I received Excellent care by ALL staff members. Each one showed me compassion while remaining professional. I was never pushed beyond what I could do. They treated me as if I was their Mother. (Which is what I asked)I couldn’t ask for better care.I Thank Methodist West for offering this cardiac rehab and the knowledge staff that provided my care.

I felt I needed to write this review, because what I have to say is important. Last February through March, I was sent for physical therapy because of arthritis causing back pain. I had a total of 5 visits which lasted an hour each time. I liked my physical therapist very much, but was charged $3,000 for the five visits! I had asked ahead of time how much visits would be, but was told that I would simply receive a final bill AFTER all five visits had been completed. I actually thought that there must have been a mistake in billing, but was told that $3,000 was indeed my bill. Nothing was itemized on my final statement. My insurance company naturally would not pay such an enormous amount for five visits of PT, so Methodist is allowing me to pay out a smaller portion of that bill monthly. My suggestion is to ask ahead of time for their fees, and insist on exactly what their fees will be. It’s a clean/friendly place, and I liked my physical therapist; however, I think the office’s financial/billing policies are shameful. Just a forewarning..

I have had 13 weeks of rehab after having a reverse shoulder replacement. I had wonderful results from the rehab. The personal are very knowledgeable about the rehab needed and very involved in making sure you are doing everything correctly.
