Love this clinic. All the staffs are super nice & caring. I had Covid tests done at this place several times & they did a great job. I felt comfortable & they usually notified the results promptly within 1-2 days. Sydney service me today & she’s very helpful.💖

I got a bill for $ 420 for a covid test . When they told me it was free. I got it 6 months after. So be careful . You will get overprice bills . I have been trying to contact them for this issue . Still not answer . Pretty bad customer service .

Went in to get x-rays on my foot after landing on it wrong. Anyway the girls in the front at the desk were very nice and very welcoming, always smiling and just making it seem like they really cared. The xray tech was very professional and very well mannered. Always saying yes sir, no sir, asking if I was as comfortable as I could be. He offered me a wheel chair instead of the crutches I was on, which is way more comfortable. Overall I was very impressed with the way I was taking care of.

Writing this review as the PA asked me to share my experience here , like many of the reviews before me say the staff are super nice & caring but I want to mention that I didn’t like their approach of giving me tetanus shot and then charging me $80 ,when I clearly had mentioned I have had one about four years ago or something .I went urgent care for a broken finger but PA diagnosed it as just a laceration and then applied derma-bond ( cost me $130 ). I had initially paid $200 due to my High Deductible plan ( I am ok with it) .As a cautionary advice -If you happen to visit their business , please ask for a price if your situation allows you to and then make a decision if you need it .

I had a great experience at Lifeline Urgent Care! The staff was kind and got me into a roomIn a timely manner. The provider, Marisa Garcia, was probably the best I’ve been to. She was thorough in her explanation of my condition and in explaining the medications she prescribed for me. She really knew her stuff….very impressive! I’ll definitely use Lifeline again!!

Maya, Eduardo and Delia were amazing!! Super friendly and professional, I was instantly comfortable and all my questions were answered. I don’t go to the doctor often so when I do it’s usually out of extreme necessity and I’m anxious, but they were all absolutely amazing and helped me right away.

When I came into the office Sydney and Ashley was very professional and answered all my questions I highly recommend this place it’s clean ,great decor and great energy. Will return for further health check ups etc.

We have had multiple great experiences here. Marisa and Edwardo are are very thorough examination. The find desk staff is always kind and friendly, even though they are very busy. This is our first choice when it comes to Urgent Care.

No one wants to go to an urgent care facility, but I am so glad Lifeline’s team made the visit so much easier - All healthcare providers have had a rough go at it the past 1+ year with the pandemic, but you wouldn’t even know it with this team. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They’re conveniently located off Eldridge and Briar Forest, and I’ve been here on 2 separate occasions now - Both times were days I wasn’t able to see my regular PCP, and they’ve always been able to see me. The wait time is never overly excessive (some other urgent care facilities have 1-2-3 hour waits), and the team is fantastic.

I went in with excruciating back pain. My provider, Marisa, was very kind and thoughtful - she listened and helped me figure out what was going on and gave me a shot of steroids which helped almost immediately. The staff was very kind and my wait was short. I would definitely go back here!

Just a heads up! Got a bill of $570 for a Rapid COVID test. Hopefully its a misunderstanding and my insurance will cover it. Shouldve asked about cost before hand. 😔

This urgent care is a joke. It is always closed inside to actually see a doctor for anything. They only do COVID testing majority of the time, which is not fair for people who come for urgent reasons. I’ve came twice for two different reasons& have been turned around each time. It is ridiculous. If you are going to be closed inside due to low numbering of staff, then update your site and phone communications to reflect this. That way people, who are sick and need medical attention don’t waste time driving to your facility! I would much rather be notified of this BEFORE I walk in the urgent care with my problems. Not only do you know you’re closed, but when I walk in you have the nerve to ask me “how can we help you? What’s going on today” allow me to explain my issues, just to tell me well….. we are closed inside but you can come back tomorrow. LOL if I could wait till tomorrow, do you think I would have came to urgent care today??? Unbelievable.

This clinic was absolutely wonderful. I had Sharonda and Dr. Delia this evening for my covid test, and they were very pleasant. Sharonda had such a great attitude and work ethic which made my experience excellent. I will definitely be coming back If I ever Need anything and highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I came in for and X-ray and was treated really well and promptly. The doctors here are really nice and the place itself is very clean.

Went for covid testing and was met by a friendly, professional medical staff with a great level of service. The provider I spoke to, asked if I had any questions and answered in detail. Wait time was short, considering they take your vitals, and you get to speak to a provider! It is definitely my first choice for future covid testing.

