Clean, Fast, and Friendly environment.. I loved the place

Im happy with the customer service my uncle received. Everything was quick and easy from scheduling the appointment to being there in person. Osiris was very helpful, polite and informative. She provided great customer service.

I would recommend this place to my closest family and friends, the establishment is clean and has comfortable atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait long without an appointment, and the staff made my experience a lot easier considering my reason for the visit.

If you can, avoid this location or clinic as much as possible.I just attempted to proceed with their services and, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and being the only one waiting for the test, I asked if there was some issue.The lady wearing pijamas behind the computer threw onto me all her personal frustrations and started to speak in an irritated way. After explaining that I would like an explanation for that amount of wait by being the only one there, she kept being rude. Her colleague, who apparently was also in pijamas clothes, stood up coming to talk to me trying to play with intimidation, and I left the place.In any moment I was impolite with these people, they were just upset of being working in terrible conditions (maybe?).
