My 7 year old daughter is a new patient of Dr. Gails and she had her first appointment today. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly from the first phone call to set up the appointment through the entirety of the exam. My daughter was happy and comfortable the entire time, which is so important seeing that many little ones are afraid of the dentist! I was also VERY impressed with the safety procedures and protocols that are being enforced in the middle of the pandemic to ensure that EVERYONE who visits can feel that their health (parents and children) means something to this practice. Everything is absolutely spotless and modern as well. I would recommend LifeSmiles to anyone who wants their children to receive top notch dental care in a safe and comfortable environment.

Dr. Gail and the team at LifeSmiles are amazing! We started taking our 3 girls (now 7, 5, & 3) there and couldnt be happier. 7 year old had a little accident at school where she tripped and hit her mouth on a desk. Was in pain for a few days, so we brought her in for X-rays. No need! Dr. Gail knew right away what the problem was and said she could make the pain disappear immediately... With a laser! My daughter and I were both stunned at how easy and effective the process was. The pain was completely gone in about 90 seconds and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing stuff, cannot say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Pediatric dentist!

Amazing dentist for young kids! My 4 year old went there for his first dentist appointment and loved it! He had to go back for a crown due to an infection and even after that he asks to go back because he had so much fun! The kids get to watch a TV on the ceiling with a variety of shows and movies. The rooms have different themes without being cheesy. The staff is great with the kids as well. Overall we love that we found this dentist for our kids!

We love LifeSmiles!! As a family of 6 we have had a few different dentists in our day and this place is by far the best, with a family feel. My kids have always been afraid of going to see a dentist until we found LifeSmiles. My 6 year old walks back with the staff without mommy with no problem and that was as early as our 2nd visit. Dr. Gail gets on the childs level and it relaxes them almost instantly. Dr. Gail uses cute kid words like sugar bugs to help a child relax and understand. She does this while still making parents feel important too. Dr. Gail and her staff are friendly and professional. The building is gorgeous and super clean with ways to keep kids entertained while they wait as well as while they are in the work chair. My family and I feel safe when we go to LifeSmiles because we know they follow many steps to make sure we are kept healthy. These steps include masks being worn by both staff and patients, taking temperatures at the door, and sanitizer stations. Those extra steps actually take more work on their end but I feel they do it because they genuinely care about my families well being. I so appreciate the extra work they put in trying to keep my family and others safe because it gives my family peace of mind. LifeSmiles is also amazing at communication. They are on top of returning calls and making calls for important info. Dr. Gail herself after hours has personally called me just to answer questions to show me she cares. I will never take my kids anywhere else. Safe, clean, kid friendly, great communication, on time....I give this place an A+++!

I waited a month for an appointment to begin treatment for my son. Dr.Gail was very nice and kind during the consultation. My son’s appointment to begin treatment was to be tomorrow, 10/28. I received a call informing me that the mask rule would be in effect. The previous time we were at the office, we were allowed in without masks. This phone call caught me off guard and I responded harshly. The phone call with Lisa ended with her telling me that she would speak to Dr.Gail and call me back. This morning I humbled myself and wrote an email saying that I would do as they asked. This afternoon Lisa informed me that the appointment was canceled and that they would no longer see my son as a patient. Lisa is putting her hurt feelings over my son’s care. He desperately needs this work done and they are refusing to treat him. How can you call yourself a pediatric office who cares when they do something like this?

My son was told at another dentist that he would need oral surgery because they could not fill all of his cavities in the office. I called up LifeSmiles, they fit him right into their schedule, and they were able to complete his procedures without surgery. They were calm and patient, and my son actually enjoyed visiting there. I was allowed to be in the room the entire time, holding his hand. Even though we live an hour away, the drive is seriously worth it!

I highly recommend LifeSmiles. My daughter Nina has had work done there and the staff are great. They spoiled my daughter with love, toys, and healthy suckers.ETA: Took my autistic 13 year old son for a tooth removal. It was a difficult visit for him but the staff were wonderful in their care of him, and very patient with his behavior. It is a bit of a drive for us to go there but they are awesome. Dr. Gail even personally called later in the evening to check up on him.

LifeSmiles was amazing! The office is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The team was fantastic at informing us all about what we needed to know as our first time in the office. The doctor was fantastic and so great with my toddler who was less than thrilled to be there! The doctor was quick, yet thorough and great about explaining pediatric dentistry needs to us. We will definitely be back for our subsequent visits!

Dr Gayle is absolutely phenomenal with sensory children. She knows how to make the kids feel comforted and also isn’t afraid to say if she thinks work should be split into separate appointments for the comfort of her patients. We had a great experience at LifeSmiles! Beautiful office and lobby. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygenist were both very thorough, accommodating and patient. This is the third dentist I have taken my daughter to and the only time that someone really took their time with her and actually brought up an issue that might be affecting her speech development that no one else has ever brought up or mentioned. I really appreciated the time and attention to detail that they gave. It really was a wonderful visit. We are looking forward to our next appointment.

