Very professional office. They provide the best all around dental care I have ever had. I am very pleased with the improvement on my oral care. Their staff is very warm and welcoming along with excellent customer service. I recommend their practice all the time.

The best dentist office I have ever had. I have always hesitated to go to dentists because the experience generally was unpleasant. I have been going to the Smile Architects for about 2 years and every visit is 5 stars. Actually 10 stars all around from the moment you enter the building to when you leave. My daughter is also with me for every visit and the entire staff looks after her during my appointments. It really deals like a family. Also at the Smile Architects all your work can be completed in one day. Not like most dentists that require a second visit because they have to get an outside company to make a cown or implant. Dr Jim does all the work on-site.

My family has been going to the smile architects for over 15 years. The exceptional service and friendly staff are amazing.

First of all, the care is second to none. From the moment you enter, youre treated professionally, quickly and with clinical expertise. The entire staff is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Jessie was the assistant that helped me. She was very helpful and made me feel at home as being at the dentist is always nerve racking. Kristen was my hygienist and was very through and got my teeth back to the sparkling whites that they use to be. My doctor, Doctor Chris, is very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers on how to better take care of my teeth! This group gets 10 stars!

These people are the best. They are totally professional, very friendly, and very up to date in terms of equipment and materials they use for their patients. I have always had a fear of dentists even in my adult life. It was always difficult to walk through the doors of a dentist office but here everyone really cares about each patient . The office has a beautiful setting indoors and outdoors. We will be moving to another city about 4 hours away but will not have to worry about a new dentist because we will continue to rely on Dr. Jim and his staff for all of our dental needs. This was my first visit to Smile Architects and I was very impressed! The COVID procedures were thorough and convenient (appreciated on both accounts) which made checkin a breeze. As always it was a pleasant experience. After 15 years with The Smile Architects, my wife and I both still look forward to going to the dentist. I remember my first trip after moving to Huntersville. Dr. Meletiou asked me if I had been seeing a dentist regularly. I had been doing so twice a year for the previous twenty years, but the work didnt show it.

The new crown technology is awesome. No more temporary crowns! Dr. Jim always takes the time to educate me about my dental procedures. Great practice!

Dr. Jim and his assistant provided excellent care during a recent visit where the procedure was much more complicated than anticipated. They explained everything they were doing and their plans to complete the process. I trusted their expertise and the results were better than expected. I felt my best interest was their first goal.

Our local adult children and grandson are also patients. Im currently half way through Invisalign treatment and am pleased with how things are going.

I’ve been going to Meletiou and Meletiou since I was 3 years old. And now I take my five children. They are kind, timely, and work hard to make sure all of our dental needs are cared for well. I trust them to do what’s best for my family.

Smile Architects is a very modern practice. Facilities are immaculate, hygienists and the Drs. Meletiou have done much to expand a brand in an industry that is difficult to create unique experiences. My initial visit, with Dr. John Memetiou was thorough, unintimidating and he thoroughly communicated to me, in a full 45 minute discussion, my needs to a more healthy dental profile.Two days later, I followed up with a regular cleaning, which I have neglected due to Covid. All in all, much work to be done, but I am confident in their abilities and skills and look forward to a well functioning dental profile. I dont do this regularly, with very personal decisions, but if you are looking for a new dentist, or an original dentist, I would highly recommend the Smile Architects. Get over the pun, make your choices, and, good luck to all.

I have just completed my Invisaline treatment through The Smile Archetect. Dr. Jim and the staffs attentiveness has made this an enjoyable experience, and I am delighted with the result. Concern for my overall dental health is apparent during each visit, from the time I make my appointment, and through to its completion.And an added benefit is the in-house technology they use to manufacture your state-of-the-art crown. This eliminates the need for a temporary crown, and a return visit.

I have been coming here for 30 years. Even after moving to Concord, I continue to use them. Dr. Jim and Winnie (my hygienist) are both excellent. Their Cosmetic Dentistry has always looked better and lasted longer then ever expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not write many reviews, even though I experience exceptional service often. Today was a dreaded day at the dentist office. Love the cleaning and check-up appointments, but nobody likes the drill. Have been a patient of Dr. Jim for 15 yrs. I have needed the work done for many yrs. He never pushed it, even though he knew if I waited long enough, the crown would turn into something more painful and expensive. Finally realized it was time. Two hours and I was out of the office with no pain. Furthermore, he took the time to explain the entire process. Many people know the words temporary crown. Not the case here. One visit and I am home without any sign that I was at the dentist today. If you want a to see a very bright guy with the latest technology, ask for Dr. Jim. I am sure that his brother Dr. Chris is just as talented, but Dr. Jim is one that will take the time to explain your options and the process. If you are in need of a good dentist I highly recommend the Smile Architects in Huntersville.
