Sandra Russell is great but the rest of them leaves something to be desired. The rarely answer the phone and never call back when needed

I start calling during 3 weeks or more at all the time to shechule an appointment but they never answer the phone. Which is the best time to call?? Or how can I Sdchedule an appointment at this location?

Speaking as a patient who has seen Sandra Russell for the past 4 years, shes very knowledgeable, possesses an impeccable bed side manner, very helpful in any/every way possible.In regards to the front desk staff, they DO NOT answer the phones, relay time sensitive messages to the clinicians, appointment availability are 3 weeks to a month apart .

I love love love my very beautiful and amazing and gorgeous and most wonderful, non-judgemental Dr Therese Obioha! You are such a wonderful and very highly knowledgeable physician. Always bubbly and kind and very respectful of her patients. You will always be my doctor till forever and ever!!! Front office staff is so amazing and nice!!! I love going here, sometimes I be wanting to come up with a reason just to visit Dr Obioha. Yall this is the right community clinic to be at, very affordable. Dr Obioha, thank you so much for being so genuine and non-judgemental and always concerned with the wellbeing of your patients.

I would give it more stars, but the staff is so disorganized. its crazy! My wife has been waiting for them to send documentation to the insurance. And nothing is done. she has been waiting since December last year. Every time I call doctor they say the nurse is not available. When i do talk to the nurse they say they will send a note to the doctor or they will send it. Because they have not sent the information, my wife has not been able to get the MRI she needs. I keep on calling, once every week and they seem aggravated. We are just going to change Primary Care Physicians. I love how Dr. Obioha is, she is nice and caring. But the staff is horrible. Because of them, I am going to change and my wife is going to change.

I have been calling for 2 weeks to make an appointment ive called the after hours line i even left a message and went online to book an appointment I also called the Humble location still no one answers or responds and ive called during diff hours and multiple times a day.

I have been to this clinic for my annual check ups for about 3 years now. Every time i go they make mefeel very comfortable, i always appreciate that because i always feel nervous when it comes to dr appointments. They also have great costumer service and good communication skills. The staff here is friendly and so helpful! I really appreciate how attentive they are and how well they explain everything I will definitely continue to go here for my future check ups!

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and it only gets better every time I go, I never have to wait they are always on top of everything! I always ask for Patricia to assist me when I go in because her way of being makes me feel like I’m in good hands!! Great clinic 10/10 recommended.

I have to give 5 stars, everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and the doctor Dr. Theresa Obioha, M.D. have been nothing but helpful, respectful, and very knowledgeable in their respective expertise. Took 3 doctors and 2 years to find the right place to get me back on track and I have to shout it from the highest mountain. I would recommend on both a personal and professional level - try it, you will like it.

I absolutely love this clinic!! From the staff to the doctors! They always make me feel like a priority and everyone is always so professional! The facility is very well kept and I can tell each staff member really cares about providing the best healthcare possible.

First time here, very happy. Clean office, safe covid free environment, short wait, fast service, friendly staff, really loved Dr Obiohas happy upbeat positive personality. Very thorough and knowledgable. Looking fwd to them being my pcp for years to come.

Avenue 360 at Sugar Pine Dr is a great family clinic. They are always courteous, friendly and professional here. I will continue to use Avenue 360 as my primary care facility.

The doctors are great! Lately the staff are being rude to the patients. With the exception of the spanish girl. The other ones are nasty and not helpful. Now the wait time for blood results are 2 weeks. When they received the lab test in 2 days like in my case. Dont know what is going on but i do like the doctors.

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the quickly paced check in process. Dr. Obioha & Patricia are amazinggggg and I truly feel comfortable while under their care.

I absolutely love this clinic because of Dr. Russell. She’s an amazing practitioner and she always gives me advice when I come in in regards to nursing school. I truly admire that woman! However, I called trying to get another prescription filled, I got “Jody” I believe at the front desk. I called and asked her what I needed to do to have my bc refilled and she just transferred me to an extension where no one picked up. I called back and I’m sure she seen the same number, she didn’t even answer she just transferred me back to the same extension. I called back at least 4 times back to back she did the same thing each time. Very unprofessional. I called back a last time and got Sheila. Immediately Sheila took my issue into her hands, emailed Dr. Russell and let her know I was on my last few birth control pills and to have it refilled expeditiously. That was great customer service by Sheila, and terrible performance by Jody. She does not need to be working at anybody’s front desk not answering calls. & why would you transfer a call knowing nobody is back there in the office, and still transfer the call after you KNOW no one picked up. She couldn’t even face me because she know she was wrong. Jody needs more training. I was VERY disappointed. Even though this is a small clinic, I still expect great service and Jody did not provide that. I was highly disappointed and frustrated that she kept wasting my time and I had to keep calling back! Thanks Shiela and thanks Dr. Russell!!

A disaster .. since February I made 1 USD because I felt bad .. and I have been calling for months about my result, and neither answer, nor answer, nor does the doctor notify me to give me the result, anyway ... I hope it is not something serious..because if it is for your services, I would have already died.
