact lens fitting appointment through Targets website to get my eyes checked. Helen was knowledgeable, friendly and quick! It look about ~30 minutes or so. I will be returning in a week to follow up with my contact lens. Thank you!

The team was very helpful from the front desk when I arrived throughout the exam and helping me fill my prescription. I was also very impressed in the turn around time in getting my glasses it took less than a week.

Dr was friendly and patient. She was efficient but didn’t rush my young son that took a little bit longer to follow directions. She explained things well and asked if we had any questions.

From the office staff to the Dr exam it was a very pleasant experience. Everything is explained upfront. I highly recommend!

I have been wearing glasses since 1998 and I must say that was one thorough exam. Not only does she check your grade but also the over-all health of your eyes, refraction, movement, peripheral vision, and much more. Her office is very neat. I appreciate the cleanliness and infection control protocols set during this pandemic. They won’t push you to upgrade your glasses or any service. Their service was quick and efficient. Plus they are located in Target so I can do my shopping after.
