Dr. Mohan & her team were so attentive leading up to my surgery. Everyone was fully patient with me while I asked all my questions. Even though I was super nervous about the whole process, I was constantly put at ease by anyone I came in contact with. If I could go back and do one thing differently it would be to do this sooner.

I never ever write reviews but this is a MUST. I’ve always loved my body but at times I would feel really insecure about my breasts because one was bigger than the other and had a slightly different shape and they were pretty average. I began shopping around all over the country for different doctors and I have to say, when I spoke to the staff at Ciaravino I was completely blown away. They made me feel at ease, they actually listened to me, and they gave me exactly what I needed to make a confident decision in moving forward. I was really looking forward to a surgery to improve self-esteem. Sadly, the front desk and employees are unhelpful and callous. Very saddened by the poor quality. Also, very embarrassed by the law firm on the same floor ogling me when I walk back and forth half-naked on the day of surgery. They need to have some better privacy. Go somewhere with a more experienced surgeon and better staff. She’s too young to trust with your body since nobody there seems to care anyway. Results are not so great :(

This doctor is HORRIBLE! Something definitely went wrong during surgery. One incision was four inches long and the other one inch. Long story short, my left breast bottomed out and I had to get reconstructive surgery done (cost over 10k) . Now I have stitches under my left breast. Thankfully the doctor who did the surgery was able to fix the problem.

I started calling weeks ago but so hard to get a phone call answered. When they answer it’s very robotic. Said they would call me and didn’t. Why are the staff so rude? Why don’t they just treat me like a person instead of a robot? So frustrated! Going to have to find someone on the other side of town now even though I live literally down the street :’(

I am so pleased that I went to Ciaravino Total Beauty. Initially I went to have a capsulized breast repaired and decided to have another breast augmentation. This was a painful experience for me and my family. Everyone is beautiful physically at this clinic, but they are unfortunately superficial and don’t have good hearts. The ladies at the front desk were particularly rude but so was the patient care coordinator. The doctor is just trying to see as many people as fast as possible. Plus Kriti Mohan is a young surgeon so she is not very experienced. The clinic is in an odd location because you get surgery and are walking around half naked next to a law firm with men that stare at you the whole time. After you get surgery, they don’t answer questions or concerns. My breasts are lopsided now and they used to be symmetric. Please think hard and go somewhere else for your breast augmentation because this is not a good place for anyone who wants caring people to take care of her.

Awesome staff and great craftmenship Dr Mohan is amazing !

I am not one that leaves reviews usually. But after my experience I felt I had no choice. I had my implants removed in July. My first visit with Dr. Mohan and staff was great, I bought in to the beautiful office and staff. I chose to do a local for my procedure. This was clearly not a good choice. I had to have several shots to numb me, I felt every step of this procedure. I felt sure Dr. Mohan would address this at my follow up visit, just as a common courtesy. I didn’t even see her at my follow up. She passed me in the waiting room, so I stopped her and asked her . This was the only reason for us talking. I was disappointed at this point , and decided I would not return. Nine months later I developed what is called a seroma,( a huge pocket of fluid as a result of the surgery) I was told by my OBGYN to see my plastic surgeon regarding this. I called three times before I received a call back from someone at the office. My Dr sent results to the office several day’s before my appointment. When I arrived the customer service I received was below par to put it kindly. When Dr. Mohan walked in the room, she had not even looked at the results of my ultra sound and mammogram. I had to show her a copy that my boyfriend had in my folder. Dr. Mohan was going to drain my seroma. To make a long story short, was unsuccessful, and told me I needed another procedure. Sadly , this is not proper protocol . It seemed at best, she clearly didn’t know how to handle this. I work in the medical field, and am disappointed in the lack of knowledge and customer service I received. I would not recommend to anyone to experience what I did. I will say , everyone there is beautiful. But when it comes to their work, not impressed.

Im only writing this review because I received a text from Ciaravino telling me that it was time for a Botox refill. I never did Botox injections but instead RHA Fillers which I am completely displeased with. I went in for a consultation for my nasal folds that go down both corners of my mouth. I was told I needed injections in both my upper cheekbone area to lift the folds. I spent quite a bit of money and the injections did nothing for my nasal folds but yet left my face and head looking wider and flatter than it originally was. I am extremely disappointed since the only reason I went in to get injections was to look nice for my daughters wedding. In all of my daughters wedding photos you can still clearly see the folds on both sides of my mouth. I went in 10 days after the injections and was told to give it time to work. It is now almost 3 months and the folds are still there and I am very disappointed. I feel like I just wasted my time, had unnecessary pain for 2 weeks after the injections and threw away a lot of money. Now I am at a loss as to what to do!

Dr Mohan and her staff were so helpful and understanding. They explained everything to me so I would know how the process worked, answered any questions I may have had and were incredibly nice and professional. They stayed on schedule for appointments and I didn’t feel rushed. Over all a very good experience. I have already recommended Dr Mohan to others.

Dr Mohan took on the challenge and revised my tummy that I had done previously with a different doctor a little over a year ago and gave me a very cute belly button. Dr Mohan also revised my breast I did 20 years ago. I am very pleased with both. I loved how she was very confident in her procedures and how they would come out and I have to say I’m very pleased :)))). I had interviews serval doctors before I made the decision to go with Dr Mohan. I live in California and would fly out to see her for any future procedure. I am about 2 out from my augmentation and I could not be happier! Their staff is so knowledgeable & welcoming. Literally from the front desk to the nurses in the OR. I wasn’t totally sure about what size to go with, I just knew I didn’t want to look over done.Dr. Mohan talked with me over different sizes and what was proportional to my body frame, as well as long term satisfaction. Even up into the last 30 minutes before my surgery she was going over everything with me, ultimately I went with her suggestion, and she knows what she’s doing!The technique she utilized left me with minimal pain, fast recovery, and a beautiful job done!I only wish I would have done this sooner with her!Again, her entire staff is a well oiled machine from the minute you walk in the door. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend doing it! Not a better surgeon in H-Town!

I had a breast augmentation with a lift and a tummy tuck. The office was amazing! From the first consultation to the day that I walked out of the office it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. The girls are amazing and they answer every question that you have, no one is in a hurry. Dr. Mohan is the best hands down. Even if you are considering doing something like this for yourself, you need to call and make a consultation appointment with Dr. Mohan and her staff. You will never regret it! I recently received the Miradry treatment and it has changed my whole life. Ever since I was a child I have suffered from overactive sweat glands and was always wearing thick dark clothes to try to hide it. The procedure was just barely an hour long and I was only sore and swollen for the rest of that day. The next morning everything was still a little puffy but not noticeable and relatively painfree. I wore a sleeveless top in the middle of August the next day and had absolutely no perspiration at all!! I love this treatment, the only regret is I did not do it sooner! One month later and still sweat-free!!