Dr. Gail helped address an upper lip tie in my newborn. I called the office looking for a consultation appointment and they made it a priority to see me that day! They understood the urgency and were extremely knowledgeable on the subject of lip/tongue ties. We had the painless laser procedure done in the office the same day and have been so happy with the results. Office is clean and very kid friendly. I highly recommend for any and all pediatric dental needs.

Our experience with Dr. Gail and her staff far exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call to the farewell gift, we were treated with such kindness and professionalism. My daughter who is 2 and 1/2 had a dental injury and Dr. Gail took care of her with gentleness and compassion. This experience was truly the most positive dental experience my daughter has had. We needed fillings/crowns done. We were told by another dentist that my daughter would need to be put to sleep during the procedure due to anxiety. Another office told us that parents aren’t allowed in the room. We then found LifeSmiles. My daughter is highly anxious from past dental experiences. Dr. Gail was AMAZING. She allowed me to sit next to my daughter and hold her hand for the entire procedure. She could tell when my daughter was becoming too anxious, and would pause and allow a “break”. The entire time, Dr. Gail complimented my daughter on how great she was doing, made small talk to keep her at ease, and genuinely seemed to care. I couldn’t thank this office enough. They truly gave my daughter a new outlook, a positive outlook, on going to the dentist.

My almost 5 year old daughter is very hesitant with new experiences, especially doctor and dentist offices. I thought we’d maybe be able to get part of a cleaning done, but we made it through a whole cleaning and were even able to do xrays. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating and let me sit in the chair with her to make her comfortable.We left with a feeling of accomplishment and my daughter felt proud of her sparkling teeth!

My two year old son Henry is a patient of Dr. Gail and weve received outstanding care from her entire office, but I wanted to share our experience with tongue tie revision specifically.Henry has had a complex medical and dental history with many different doctors, health specialists, and dentists. At 18 months of age, we noticed he was developmentally behind his peers with eating solid food. He experienced frequent choking, struggled with drinking fluids, and relied on pureed food to meet his nutritional needs. At 24 months, he was diagnosed with failure to thrive and referred to feeding therapy. Despite a variety of interventions, we were unable to determine the cause of his failure to thrive and eating impairment and his situation continued to deteriorate.I decided to do some research on my own for a new pediatric dentist and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gail to see if she could help us. She was kind and attentive, and was able to identify a posterior tongue tie. She provided information for us to go home and research whether tongue tie revision was something we wanted to pursue. We learned that many of Henrys feeding issues were known to occur due to tongue tie, and decided to schedule the procedure ASAP.Within a few months of having the procedure done, Henry has experienced a complete turn around. Hes able to eat and drink (and enjoy!) a variety of foods and beverages without choking, he is no longer reliant on nutritional shakes and supplements, he has been released from feeding therapy, and most importantly, hes growing!We cannot thank Dr. Gail enough for helping Henry. I wish more medical specialists (especially feeding therapists) were trained to identify tongue ties and the associated challenges with eating solid food so we could have sought help sooner. We struggled for such a long time to figure out how to help him, and now I have faith that this will eventually be a distant memory for us and he will continue to grow and thrive. For families dealing with a similar situation, I would 100% recommend reaching out to Dr. Gail for assistance.

After my almost 7 year old son refused to have an abscessed tooth extracted at our family dentist, I was relieved that LifeSmiles was able to get us in same day and got it out. My son was still not cooperative for Dr Gail but she was so understanding and patient! She was able to get him to use the nitrous and after all was said and done... he said...that was it? The office and staff was very warm and comforting. I am a super picky overprotective momma and I would definitely recommend this office!

My son was referred to Dr. Gail by our primary dentist for some fillings and everything I heard about her was true. She was absolutely amazing with him; he had no idea she was even doing a filling! Will definitely be back!!

I just absolutely love the atmosphere of LifeSmiles. My son Owen is 7. He kicks his shoes off, cuddles up in their big comfy chairs and snuggles with the animal pillows. Netflix keeps him company while he waits to be seen. I am thrilled to say I too love coming here. Friendly staff and GREAT choice in coffee and condiments. Owen actually asks to go to the dentist. Now thats one great place and even happier kid!!!

I couldn’t recommend this dentist enough! They are absolutely fantastic and fixed my sons teeth when another dentist said it wasn’t possible. They are so nice there too and are so excellent with kids. Love them here!!!!

Hands down, Dr.Gail is the best dentist I have ever met. Granted this appointment was for my 4 year old son but I loved her. The office was amazing; clean, warm, welcoming and very kid friendly. They have their own little play area for children filled with tons of activities. Waking into the back is fun as well. Everything is catered to children. At my sons appointment I was even more scared than he was and Dr.Gail put me at ease. My son got to watch a movie, wear cool sunglasses, see all the cool tools and get a couple prizes. Dr.Gail explained everything very well and didn’t mind my 1 million questions. The staff is amazing as well. Very engaging which I like to calm my nerves. Anna is an assistant and she was very accommodating to my son with whatever he asked for. He didn’t even know he had anything done they were so good. We were in and out of there in no time with a smile on both of our faces. I will be bringing both of my children here from now on. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!! 😀

This is such an awesome place! The waiting room is so welcoming and kid friendly. My daughter always looks forward to being able to check out all the books. Everyone who works here is so nice and make you feel comfortable. We actually found Dr. Gail when looking for someone who did the laser lip tie release, and I am so glad that we did! She did my 2.5 year olds lip tie and did an excellent job! I was more nervous than my daughter, but there was no reason to be. Dr. Gail did awesome work and my daughter was comfortable during the whole process. She looks forward to being able to come back for another cleaning! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!

