I am traveling, had an emergency and just had to pick a dentist to take me quickly. From the first phone call to being greeted at the door, the assistant and the dentist, this could not have been a better experience. Based off ratings and location to my home I made an appointment here. I am already very afraid of dentist. They sent me a text message to tell me my dental insurance was term. That was false. It really turnt me off.

Great 1st time dental appointment for 4-year old and excellent follow-up for 9-year old. This was my first time seeing Dr. Miller and his staff and the reviews were spot on. Both children left happy from a visit with the dentist. The exams were thorough. My son actually had two baby teeth removed during the experience and he was glad the dentist gave him “a new look” for the school year. Don’t hesitate. You’ll be pleased with the experience.

Dr Guice is very nice person. Same for everyone in his office. But in my case it did not work well. He tried to replace a crown and could not get new one so I eventually lost my tooth. That loss will cost me a fortune to recover. In addition to that I had a cost of other crown estimated in one amount while final cost was almost doubled. After speaking with Insurance Company experts they determined that he simply inflated cost. Now I have to deal with collectors, even that I paid original estimated cost. Dr Guice is really good doctor but only when you have perfect teeth and a lot money to pay his charges. I eventually found a better doctor who does everything twice less expensive with the same level of quality. Final shock for me was that many teeth deemed to have problems were not qualified for any repairs when inspected by other dentists... So Dr Guice is true businessman in first turn!

My 4 year old daughter really enjoys going to the dentist! The staff is always very nice and friendly. They make her feel comfortable when she is sitting in the chair and they answer any questions she has while she is getting her teeth cleaned :) Best of all, she thinks the little goody bag of toothpaste, a toothbrush, and floss is the greatest reward ever!

Remarkable Dentistry practice. Just completed a $30,000.00 Full Mouth Restoration, and the outcome was wonderful. Dr. Scott Guice has been my families personal Dentist for 12 years, and in my opinion, is one of the finest dental professionals in the South East. The dental assistant in this procedure, Linda, is extraordinary and highly skilled. It is critically important to credit the pre-prep assistant with equal accolades in such a procedure. The Lake Norman Dentistry practice is impeccably clean, and all staff, remain wonderful, compassionate, and kind professionals. Dr. Guice is methodical, focused on fitness, continuing dental education and superior lab relationships in creating a stunningly artistic, client centric outcome, and with beautifully crafted crowns and veneers. These characteristics are what you must seek out in a major restoration of this nature. It requires tremendous focus, education, mathematical precision and endurance on the part of the practitioner and assistant to re-establish a patients bite and avoid a cascade of alternative outcomes. The final outcome was flawless, and all staff paid close attention to what was important to this patient. In the 5 months involving numerous procedures, I had a wonderful time, and did every thing at once. It is my recommendation that one considers doing the whole procedure at once. I incorporated a Water Pik flosser into my daily regimen and maintained impeccable oral hygiene pre and post. In doing this, my gums were extraordinarily healthy when veneers and crowns were placed, and gum recession and margin issues were almost non existent. Doing all at once also permits the lab an opportunity to match all crowns and veneers precisely in color and bite, and extends the practitioners in this procedure an opportunity to collaborate with autonomy. As such, in my procedure, the final placement was virtually without any final adjustment. Trust the process...Get mentally prepared...your life will change, the texture of your teeth will feel different, you will have 50 plus virtually painless, Novocain injections, and it is imperative that you do not over correct on adjustments. Just be patient, and permit every facet of each procedure time to settle in. Get a thin bite-guard made to protect the new crowns and veneers through the procedure and post, until all becomes final and comfortable. This is without question the best investment I have ever made in myself, and remain truly grateful.

CROOKS!!!!They were HORRIBLE. I waited an hour and a half after my appointment in the waiting room and was never even apologized to. I had asked them to run my filling through insurance BEFORE I came in due to the fact that they were a new dentist and I wanted to know how much it was going to be. They told me, I paid the balance and 5 months later they charged me an additional $250 stating that they were wrong about what insurance was going to pay. They are CROOKS!!
