This was the nicest experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Ashley gave me the best dental cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Wing was exceptionally nice and understanding about the dental work I need done. He explained my options and made suggestions on what to work on first. Then do the balance in stages. He was very caring. Im recommending to all my friends and neighbors.

I had three dental implants over 2 hours with Dr Wing. The experience was excellent. After the numbing the procedure was very slowly executed and checked at several stages to ensure the inserts were correctly positioned. I did not feel anything and after 24 hrs, my jaw feels fine.

I have a deep fear of dentists and have gone through years of refusing to go unless an emergency. Then I found Dr. Wing, explained my phobia and he has been so awesome! I do not suffer the after pain as I used to and I fully believe that it is because Dr. Wing is gentle and takes his time to do things right with minimal pain. I am not afraid to for dental work anymore, however I do still tend to wait until necessary... I highly recommend Birkdale Dentistry.

Excellent dental service. Came here looking for a new dental specialist, because my previous dentist apparently got his license out of a cereal box. It felt refreshing to be in the presence of someone with actual skill, knowledge, and professionalism in their field. I am a Veteran of the Afghanistan War and in 2010 I was severely injured. I suffered extensive damage to my mouth and front teeth and was told by the VA doctors and Military Dentists that I would not be able to receive any implants because of my bone loss. I met Dr. Wing and chose him based on reviews like the one I am writing now. I went in for a cleaning and other maintenance having given up years ago on getting a permanent implant. Dr. Wing almost brought me to tears when he said it would be no problem to replace my teeth with a permanent implant. Today I have a perfect smile and I dont wear a mouthpiece. I cannot recommend a more knowledgeable, caring and wonderful dentist as Dr. Wing. He changed my life I mean that with all my heart and I am not over stating this fact. They worked with me on insurance and payments and his staff is every bit as great as he is. Dr. Wing has a patient for life and I go to him for all my dental needs. The procedure was explained to me from start to finish, and the best part is that there was no lengthy waiting periods at all!Today I am taking my son. My first visit to Birkdale Dental was by far, the most welcoming, professional experience I have ever had in a dental practice. Every person I encountered had a smile on their face ( could even tell under the masks), and that says a lot! Office was spotless, and top of the line equipment used. Dental hygienist, Lauren, and Dr. Wing, were extremely thorough and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would DEFINITELY refer friends and family!

My experience with the dental work was fabulous. My concern is the lack of Covid prevention restrictions. This was the only dental, medical and service industry place (hairs, nails) I’ve been that did not check temperatures or limit the number of people in the waiting rooms. There were 3 other people besides me in the very small waiting room. In addition, when I walked in, only one person behind the desk was wearing a mask properly and then again just one person out of the two when I checked out. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and I will likely change my dentist due to this lack of concern.

It’s been almost two years since I first met Dr. Wing and his staff. Relocating to a new city is challenging. Finding a qualified dentist is even more of a challenge-that was not the case with Dr. Wing and his team. From day one, Dr. Wing has been proactive in dealing with my bridge problem. When it finally came time to replace the bridge, he took the time to explain everything in specific detail. I must admit, the work he did was fabulous. I now have my smile back! What an amazing staff at Birkdale Dental! I was in severe pain & called the office, she immediately gave me an appointment, informed me about Care Credit and treated me so kindly. I got to the office and the ladies at the front desk were so empathetic & nice. They got me right in with CeCe and Dr Wing who were sensitive to how much pain I was in, my procedures went very well and the aftercare was amazing! I had a damaged tooth that eventually cracked above the gum line. I had put off having it cut out for two years. I was scared because Id had a reaction to anesthesia several years earlier. I also new the procedure involved risk due to the closeness of the tooth to my sinuses. I started having pain. Dr. Wing actually responded to my call while on a family vacation and ordered me an antibiotic. He has since cut out my tooth, and it was practically painless. He explained the procedure as he went along, telling me what I would feel, even as he numbed my mouth. He and his staff were perfectly pleasant and watched over me, even taking my blood pressure to make sure I had no adverse reaction. I 100% recommend Dr. Wing for dental and surgical procedures. This place is God sent. Went in yesterday due to excruciating pain that I had going on 2 weeks. Found out I needed a root canal and ASAP because of an infection. Great experience. Dr. Compton is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. It was probably the most thorough examination I have had. He fixed a filling that fell out as well as filled two other cavities while I was there and I have to say that it was such a pleasant surprise. He numbs only the tooth he is working on instead of your whole mouth and this is the FIRST time I have ever been to a dentist where I didnt have pain from needle injections or rough hands. He talked me through everything and listened to me when I was nervous or needed to rest for a minute. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a dental office and plan on only seeing him for all dental needs in the future! Thank you so much for such a great experience Dr. Compton!
