Got me last second before wedding thanks

Highly recommend this office. Angie the hygienist cleaned my teeth and they felt so great afterwords. They taught me simple care of my mouth that no one else took time to tell me about. They helped understand when I was in pain and swollen. They talked me through what to expect when my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted. They were also very informative when I got a cavity and needed a filling. They have a way of making you feel at home. They are always the dentist I recommend.

This is a great place! The Dr. Is the most knowledgeable and wants nothing but the best for each patient. You truly feel like your being given gold for the price of pennies and not only are you walking away with the best product and guaranteed professionalism your also walking away with knowing what he did to you! Insurance is a very tricky thing and I myself dont understand why insurance companys can do what they do, but if any patient has an issues you can guarantee you will be explained until you fully are satisfied with understanding what is going on.

An awesome place with great staff and very knowledgeable!!!! I can not say enough great things about them! I recommend to everyone. I have had family and friends throughout the years go to them and they all love it there! They really take their time to help you in every aspect from Dental needs to understanding your insurance and making payments. I would check out their Facebook page to see even more reviews, as that is where I went to first a few years back and just came on here today and noticed this. It drives me insane when people leave one star reviews like the one below, if you leave a review like that there must be more to the story of what you did. A very childish response to a great place! They have helped me out for years, especially when I have had some difficult times, they dont treat you like a nobody but a somebody and I have never in all of the years felt like they did not care. They always return my calls, they have worked with me in sticky situations with payments and made it super easy when I have had to reschedule. Dont hesitate, check them out!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Theyre a bunch of scams and are the most disrespectful stuff I have ever come across. They dont answer your calls, I paid online and they took 4 payments from me when I owed 1. Still fighting to get those transactions back. They will ignore your calls and call you back days later as well as leave you nasty messages (I have proof), they hang up on you and tell you you never called (I have proof of that as well trying to contact them several times). Keep in mind they dont know anything theyre talking about. Constantly looking off a paper to give me answers or telling me to hold and charging me prices way more then what I actually owe. Charging me for issues with my teeth when my whole life every dentist visit i have gone to they have been amazed with how well my teeth are and had no problems. Staff is not professional. Very stuck up environment. Save yourself the trouble and dont even think of going here because I could keep going....

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jermov! I hadnt been to the Dentist in too long and dont currently have Dental insurance and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their practice!

Dr. Jermov is the best and down to earth person. Never gives false information about his patients conditions and never misleading his patients. My wife and I have been his patients for years. We missed him in his Inkster office. However, we came to his Howell office after having bad experiences with other dentists. He is still the same great person. Will continue to come here despite of the distance.

Although Dr. Jermov may be nice, his treatment of his staff makes visits very uncomfortable. He yells at his assistants in front of you. Going to the dentist is difficult enough, then to see how he yells at staff makes it more stressful. His staff was not helpful in telling you the correct breakdown of costs that may be involved with a procedure. Even after contact him/them about billing and the cost of a procedure, we never heard a response from them. You then get hit with a surprise bill, costing more than what you had expected. I for one dont like the fact that nitrous oxide isnt available if needed or wanted. I feel the quality to cost ratio was very low.

Dr. Jermov is the best dentist I have been to. He is so nice and professional and the office is beautiful. If you are looking for a dentist, at a minimum give them a call.

Only use Dr Jermov if you are okay with your doctor doing the following:- Lying to you about which of your insurances networks he is in, and then trying to obfuscate this fact when you point this out. He is Delta Dental Premier. He will tell you that he is Delta Dental PPO to get you in the chair. He is lying.- Speaking to you as though you are a child, regardless of your age.- Giving you his opinions on the middle east while stabbing your gumline.- Badmouthing other professionals when you switch to a better dentist.- Charging you $50 (!!) for a physical copy of your xrays. Do a casual search and youll find that most dentists charge $20 for this service, with $40 being considered high.- Refusing to email a copy of your digital xrays to your new (professional) dentist.- Printing your digital xrays out unreadably dark (theyre digital because theyre made to be brightened on a computer...). Thankfully my new dentist said you already got screwed once this week, I dont want you to get screwed twice and gave me a new xray for free.- Dont think that because you called the day before theyll print the xrays out ahead of time. Theyll wait until you get there and make you wait half an hour listening to them bad-mouth your new dentist while they do it. And, I reiterate, they will charge you $50 for this service.- As another review mentions, they will treat their staff like idiots right in front of you. It scares you to think how they act when theres no customers in the building.Jermov is proud of saying that hes the only dentist at his business. Why would you have two different offices in two different cities for a single dentist? Hes closed for half the week because hes at his other office.Look at his lobby and all of the art, expensive countertops, and so on and youll understand what kind of money hes pulling in by doing this sort of skeevy behavior. I can only assume his standard clientelle are making enough money they dont notice him screwing them. And I guess they must not mind his angry poking while he rants about arabs, but personally I prefer my dentist talk about something happy while hes got sharp metal in my mouth.If youre looking for a new dentist... Keep looking. Youre only wasting time and money if you try Jermov.

This place forces their political views onto their patients and I don’t appreciate that.
