If there is anything negative to say about my visit is only that the building is not in plain sight. It took me some time to find it.I also waited a bit before my turn, but everyone should expect to wait some time at a doctors office.Everyone was professional. Dr. Smith was very nice and knowledgeable.Her office is something I had never seen before. First thing I noticed as I stepped in after being called is that it is not the traditional boring Doctors office. Felt and looked right at home as well as very clean.As of now, this is will be my go to place for any DOT physical exams.

I had a great experience at this facility. All the staff was very pleasurable to work with and the doctor was very pleasant as was well. She was very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to during the examination. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable the entire time. I love the friendly service here! The employees make me feel comfortable and they also let me know more of how my body is and what I can do prevent it to get it at risk. I was even awarded a certificate for coming to take my first DOT exam! I recommend this to all truck drivers or anyone who needs a DOT exam! It is a hidden place behind a kids academy, I just hope they make a bigger eye catching sign because it did take a while to see their sign.

I was so happy to get my CDL physical completed today...yep, on a SATURDAY! I did not make an appointment, but had minimal wait time to start the visit. My exam was thorough, and even included a urinalysis that I didn’t get last year at another office (which was a national chain). Everyone was pleasant and professional!
