Short wait. Friendly people. Hygienist did a great job cleaning! Teeth feel great. Im going back in 6 months.

I was very impressed with the short wait time and friendlyness of the staff. this was one of the best cleaning i have ever had.

No waiting. I was called at my appointed time. Modern equipment=less s train . Dental hygenist was very friendly and efficient. She gave good advice for my future care.

All staff who attended to me was very nice and professional. Also personal. They made me comfortable.

The staff at Howell Dental have been my dental professionals for over 25 years. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary, the dentists are polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Beth, my dental hygienist is thorough and efficient, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Dr. Thayer and Dr. Gong are both very personable, professional and most important...gentle! All of my family continues to go here. My daughter, son-in-law and grandson that live in Hartland drive to Howell Dental and my son who moved to Indianapolis still comes back! What more would someone need to know to come here?

Im very nervous about going to the Dentist and have been to many over my lifetime..but Ive felt totally at ease here my hygienist(might have spelled that wrong) beth..is well aware of how nervous I am and takes her time and makes sure its as pain free as possible, the whole office staff is very friendly and accomadating to me and my needs, I would highly recommend

I have had such a great experience at Howell Dental Excellence! Sarah is an amazing hygienist that takes her time and does a great, thorough job with cleanings (she even sent me a thank you!). Dr. Anderson is also wonderful! He did a great job with two fillings and explained everything wonderfully. The women at the front desk are also patient and kind. This office really has customer service down pat! Its so great to finally have found a caring, kind and all around great dental office in Howell!

I was very pleased with my first visit here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beth did a great job cleaning my teeth. They did not try to hard sell me other services. My wife will be switching to this dental office as well now.

Every time I visit their office all of the staff members are beyond helpful and kind. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists who have done shoddy work and I definitely don’t feel that way here. The staff are patient and caring and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. I don’t normally leave reviews but I highly recommend them and the work they do.

The staff is amazing and they do everything possible to get you in and seen in an emergency. This office and team are wonderful! Im a dental hygienist with dental anxiety (sad but true🙃). I happily drive over an hour each way to see Dr. Thayer and Beth, its well worth it for gentle, pain free, honest dental care.

Had a crown put on a tooth that didn’t need a crown. These people are crown happy. My friend also went here and was told she needed a crown. She went someplace else and didn’t need one. They ruin people’s teeth. My crown is not fitting properly. My choices are to wait it out or have it replaced. Ridiculous

Ive never been made to feel so comfortable and so welcomed. All the staff was so great! I need a lot of work done and it took a lot to even get me in the door, knowing how embarrassed I felt. Once there though, Sarah put me at ease, and even Dr. Thayer soothed my discomfort. I highly recommend this place.

Called last week to schedule a cleaning for my daughter and myself. They were unable to locate our insurance in their system although our insurance lists them as a provider. The staff member called and sorted it out and stated she would note the system. Today, 3 hours before our scheduled appointments new staff member didnt show our insurance in the system, and she was also calling to let me know that they would not be able to see me because one of their hygienists called in sick. I took half a day off of work for these appointments, and get called hours before the appointment stating they wouldnt be able too see me. I then called to cancel my appointment, and they all of the sudden could squeeze me in. Why not do that in the first place? Only reason I chose this provider was because our family dentist doesnt accept our new insurance. After this experience, I would rather pay cash out of pocket then deal with this office.

This has been my dentist for about 10 years. They can handle all of your dental needs. Absolutely everyone on staff is excellent, friendly, and highly skilled.

I never leave reviews but I feel the need to. A couple of years ago I had to switch dentists because my former dentist was out of network. I had heard that Dr. Thayer was great so I made an appointment to get a couple of fillings. I ended up getting Dr. Wu for my fillings and I left feeling like something was wrong. I was told nothing was wrong so I just went on with it. After going in for another appointment I sat and waited for 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time and ended up leaving and going back to my other dentist. I now have had to have all of the teeth that Dr. Wu touched repaired by my dentist. The worst being the tooth that didn’t feel right after being filled. I just had a crown put on it after having a severe infection around the tooth that went into my sinus cavity. The integrity of the tooth was shot because of the way she did the filling. It was caving in on itself. It felt like she hollowed out my tooth and I know others who have had fillings done by her who have said the same exact thing. Because of this I have had to take time off of work and spend $600 out of pocket to fix her mistake. I would not recommend.