Not a pleasant experience and not like a typical urgent care. I walked into get myself checked and there was nobody else waiting so I thought I should be able to see someone without much wait. While I was waiting the receptionist talks to someone inside and discusses my reason of visit. But after waiting for 50 minutes when I asked the receptionist how long it will be (who told me her name was Paola), she said she was clueless. Asked me if I would like to show or want my money back. Obviously I took my money back because the vibe of the place was very unprofessional. It looks like they are making a lot of money from drive thru COVID related stuff so they don’t want your other urgent care business. The website claims to have doctors on site and even signage outside says so but I learned from the staff only nurse will look at you. I probably feel reason for not seeing me even after 50min-1hour wait was their few nurses are busy with covid stuff and billing insurance and government funds. Anyway healthcare is becoming a joke in this country and this place had nothing Texan about it. No smiling faces and no friendly behavior. Very dull and rough. Not indicative of the lovely friendly neighborhood.

Closed for regular medical care. Covid makes more money for this clinic, so if you want covid services, this is the location for you. Seems very friendly over the phone, but a shame regular sick people are not allowed.

F++! I use this facility if I cannot get into my DR. after today, NEVER AGAIN!Lola - accused me of threatening her because the receptionist and herself would not pick up the phone tom verify my insurance and co-pay!They tried to overcharge us. Not to mention we had met our deductible and should have only had to pay the co-pay.BUT THEY WOULD NOT CALL TO VERIFY. Meanwhile my daughter is very sick with what could be a kidney infection. Hope she is ok, if not this place will have Bigger issues on their hands!To fight over money instead of helping a sick patient is DISGUSTING!SHAME ON YOU!!!I would have paid 200.00 if that was my-copay! BUT YOU WOULDNT CALL!! I will be making further complaints...

Was waiting in line to get Covid Test since 8:25 pm and as soon as i pulled up to the window at 8:40pm she shut the drive through window and turned the lights off even though they did not close for 20 more minutes. Very rude and inconsiderate. So much for being an urgent care lol.

Everyone here has been incredibly professional and polite. I came in on a Sunday for a broken ankle. Had to come back Monday for x rays due to the tech not being there. They got me in very quickly and were great.

During this time of COVID its difficult to get medical attention. This clinic, which I have used previously, was amazing. They opened their doors, temperature tested me and allowed me in. I was quickly seen to and exrays were performed. The results were rapid also. The service is friendly and very professional. Mia at the front desk and Jose my MA, were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic!!

I’ve been to here twice now to get the lab test and the antibody test and both times had a wonderful experience! If you end up getting tested by Eduardo he is so nice and makes you feel completely at ease. You don’t even have to get out of your car so it feels super safe! Highly recommend this place!

I booked an appointment ONLINE, showed up 30-45 minutes EARLY, only to be told “i didn’t know we are out of EKG pads” 11 minutes AFTER my appointment. The frustration i feel for a complete waste of time due to unprofessionalism, and lack of common since is surreal.

The personal care and staff here are outstanding. I have an emergency procedure and the team was quick to respond to my needs. Check out was very easy and all the staff was very friendly. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star was their billing department. The invoices I was sent incorrect and they were difficult to contact to dispute. So I went back to the office and the staff there took care of the billing issue right away.

Do yourself the courtesy of never going anywhere near this place no matter what. The staff here are mostly incompetant and dont even know how to properly take your insurance and WILL ABSOLUTELY make you pay out of pocket DESPITE your insurance being partnered with their company. No matter how much pain I said I was in, these people refused to do anything for me until I had a reference from my PCP that I absolutely DID. NOT. NEED. in order to get anything done at this horrible facility. Its a sorry sight to see that such a place is able to exist and just literally take peoples money to NOT HELP A SINGLE BIT. I literally only saw an actual doctor there(not even sure if she was an actual doctor) for about 5 minutes. I originally visited for some pretty serious foot pain and the doctor literally touched my foot, asked about the symptoms I was having and everything I described seemed to be COMPLETELY IGNORED by this DOCTOR that I saw for only 5 minutes.. at Maximum..On top of all that I was given basically no other option than to get reference from my pcp(which my insurance had told me later was not necessary whatsoever because my insurance covers that urgent care) and then, the reference that my doctor had sent was apparently passworded... but my doctor did not send it with a password (obviously had to be something on their end, these people could barely understand a simple fact that I was in pain and wanted help from anybody)Seriously you are better off waiting a few months for the next best avaliable doctor than you are going here for even a simple thing.I have never experienced such horrible service and on top of that I feel like they conned me into paying out of pocket when I didnt have to. Absolutely ludicrous facility and should not be allowed to do what they do to peoples bills.

