Not only the staff was rude but they simply didn’t honor the appointment. They didn’t verify benefits, and even though they confirmed the appointment and send me texts and emails to remind me, they told me that because I had made it through Zocdoc they would see me whenever they pleased not when I scheduled it.

I have had great experiences with Dr. Kahn. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes his time with me when he is in the room listening to my symptoms. I feel he is very thorough and wants to help in any way he can. Ive made most of my appts through ZocDoc which is also very convenient.
