Unprofessional staff it would be understandable to have common sense that the patient does not know your work ethics and you should be able to handle their complaints or concerns in a more professional manner but don’t lie to your co workers and say that the patient is yelling at you because you had a attitude towards the whole day to began with and to you I didn’t show enough respect to meet your expectations as a human yes they called back to handle my concerns put ended the call to mock me because she believed I was yelling or mad if you would have had some come sense on any of my feelings how I reacted instead of making another problem I wouldn’t be posting this oh that’s why she reacted this way I was going to say thank you to the lady I understand I’m not the only patient this issue was over the phone called again to cancel my appointment will not choose this place for my treatment they blew me away with the care of the phone services they provide to get treatment the doctors and lab associates are kind and show compassionate skills on what they do ps The offices needs to monitor calls a.s.a.p ...........with staff answering patients phone calls I hope soon this reaches the right person to take action on matters like these.

The staff here is awesome. I walked in with a problem and Jennifer stepped up and helped me out with an otherwise big problem I had with a diagnostic place that cancelled my appointment earlier that morning. She stepped up and helped me even when she didnt have to. I am so glad my Dr sent me to them. Yes I would recommend them.

I have to say going to here must be scary for all. I called crying with the knowledge I had to make an appointment. This ladies go far and beyond to be compassionate to your worries. I have no idea how the sweet girl understood me but she somehow got me. Arriving at the facility was just the same. From the front door girl to all the staff. My diagnosis was not like what most are going there and for that Im most grateful but if it was different I would be in a bubble of care going here. I have been a patient at Millennium for 5 years and the staff have never been anything but helpful and friendly. My doctor Mary Crow gave me just the right treatment and she, along with my surgeons have given me the last 4 years NED. I only go in every 6 months for check ups now. I also like the fact that I can get all my labs and scans done in one place.

I am now a six year breast cancer survivor and have nothing but praise for the oncologist n staff of this fine office. I could not have had any better care. Claudia England

It was there that everyone from the front office staff to the nurses, the assistants, financial consultants, and phlebotomist that played an intricate part in my care. Coming to Millennium Physicians was more than just a healthcare facility, it was like being with family. Dr. Khoury has a genuine heart and his commitment to supporting me as his patient gives me hope and comfort every time I leave an appointment. I had so many questions, and concerns regarding my care and treatment, which were all explained and answered. I truly didnt know what to expect during my cancer journey but I knew I wouldnt be fighting alone. Now as a survivor I truly believe the support and care I receive is conducive to my healing and recovery process. You truly have a family at Millennium Physicians. If you are seeking for an up close and personal, family oriented feel, yet professional place to receive care for yourself or a loved one, this is the place. I highly recommend them. Youre not just another number they truly have a heart for all of their patients. Im forever grateful for all involved in my care here. Dr Yen was personable with great bedside manner. Something that is rare to find in Doctors anymore. He took the time and explained my prognosis and answered any questions I had in laymans terms not medical jargon.

This place is the best!!! Ive been seeing Dr Woondong Jeong, my first visit he spent at least an hour talking to me about my health.. The lab and nurses are all caring and great at their job...This is where you want to be when you need help.....

My doctor is .Charles Yen very experienced well known by other physicians he gets straight to the point and the staff is very sociable and professiona. This is a convenient location for anyone because its one mile West of I-45 and they do other services where you dont have to leave and go to a hospital. Doctor Yen has been physician for two years.

Dr Crow is awesome! She takes the time to listen and give feeback. If I feel uncomfortable about a situation she discusses it with you without dismissing your feelings and thoughts. This lady CARES about her patients. I would definitely recommend her!!!!! Dr. Crow ROCKS!

Dr. Murtaza Bhuriwala is one if the most compassionate, caring, and c concerned doctors we have ever had the pleasure and honor of knowing. My husband has been his patient for about ten years and he keeps searching for matches that will stop his lung cancer.

While Dr. Yen was excellent, knew right away what was wrong, I cannot say much for front office staff. They either have a new person who doesnt know the routine /how to treat patients or they are just plain lazy. My first visit they did not give me new patient paperwork to fill out, they failed to put diagnosis on lab request which neccisatated my having to make two trips to lab to get lab drawn and numerous calls just to get diagnosis plus they scheduled my next office visit at wrong location.So front office is not very efficient.

I love it there , everyone is so nice and attentive and supportive .Dr.Arani is the best and gets things done

I have taken mother in law to Dr. Arani for years & he is the absolute best. He has a heavy workload but is always personable & a straight shooter when it comes to diagnosis & treatment. Yes some staff members can b a bit contentious at times since extemely busy as well but he more than makes up for it. Thank you & God Bless!!!

Dr. Arani is a fabulous doctor, however, the rest of the staff needs a lot of work when it comes to courtesy and efficiency.

This is a horrible place, all the staff is very unorganized, rude,lazy front desk girl she never knows anything always and i mean always in a bad mood they can see someone falling from pain and all they do is act stupid and look around ,aside from the lady in FA the nurses are very rude and with very low knowledge today i called to ask a question about the fam member i am currently getting transferred from there so no longer their patient and one of the nurses said I PROBABLY COULD NOT AFFORD THAT MEDICINE damn sure she felt stupid when she found out i pay out of pocket , THEN she changed her tone of voice, it shouldnt be like that some people cant afford med treatment u see those comments should not be made of course thats a trashy place with trashy people i would just keep my mouth shut for all they know they could be talking to a damn millionaire 😊 The CEO etc , i for one dont have the necessity to go all the way there but i was forced to since it was an emergency i am now transferring to a great professional location thank GOD , this was only 2 weeks of going there i cant handle more,hell would have broken loose i was just keeping my posture.

Charles Yen and his Nurse are absolutely trash. His nurse patronized me due to my insurance dropping and having to reschedule an appointment. Im 6 months pregnant with a very dangerous platlets issue that puts my life and my baby at risk if I dont receive the medication. So I got new insurance and called them for a refill and refused me. I explained that I an expecting a child and what will happen if i dont receive treatment asap. She blantently said well thats your fault, we were suppose to see you a few weeks ago?!?!??! What professional says that to someone and especially someone in my position. When I actually saw Dr. Yen. He was 2hrs late and I heard him outside the room, he didnt even know I was there! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I waited an hour to see Dr. Charles Yen, which was a waste of time. He dismissed my issues, and over charged me for the appt. Dont waste your time here. I had to go see another oncologist to get help.

The Red Oak nurses are not friendly! I had a bad experience even when they leave an email from you they are very arrogant. They should hire adequate staff to treat patients.