Do not go here!This place is just a money grab!I had Covid and knew it..Loss of taste and smell..I got the rapid test and they said i was negative. The woman didnt even go deep enough when doing the test.Charged 190.00 for 50/50 results and improper testing procedure.Pure incompetence and robbery

Had my rapid Covid testing done here, and it was awesome. Mr Q provided my service and did an excellent job. I had trepidation about the nasal swab, but it wasn’t half as bad as a previous test I had done at a hospital. Thank you Q for a positive experience! This trip I’m leaving with a smile and not a scowl, lol!

Today I went to the drive thru for the COVID-19 test. I am in the dental field and we were recently exposed. I was super nervous but Mya and Q were super professional and made me feel comfortable. It took me a minute to brace myself but Mya walked me thru it and even made me laugh a few times. Highly recommend this place.

My wife went there on January 4th. She was overcharged by almost $100 and at first they asked 90 days to reimburse. 90 days has passed and they didnt send the check and dont answer the phone.

Excellent drive-thru Covid testing facility. The best part is that you get your PCR result in one day compared to Two-three days from all other places like Walgreens. Very friendly staff. No appointments required.

It looks like they have five stars just because of the covid19 test they are offering , but as an urget care the worst place I ever been. How possible is that they dont have something to apply IV. That is an essential you must have it. You make sure to get your payment in front but you dont have an essential instrument like this. You wait for 45 minutes and I was the only patient inside.

Continue to receive bills for a “telemedicine” visit that did not occur after getting tested for covid. This place has been sending a new bill to the insurance to try get extract more money and even though the insurance waived copays for covid test, Lifeline Urgent Care continues to try to collect. Nobody picks up the phone and when placed on hold they hang up after being on hold for 5 minutes, so there is no way to dispute the bill. It’s sad to see a facility exploiting people during this pandemic.

Got my COVID-19 test done today and they very quick and very professional. I requested if I could get someone with tender hands because it would be my first time getting a COVID-19 test done. A guy named Q did my test and it was painful and quick. Will return for anything medical wise.

We brought our daughter here a couple of weeks ago after a nasty fall for an X-ray. Diana, Paola, Eduardo and the doctor were very attentive and caring, turning a very unpleasant experience into a pleasant one.

Charged over 400 dollars for a in house nasal swab Covid-19 test. As someone who is a medical profession and familiar with the cost, they have tripled the price. It is truly disheartening to see companies take advantage of people during a world crisis for the sake of revenue.

Beware....they will quote you one price....charge you another....send to insurance and then bill you for EVEN more. Total out of pocket they want is three yes THREE times what I was quoted over the phone.Services rendered were good and staff very nice. Or I would say the typical only one star cause thats the lowest....really zero

Hello everyone I usually dont do this but I just want to share my terrible experience with Lifeline Urgent Care Houston Briar Forest and the lab they work with GENEVIEVE DIAGNOSES went in with my mom for a Covid travel test which they claim results come back in 24 hours my flight was the next day (to Dubai) next day results came in almost 2 hours late I was panicking because I was going to miss my flight. To my surprise my result was positive I was almost 100% sure that these results were inaccurate I called them even called the lab telling them I think there is a mistake none of them could do anything to help me ofcourse I missed my flight which caused me a huge inconvenience. I restested the next day at a different clinic and my results came back NEGATIVE then tested a third time and again results were NEGATIVE.I called them to tell them that they made a mistake and I wanted a refund which they refused (the test was $190) I believe that this is extremely unfair I missed my flight for no reason other than their inaccurate results. Please dont go there. Ill attach proof

This is my 2nd visit to Lifeline Urgent Care and I am very very pleased. Eduardo and the receptionist are very professional and welcoming. My wait visit time took all of 1 hour from sign-in to walk out and they did a very thorough job! I am now considering getting the membership services, because when you find a doctors office that care, you need to stay with them. From the doctor to the nurse practitioner to the staff, I give 2 thumbs up!! 👍🏼👍🏼😁

Lifeline is close to my office, and a coworker had previously visited and recommended it to me. I scheduled a check in time online before arriving and was seen after filling out all of the usual paperwork. Eduardo was my nurse, and he was super friendly! The doctor was super knowledgeable and thorough. Of course, I don’t wish to have to return, but if I do I know it will be a pleasant experience!

Man Javier Castro is the best. Super professional and great hospitality. they are also get you in and out quickly so you don’t have to sit there for a long time and just waiting. You guys got to come here!
