I stopped in today to purchase some medical grade safety items. My mother recently had an accident and has some injuries that have caused me to revamp her bathroom to better assist her limitations. A woman named Julie helped me, she is fantastic, knowledgeable, compassionate. She mentioned items that never occurred to me to make things easier for my mom. The store has so many items for helping the elderly, anyone hurt who needs to modify their way of living. Highly recommend!

I have a charity in Spring Branch and I called Spring Branch Medical Supply, only to find out they were closing in just a few minutes! I expressed that I needed some safety supplies for my volunteers and it was a bit of an emergency. R.J., who I spoke with understood how important it was to protect the volunteers during the pandemic, so he actually said he would help! He said he needed to take food home to his family and that he typically doesn’t do this, but he would come right back to get me the items that I needed for my volunteers. He did just that! He showed back up after closing, invited me in to ensure I had what I needed. I have received help and support from Spring Branch Medical Supply before, so maybe I shouldn’t have been surprised, but this was a big deal to me! In the end, R.J. Even made this a donation, considering what we needed the supplies for. In the past, I have purchased scrubs and clothing for my wife here and have always been treated with the utmost care! Thanks to R.J. For going above and beyond, and I promise to try and keep it within business hours for now on! You didn’t have to, but you did! I made my first visit ever to a medical supply store on 9/20/19. Excellent customer service from Meli. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my purchase. She did not try to rush me or sell me things I did not need. The store is much larger than you think and seems to be very well stocked. I was very impressed and will be going back for any future needs.

I work very closely with RJ and Ana at Spring Branch and have always had a wonderful experience with them and their services.They are very involved in the patient community that surrounds them and will do whatever it takes to accommodate the patient when necessary.There have been times when they were the only supplier available to offer the items needed, even if it meant taking a little bit of a hit on their bottom line. They offer a very large variety of items and if they dont stock it, they can can typically get it for you.I highly recommend their services and products. They do take cash as well as many different insurance plans. You should call to verify which plans just to be sure.I guarantee you that you will walk in a customer and definitely leave feeling like an old friend.

We were searching for 12 - 1 Gallon bottles of Peroxide for a construction project. After calling several places, I finally located a local medical supply company that could order some for me. RJ was extremely helpful with my quest and was able to order what we needed. Family owned business, definitely customer service oriented and has the home town feel that big drug store chains are missing these days.

These guys couldnt make you feel comfortable if it killed them. They didnt smile and really didnt seem happy to help me. Jeez I bought something shouldnt they be happy anyway. Whoo hopefully I dont need them again they arent worth it if they cant give you good customer service.

Just went in to get a nebulizer and had phenomenal customer service and they explained each model of the nebulizer we asked about, warranty for each, and were very upfront about prices and which one would be best for our usage rate. Will definitely return for all medical supply needs.

The folks at Spring Branch medical Supply are very helpful, and knowledgeable.The store is loaded equipment and supplies...everything I have needed for my 92 year old Mom care. This is one stop shopping for medical needs.

This company is NOT a Medicare provider. They misrepresent themselves as such and require payment upfront telling customers they will file a Medicare claim for them and reimburse the customer when they (Spring Branch) receive payment from Medicare. This is not true as my wife has experienced. As a result we are out several hundred dollars. This is a small family owned company that has a minimal cash flow and does not have any connection with Medicare or any other insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE OR SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE AND DO NOT PAY THEM UPFRONT.

They didnt have what we needed in stock at the time so they called a competitor close by to confirm they had one and sent us there. Thats how people should be, thats service, to give a customer away to a competitor so they get what they need!

I went inside because I needed some new scrubs but the lady was not very friendly the phones were ringing n she said can these phones stop loud. Then she seen me and acted like if she was playing. I ask where to pay but wanted the price first she said the answered and said to me no you don’t want it or what?! I said no n left it’s so unprofessional

I found this place because my Mom needed compression socks and because this is new to me, I was completely lost since there are measurements involved. Before calling this store, I called somewhere else and was told I had to do the measurements myself since its recommended to do first thing in the morning, this response didnt help me. When I called Spring Branch Medical Supply and spoke with RJ, he answered all of my questions and told me to just bring my Mom in and they would do the measuring, he earned my trust. He told me the hours of operations so I decided to go on a Saturday morning. This store is twice as far as the first store I called, but the customer service I received by phone made the decision. RJ did the measurements and also demonstrated the careful way of putting the socks on and taking them off. When we left, my Mom felt comfortable in being shown how to do this because we both wouldve thought these socks were to be put on the same way as a regular pair of socks. On our way out they were getting really busy, but if the rest of the associates are as nice and customer service oriented as RJ, I understand why the store was becoming busier. Since this is something that my Mom will probably need more of in the future, Im glad I found this location!!! ☺☺☺

This place is huge! I was amazed at their large, in-stock inventory. We came here to buy a walker, and they had at least 20 different styles to choose from and go home with right away.

I have been using them for my medical supplies for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with them. Even when I need something special that they dont stock they can find it.
