Every single woman working at this location is incredibly personable, well trained, and very professional. It was my first time to get a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. Every person involved handling my file were delicate, patient, and informative. I felt no pain and zero fear. They definitely aim for comfort through this anxious process. Thank you ladies at Solis Cy-Fair, and I highly recommend this location for others.

Stay away from this place two weeks ago my wife’s doctors order her a ultrasound and the ladies at this place wanted to do a mammogram instead of the ultrasound. They treat my wife bad and she was crying like never. STAY AWAY

Loved, loved, loved it here. Joanne was the sweetest as well as the rest of the staff. The experience was not like the other visits Ive had a other imaging places. I was cringing and waiting for the Hulk smash when I was pleasantly surprised with their curved plate, that made it way more comfortable. Because of this curved feature, I will not be going to any other place but Solis. Highly recommend it ladies, for YOUR ladies 😉

The staff are very professional and kind...they know what we as women are going through... I mean the anxiety, worry and fear...they dont treat you like a number but a human being. The equipment is tolerable and the compression or comfortableness varies based on the size of your breasts. They take their time with you and answer any questions you have. Solis Mammography is where I intend to keep going for my yearly mammogram.

Recently I had my baseline mammogram at the Cyfair Imaging Center. As we all know, these are not pleasant. However, this Center was great! I was greeted by a wonderfully sweet woman at the front desk who was quick with registration and insurance information. Within minutes I was back in a room changing into my little cape. Rita performed my mammogram and she was nice, knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I was in the room at my appointment time and was literally walking out in 35 minutes. Great experience with a not so great procedure.

Very disappointing I made my appointment and was given the wrong location which caused me to be late . Please verify location before going to appointment. There’s no follow up also no reminder call and no e mail after they say that’s what they do. The North Cypress location is a big hassle with parking etc anyway the technician was nice she made the experience good after the initial error.

I will start off by saying the front desk lady is a total sweetheart!!! However the technician Cheryl is the absolute opposite! She is clearly unaware or just careless of what the Solis Mammography Patient Care is:PATIENT CARESolis commits that all patients are treated with dignity, compassion and respect. We furthercommit to providing the highestlevel of quality care that is both necessary and appropriate.We do not discriminate in the access to services based on the patient’s age, gender, disability,race, religion or national origin.This woman was clearly disturbed by the language barrier between her and the patient.... I myself work in healthcare and one of the most important thing that we are thought is to make the patient feel comfortable!!! The only way a patient is going to feel comfortable to discuss any health issues or concerns is by being welcoming!!! AND THAT DEFINITELY DOES NOT INVOLVE HUFFING AND PUFFING... ROLLING YOUR EYES... AND MUMBLING UNDER YOUR BREATH!!!! Despite of any personal beliefs you might have you should learn how to be more professional Cheryl!!!

The staff was very professional and personable. The mammogram, however, was extremely painful, unlike any I have had in the 30 years I have been getting them. This is something we have to do and I hope next year it wont be quite so bad!

I have been getting my mamograms done here for serveral years, and the techs are nice and helpful, however, this past year, I was called back for additional imaging and most in the back didnt seem to know what they were doing. I sat waiting for a room to be open and when they finally told me to go, it was a room that had been open for as long as I had been sititng there. One person said, OH I didnt know you were waiting. In addition, I paid with credit card and was asked to give credit card authorization in case of other charges. I did. Then I received what I now realize was a bill, and thought it was notificcation of additional charge to my credit card. Then, collections agency calls me. After spending 45-50 minutes talking with 6 different people, I got an answer as to what the outstanding balance was, but noone could tell me why it was not charged to my credit card as was set up. I understand things like this happen, however, I decided to review as I had an issue in 2017 similar. I decided to have the Bracken test done. They were pushing this test and told me it would cost no more than xxx. Again left credit card and the charge was much more that what I was told. Not sure if I will go back for MAMO next year.

Very bad service, they treat patients very badly and want to do procedures that are not asked of them or that the doctors have not approved this clinic does not serve.
