The staff are very friendly and compassionate. They took excellent care of my mother.

Ive waited a few months to see how this facility is and how the residents are cared for and treated. I can honestly say, the residents are cared for just like family. Our staff takes each residents needs very seriously. I love working here with the staff and the residents. If I ever need a SNF or if someone I know does, I will definitely recommend!!

This facility has excellent customer service and resident care. The nursing staff is knowledgeable and genuinely cares for you and your loved one. I trust them with any of my loved ones.

I first liked this place & the staff were nice but afterwards they can be fake. My mom stayed there for about 2 weeks & at first she loved it there but slowly she started to complain to me on how one of the nurses mistreated her. My mom was all dirty & she called the nurse several times. She couldnt sleep because she was dirty from potty. I never seen my mom begging to come home because how someone can be careless of a patient.

I have had an opportunity to be involved in several activities at Janisch Health Care. They were always pleasant and kind. The adults who live there seem to be happy and got along well with the staff. The environment was attractive and clean. The staff always decorated the environment to make it pretty for them. They were actively engaged with everyone. They made them feel special. Ms. Kismet was very instrumental in making sure everything went well.Keep Up the Great Work!Happiness Is the Key!KLW

Thank you so much for everything you have done for helping to care for my Mom after she broke her leg. I would especially like to thank the case worker Monique. She has gone above and beyond in helping set up the care and Dr visits after she will be discharged and has always been a fantastic advocate for her.

West Janisch Health Center is a terrific place.Ive been here many times and the CNA nurses are wonderful with there patients.I been to several nursing homes because of my grandpa, and nothing comes close to this place. Highly recommend it here.

Beautiful newly renovated facility and attentive staff!! We found that they just took such good care of our family member. They encouraged him when he needed it and yet they could leave him alone if he needed that also. They have a staff that is warm and caring and very knowledgeable. Facility is clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody.

The Centers activities are great. Groover44 and the Lincoln Community Center Line Dancers performed and interacted with the patients on September 5th. Everyone had a great time. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This is agreat place to work, every day is a new and exciting time challenging my skills with my team and residents.

This facility is old and not very fancy, and the employees are just regular, down-to-earth people, so it has a more homey feel to it. The staff acts unprofessionally sometimes, loud laughter and gossip, but they took great care of my mom when she stayed there 3 years ago, handling her medications on schedule and making sure she got to the dining room at meal times. They kept the place reasonably clean, and were courteous to her even when she snapped at them. I was allowed to sit in on her physical therapy, and the therapists were wonderful, working patiently with each resident at his or her level, and they helped my mom reach her goal of walking unassisted long before the doctors expected. When my mom returned there last year after a serious stroke, the staff helped to make her last hours more bearable by the gentle care they took of her, and their kindness to me after she passed. My regular visits probably made sure she got better care, but this is true of any nursing home. This is a good facility for someone who would feel more comfortable in a more casual setting, and who doesnt need a lot of activities.

Well IAM a CNA and mentor and iam loving my job great people and love all the patients they are sooo sweet and kind and I love caring for them great team work and from what Ive seen all patients are well taken care of and Ms bevarly our E.D is great.We havegreat staff ms.jackie our supply staffcoordinator shes been great also to all our nurses ms.janise.mr.mika.ms.ruby there are so many to name but thank you for all you do and I have the highest respect for all out team.

This place was the worst, I have ever seen the professionalism of the staff in the administrating and business office is just a disgrace, how the families trust them is beyond me, my father always told me they treated him bad and didnt believe until it was seen for ourselves I have now filed a complaint with the state and had him moved but no one will give me the medical records for him to get proper treatment.
