I’ve been with this business for about a year, the staff is very easy to talk to and very friendly, they keep the place spotless. They do their best to make sure you’re taking care of your teeth as best as you can.

They are very kind and gentle they aren’t disrespectful and know how to make you feel comfortable when you may feel scared.

I have been a patient for almost a year and a half now. Dr. Arguello and his staff always make me feel comfortable during my appointments. I never have to wait to be seen. I definitely recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic care.

I am completely appalled at the abysmal level of professionalism from the staff at this office. I couldnt even get a simple appointment confirmation. I emailed back promptly and even checked back in with them- nothing. Generally, when an appointment has not been confirmed, potential clients get a call back or are contacted in some manner. Not a single person responsible for this job managed or even bothered to reach out to me. Instead, I was the one emailing and calling them. (Check the dates and check the timestamps.) This just goes to show that they have enough business and cant inconvenience themselves to follow through with new patients. I believe that the irresponsibility of one member of a team speaks volumes regarding the level of dedication of the team as a whole.

I recently saw Dr. Arguello and I found him to be the most honest and ethical orthodontist. He did not try to sell me on braces or Invisalign but rather made some suggestions concerning my retainer. Prior to this appointment, I had a consult with another orthodontist who did not even look at my retainer and was ready to sign me up for Invisalign.Dr. Arguello definitely is the orthodontist to see for a consult and possible treatment. I plan to follow-up with him in about 3 to 4 months and again will follow his recommendations.Also, I like his staff.

Excellent care and service for our daughter. Treatment went longer - from original 1.5 years to 2 years, but the result was worth it and the cost did not increase. I believe the delay was the office moving after Harvey. They rebounded very quickly from what had to have been a devastating hurdle. Many thanks to all at Houston Orthodontics!

Dr. Arguello is awesome! He took care of my older daughter before and now is caring for the younger one who has a more complicated case. He took time to formulate a treatment plan that would provide the best function, not just to straighten crooked teeth. He takes time to care for each and explains the treatments to my daughters in terms that they can follow and therefore adhere to at home. The staff are friendly, always supportive and helpful whether in the office or on the phone. We had another orthodontist before Dr. A and we truly appreciate the personal attention he gives us as well as to each of his patients compared to our previous doc. This orthodontist place is super professional and well kept. The interior is designed modern and real nice and everything is really clean, the waiting area exceeded my expectations, they have a tv, selfie machine (lol), ice Cream fridge, an Xbox with 2 controllers that works and has multiple games (I chose street fighter), books! and free coffee! + free wifi. The whole staff was great, treated me more like a friend than a random client. The orthodontist answered all my questions and gave me very reasonable pricing! If I could rate it 10 stars I would, they also set me up for an appointment with a dentist to have my teeth cleaned and checked so I can be 100% ready to have my braces put on. Exceptional service by the team! If there was an Apple store of orthodontist, this place would definitely be it haha. Outstanding.

Well I dont know wher to start but this please helped me so much I had a really bad over bite but whit the treatments i saw improvement and it wasnt as painfull as i thot it would be. When I first heard that I needed braces I hated the idea but when I was in the treatment I was happy that I didnt back up. I hated my smile so bad that when ever I smiled I had my hand over my mouth and now I love my smile this treatment really changed my life. The dentist always have a smile on ther face and that always made me have confidence. I love this place so much.❤

My teeth were extremely misaligned and I suffered from an underbite. I had other consultations that stated that surgery would be my only option. Dr. Arguello and his staff did the impossible by fixing my teeth with Invisalign. Furthermore, my studies required me to live in a different city for about 6 months. The staff were super accommodating with my appointments and Invisalign supplies. My situation was very unique but I highly recommend a consultation to see what Dr. Arguello can do for you! My last bit of advice is to be patient and to follow his instructions!

My daughter had a severe case of teeth misalignment. The treatment started when she was 9 and after 5 years she finally was free of braces, Yey! I visited four different orthodontists to get consultations about Invisalign, and Dr. Arguello was by far the best one. I had noticed some shifting in my teeth since my childhood bout of braces, and when visiting the different orthodontists to discuss options, their recommendations and attention varied widely. Dr. Arguello was the only orthodontist who spent a good fifteen minutes with me talking about the changes in my teeth, what I wanted to accomplish with an Invisalign treatment, and what would be best for me to accomplish it. Not only that, his options were more affordable and reasonable then many of the others! I would highly recommend this office for orthodontic needs.

I had gotten invisalign at Dr. As office a couple of years ago. I had compared the price at his office with many other orthodontics office and the price to me seemed VERY reasonable. Dr. A spent a good amount of his time explaining the procedure and what I needed to do to get the best results. He was very friendly and answered all my questions without rushing me. I just finished the treatment and my teeth look SOOOOO great. The best part of it was that most of my friends didnt even know I had invisalign on most of the time! At 27 years old, it helped me avoid the embarrassment of having to have braces again at my age. I personally had a great experience with him and his staff, and I would highly recommend him if you need to straighten your teeth even if you missed your chance when you were young :)
