Dr. Francis is an amazing spine surgeon. He has performed 3 back surgeries on me and I fell so great, I don’t have any more pain, head aches, no more tingling or numbness. I fell so much better now. His staff and the Dr him self are so friendly, caring and efficient. I recommend this surgeon if anybody is having back problems. He will put you back to normal!!

Dr.Francis is very good surgeon. He is knowledgeable and answers questions and give details of what is wrong. He doesn’t want anyone to suffer in pain, he will get to the bottom of what is causing your problem. He will not do surgery unless it’s needed and your healthy enough to go through it.

One of the most knowledgeable Dr.’s in this field. After suffering a work ending injury, Dr Francis and his team literally put me back together again. Having to have a SI joint fusion, complete cervical fusion consisting of two different surgeries and back repair, Dr Francis has given me my life back.

We waited 4 1/2 hours to see Dr Francis.There are so many reasons this is unacceptable.This was my first post op appointment and I was in pain, but that didn’t speed anyone up or cause concern about the wait time.

Dr. Francis performed my husbands surgery a couple of weeks ago. The surgery was unsuccessful leaving my husband slightly worse off than he was before the surgery. Post appointment we sat in the examination room for almost 2 hours before being seen by an assistant who spent 1 minute in the room discussing physical therapy. We did not see Dr. Francis at all. No xrays have been done, no CT scans, and no mri to explain why this expensive surgery was a bust! I do not recommend taking the chance. I feel so bad for anyone who has to be put through that. Always do research before allowing someone to operate on any part of your anatomy.

Dr. Francis has kept me upright for 11 years. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have an amazing amount of compassion and kindness.

Im very happy with the service provided, the speed of diagnosis and then on to surgery was extremely quick and the operation itself exceeded my expectations.

Please check you billing statement was charged for something my insurance covered and have been trying to contact billing for 2 months still no answer or call back, keep getting sent to the operator. I told the receptionist what I was suppose to pay for copay and spend 190 more just because they knew I was in so much pain. My insurance has called and can’t get in contact and I have called to get in contact, I bet if I owed them something I would be able to get in contact. Very unprofessional and not worth the money if you don’t get cheated out of it.

Please be careful going to this office. Just in July, they had 2 employees test positive for Covid-19 and didn’t sanitize the building at all. They even fired one employee cause she wanted to self quarantine cause of the exposure.Proceed with caution. If they don’t care about staff, they don’t care about you either.

If you plan to come here you better pack a lunch and a dinner. I dont know why you set an appointment for a set time and still not seen by the doctor three hours later and counting. Wish they would be honest and at least give you a heads up on wait time. They could at least have some snacks while waiting

I recently had replacement disc surgery for two ruptured discs in my neck. I highly recommend Dr Richard Francis. He and the staff were very detailed and informative. That being said, just plan to spend some time in the waiting room, because he is very thorough when meeting with his patients to discuss diagnosis and treatment options. Im in physical therapy, but well on the way back to normal, thanks to them!

After going to so many others dr. Dr. Francis was the one that fixed the problem. He was fabulous. My husband Is up and walking, almost ready to go back to work. Thank you Spine Associate, Houston, TX. All I can say is MVP. Get in the network blue cross.

Great doctor and excellent bedside manner. Does not push for surgery and always gives options for conservative treatment. I had had my aunt go to him, therefor i trust him and would recommend him to others

I am 20 months post surgery and have waited to do a true review bc I wanted to be sure the healing was real. When finally breaking down and seeing DR. Francis in Oct. 2016, I was dragging my left leg behind me and was dealing with intense pain ALL the time. Im a first grade teacher with 2 young children of my own, and I was in so much physical pain it was mentally draining. Dr. Francis went over my MRI results with me and explained I would need to have a lumbar fusion and what all it entailed. It was a lot to take in, however, I knew I had no other choice. Within 2-3 weeks I had the big, bad surgery done. Recovery was painful the first few days but NOTHING like what I was dealing with before. It was even more motivating to wake up each day feeling better and not worse. I only missed 3 weeks of work. If I didnt have such a physically demanding job, I wouldve been fine to return after just 2 weeks. I waited 6 months before working out again because I was so scared to go backwards even though I was told I was healed enough to get on with life. Now, I lift, I run, I bike, I go tubing, and I do it all PAIN FREE!!! I had 2 previous surgeries on the same disc that were unsuccessful. I didnt know they werent successful bc I felt better after both, however, I was never pain free. I feel better now than I have since 2007 and I cannot thank Dr. Francis enough.

Bad service they give you a schedule for 8:30am and they call your name at 10:45am like I’m not paying their services

$650.00 just to see the Doctor. No thanks
