I ordered a new chair with Steve in Arizona in July. I still dont have my chair. I fall out of my current chair so Ive called the office numerous times to follow up, with no call back. I have left messages with Steve and no call back from him either. He told me it would be about three weeks for my chair to be ordered. Its been almost FOUR MONTHS. This company has terrible customer service.

Very busy place, but worth the wait for a good seating. Ryan Martin spent a solid hour with me. He listened to my wants and needs, then lent his insight to work up seating specs.I ended up purchasing a chair out of pocket through an online DME using Ryans specs. The new chair is both safe and comfortable. It is important to note, that prior to going in to National Seating I had done my homework. Make sure to research fitment and involve yourself in the wheelchair community as much as you can. This will give you valuable insight and allow you to be a more informed consumer, because in the end its your body.

Of course you have to give them at least one star but they deserve none! While I was a quadriplegic they were happy to make sure I had a very expensive chair with the bells and whistles. But when someone stole my forearm crutches and I called them a month ago... today out of the blue I got a call, keep in mind I need these crutches to walk. I got the response weve been so busy my 100 crutches were not worth their time, but my 20k chair was. Dont use them.

New update March 2021: Claims they are out of network but insurance claims they are in network since 01/01/2021 but NSM hasnt updated their information to bill the insurance.Had great help then no help at all and was pushed over to their sister company which I left a review with them as well.Update: Leaving the previous review so people can see the change in service. This company has changed or removed the bad customer service personnel. They are working with me and have been extremely supportive and professional.[Old] Slow, Bad customer service.

Weve been customers for more than two decades. Our experiences have always been positive. Short waiting times. Good service. Competent technicians. Since they moved into their new location, the parking for lift vans is now sufficient. The occasions when we needed help right away, they saw us that day. Wed recommend them in a minute!

They don’t care for your medical needs. I don’t know how they use codes for medical equipment or how competent their staff is , because every time I check with my insurance they say basic wheel chair is approved but NSA tells a different story that only frame is approved. Insurance even names every features of the wheel chair , still NSA tells same story . It’s been 8 months since I am following back them. Now I am disappointed and frustrated for my daughter’s sake.Update : I appreciate NS&M help in getting this matter settled with my insurance. After insurance’s response , I hope NS&M will help my daughter in getting her wheel chair timely. Thanks

Customer service is nonexistent! Very rude office staff that will cut one off in the middle of a sentence. I had a car seat ordered for my son. I brought him in to have him measured for the seat. A couple of months later, I took him back in to have the seat installed and fitted by a “licensed technician”. The seat was not installed correctly—I had to rip it out and start over only to find out a part was missing for his seat. Now that I’m trying to get it fixed, they keep giving me the run around. Sending me to voicemail box after voicemail box. According to NSM, the part has to be installed by a “licensed technician”. Or they can just mail it to me for me to install—I guess you don’t have to be licensed! I will be filing a complaint! It’s simply ridiculous! My special needs child is in an ill fitted seat!

This company is horrible. The processing in trying to get needed medical equipment is horrific. Im not sure why we continue to use them. I guess, I will need to research other companies so that if someone ever mentions National Seating and Mobility to me again I would kindly tell them to run as fast as you can and give them the number to a company that is capable of getting results in a TIMELY manner.

I can only speaking from my experience alone.. never had a problem with parking.. always seen on time.. never left confused or disappointed.. plenty of smiling faces eager to help.(.our fav. face david butcher) first met in 2011 right after daughter was moved from pedi ICU... then to our hm in the yrs that followed. Now we makes trips to Kirby location. Soon we will be moving further away and I plan to make the drive because I feel it would be worth it.!.

Hi I met Joel Perez at UTMB in Angleton Tx for my evaluation for my chair. He was very tuned to the kind of chair that would fit me best. He was very knowledgeable about all the different types of chair as he and the lady from UTMB talked with me about my medical isues. Then Joel brought out a chair to my house for me to try out as a demo and it was really helpful. Hes a super nice guy and he does a great job. Thanks Joel!Carrie B.

All they did was relocate for Knight St. One of the worst companies a person with a disability would have to deal with. They dont keep good records for billing and lie about your repairs. Never return your phone calls and act like you are bothering them when you call them back...Check around before using this company

Very disappointing. The person I initially started this with, from the expo last year, until the delivery of my chair, brought me the same type of chair I originally had with a host of excuses as to why I could not get the chair I needed. And this one just like the other one has started falling apart already. And that is after I took it back for minor repairs. Now a whole new hosts of problems are occurring and they cant do anything because they are short handed and cant get to me any time soon from the sound of it. With that in mind I need a charger as mine blew a fuse, so as they keep telling me they will let me know when I can bring it in, I keep trying to get them to understand without a charger I cant bet anywhere, there included. I dont know if this will help anyone but for the time being National Seating and Mobility may not be the way to go. And the topping of this is, I was supposed to get a permobile and of course I did not get but they seem to think I did, until I showed up in this. Wonder where my permobile went and what happened to my original salesman????
