I’ve done over half a dozen laser treatments here and it gets better each time. I had a session with Ana today, she was amazing! it went by very quick (25 min for full legs) and was fairly painless. This was my 7th treatment since July and I am so happy with the results. If you’re on the fence, It’s worth the investment, do it! Cannot recommend enough.

This was my first time with Novopelle Med Spa and I was so nervous because I had an awful experience with another company, but Ana was so professional and put me at ease. I immediately felt I was in good hands and she was excellent. The pain was minimal. I am telling everyone to come here if you want laser hair removal.

Had the BEST experience at novopelle for laser hair removal. I had Alexia as my tech, and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the session and I’m only two sessions in, and can already see results! Was expecting to be in some pain, but it was so much better than i thought! The place is clean, and they’re quick to respond when I have any questions or need to change an appointment. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking to get laser hair removal and don’t know where to go.

I came here years ago and had a horrible experience with the previous ladies that worked there so I decided to not even finish my laser treatments that i had already paid for. Fast forward to now, i decided to give them a try again and finish my previous treatments since i had just wasted my money. First appointment went well and i scheduled my next appointment that i unexpectedly was unable to show up to due to work related circumstances. I am a real estate agent and my work schedule is never the same every day. They told me i had to pay $40 for the cancellation fee which is almost half of the treatment i had paid for.. they were not understanding whatsoever of the situation and all they said was “You also have the option to loose the appointment altogether but that is your choice.” Im sorry what? It seems all they care about is money and wont even bother to care about people’s situation. It sucks because now i just wasted my money once again.

Had a really terrible experience at this Med Spa. Management was not communicative, I was mis-led several times, treated unprofessionally, and the service provided lacked consistency and had poor results.UPDATE : Management did make arrangements to help rectify the situation, although the whole process took me a year and was incredibly frustrating. My additional star is just to acknowledge that after a year, they finally issued a refund that I had been promised previously.

Technicians/Staff were clear in explaining how the procedure goes and what to expect. They were welcoming and professional. Although I felt nervous, they were able to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely return here for any possible future procedures and recommend Novopelle Med Spa to friends and family.

Ive been coming here for laser hair removal, and all I can say I that Ive received the Best customer service ever! Luci is so friendly and shes also great! Everyone else that works there is also friendly!Edit: so since coming here for about 7 months, Ive noticed that this place doesnt keep the same employees. I will say though that I was highly impressed with the great service that I received from Mariel. If anything, she would be the only reason Id ever consider going back there. She is an excellent employee and very professional at what she does.

Ive been to a few other laser hair removal shops in CA and TX. Novopelle is thus far my favorite. I have to admit that what really brings me to this place is my laser technician, Megan. She is absolutely the best. Ive got terrific results thanks to her. She is not only very diligent in her sessions, but also amiable. My mom always used to say: Make good friends with a good car mechanic, a tailor, and a plumber. Now, Ill add Megan as my go-to person as my hair removal consultant :)

Mariam/Mari does an amazing job. She is very detailed and cares about her work.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and while management has changed many times, the service has always remained the same. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable! I come for laser hair removal and recently tried microneedling, with both Ive seen amazing results. I have tried other Spas offering similar services but always return to Novopelle. I would recommended this place to all of my friends!

I had a half leg laser hair removal and I just did my 6th session, I can tell that most of the hair is gone ... I am going to wait a few weeks to see what is left but after 2 days after the last session, I think I am good. The professionals I had a chance to meet were always nice and friendly.

Megan helped me during my first session and she was so professional and knowledgeable. She gave me great information, answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I look forward to going back for another session and to her helping me.

Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Excellent standard facial: perfect blend of chatting/quiet time, good facial massaging, excellent results for my skin! I went three times (1x/month) using a Groupon deal-wish it was for more! Not sure I would pay full price every month but the quality here is now my standard for other places. Minus 1star b/c theyre difficult to contact: lots of phone tag.

I decided to use Novopelle after finding a grupon. They were nice, I only gave 3 stars becous the treatment did not last as long as they originally stated. Also I liked the gel laser treatment a lot more then without gel, but they were only able to use the gel one time out of 6.

They have fair prices and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Clean and simple environment-- no extra bells and whistles but a great place and I will keep going back.

I arrived at approximately 6:15. My appointment was not until 6:45. The employees were friendly and got me in as soon as possible. Even though it was the end of the night the laser tech treated me with care. She did not rush the job, it was done very precisely. I appreciate the attention to detail as I have had over 30 treatments and would love to finally complete them and move on to another areal. I love NOVOPELLE and would recommend it to all. They have a machine for all types of skin. They offer other services as well. Check them out!

Great service yet overall experience was not professional. When I checked in, no one was at the front desk to greet me. I could see a few employees hanging out in a room chatting away. Finally, another employee - who turned out to be my facialist - greeted me, told me shed be back in a few moments, and left again. When she came back, she took me to the facial room. It was sufficient but not luxurious. The facial itself was great - she did extractions, massage, etc. I would prefer to go to a spa or other location for additional services.

Very professional and friendly team.The PRP treatment was a bit painful but,its worth .What i suggest is to use a more powerful gel as a light anesthesia instead of cream. Over ail was happy with the whole team.

The new manager is so unprofessional and sort of Rude at the Houston Location. even the way she talks to the ladies who work there is so disrespectful. she just doesnt have a good knowledge about the products. and now there is long wait, and it never use to be like that. And contacting them is the hardest task ever. they dont answer or return the phone calls. It is so difficult to get in touch with them.

I had a bad experience and Novopelle tried to fix it but still couldnt. Everytime I tried making an appointment they were either booked or didnt have a technician available. For a mistake they made, you think they will go out of their way to accommodate the client but I guess not. No one has called me to check up on me and I have a signed waiver that Novopelle supposed to help me until they fix the scar on my face (or close to it) and along with my facial hair. I dont know what else to do. Seems like the turnover rate is high with the staff and or management and services have gone down the drain. Its really sad. Wonder if someone contacts me after this. Also if anyone know the contact person to corporate, please let me know because someone in the higher up needs to know whats going on.

I was skeptical that laser hair removal would work on my skin. I used to get really bad ingrown hairs on my neck that would agitatemy skin and bump up but after going thru the first procedure I saw results instantly. Megan is a magician i will definitely be returning

I have yet to decide if I will return for treatments, but I do appreciate her reaching out to make the situation right.I wish I could give this place zero stars.Laser hair removal (Brazilian and underarms): six treatments; zero results - however, upon consolation I was told You have the perfect skin tone and hair color for this treatment to have optimal results.Every appointment I had to wait at least 20 to 30 beyond my scheduled appointment time.During the treatments, I had three different technicians; one of whom is entirely unprofessional.It was a waste of money and time. I now have to go through the entire process again - hopefully with a place that has a better idea of what they are doing and a higher level of professionalism.