Great atmosphere, nice new office with plenty of stuff for kids to do to keep occupied. Dr. Gail is amazing, calm, kind very kid friendly. Our child had a procedure done, 1st ever besides dental cleanings, and it was a great experience. Couldnt have chosen a better place to take her.

We have struggled finding a dentist that will treat our middle son Ivan who has adhd. From the moment you walk in you can tell they have kids (and parents) happiness in mind. We have had 3 appointments now and Dr. Gail has been nothing short of amazing. She is calm and patient with him, you can tell she knows how to work with children. I also need to shout out all her staff that I have met so far have been awesome too! The nurses try hard to keep him upbeat but calm during the process. They also keep an eye on my 3 year old so I can be back and focused on Ivan while he needs me. We have had a wonderful experience here and are looking forward to switching our other 2 kids to Dr. Gail as well

Hands down the best! Highly recommend. Beautiful office, and the friendliest office staff. My seven year old had to have an abscessed tooth pulled and we had never seen Dr. Gail before. I filled out an online form questionnaire super late on Saturday night inquiring about an appt., and Dr. Gail called me first thing Sunday and was able to get him in before they opened on Monday. This kid was traumatized from a pervious experience at another pediatric dentist and he didnt even cry throughout the whole procedure. Talk about the best service for a first-time patient. We are so happy we made the switch to this office. Cant wait to have all my kids seen here.

I LOVE this office! The doctors, the assistants, and the receptionist are amazing. They make my daughters feel comfortable and never nervous about taking a trip to the dentist ♡ Any problems I my daughters had with their teeth they fixed it right away and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!!

Gail and her team did a wonderful job helping my 3 year old feel comfortable sitting in the dental chair without needing me. They were patient and kind to him, and did an excellent job respecting him when he expressed to them that he was scared or didn’t like something. Highly recommend this new practice for anyone with a nervous child.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gail. My 10 year old son was in a horrible sledding accident. He broke both front teeth, chipped a couple of the bottom front, and chipped a couple on one side. My regular dentist said he wasnt comfortable trying to repair the damage because my son was going to need a skilled dentist that does more cosmetic work. We had a consult with another dentist who claimed to be a cosmetic dentist but wouldnt even take on my sons case. Then we found Dr. Gail. She was kind and gentle with my son knowing that he had just experienced a tragic and tramatic accident. She was so patient and offered us hope and most of all her time. She spent 3 hours with him. THREE HOURS!! What kind of dentist would be willing to take that kind of time?!? By the time we left my son went from having almost no front teeth to having two front teeth and a side tooth! HE HAD A SMILE AGAIN!!! THIS MOMMAS HEART WAS RESTORED! If you are looking for an amazing dentist, Dr. Gail is it! We are so greatful for her❤

My daughter took my grandson there on a referral and was charged 300 dollars to be told it was to late in the day to do anything and did nothing for my grandson who was in severe pain

I feel very lucky to have been connected with Dr.Gail and her team! Taking my children to a dentist in the past has been a negative experience and has caused a lot of anxiety both on the part of my children and myself. I can’t say enough good about them! Kim the office manager is great at communicating thoroughly your child’s dental plan. Dr. Gail has gone way above and beyond to work with us in a way that makes us feel understood and supported. We will be working with them for a while, and with multiple children, I’m so glad that there is such a warm and non-judgemental approach to pediatric dentistry now in my area!

AMAZING STAFF! Knowledgeable dentist and assistant. Friendly and polite secretary. They don’t get all bent out of shape if you’re running late, either. I mean, we do have kids and things happen sometimes, and they are very understanding in regards to this. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen nor have I ever been there more than an hour (we have had 7 visits since they’ve opened).AMAZING FACILITY! Brand new building that is clean. I’ve been to other pediatric dentists, and Dr. Gail has the most dental tools and equipment that I’ve ever seen. State of the art! With any and everything to accommodate your little one. They even have TVS on the ceiling so they can watch cartoons while being examined!!!!!!!AMAZING ENVIRONMENT! Beautifully decorated with lots of toys and books to enjoy. They have a mini fridge with water available and also a keurig. They offer many different types of coffee, tea, and creamers. As an adult and a coffee lover, this makes my day when we visit!!!I’ve worked in the healthcare industry on both the patient care side and medical billing end. So I’m VERY picky when it comes to healthcare professionals and facilities, especially when it involves my child. Believe me when I say that these people and this place are TOP NOTCH!!! I’ve already referred family and friends here and they love it as well!
