The staff at Galleria MRI was so professional but yet very understanding and friendly. They took the time to be very helpful. My husbands experience here was made him feel very comfortable. And I noticed hope this was how they treated all of their parents. Ten thumbs up.

I recommend this place to those that want quick service. Make sure you have all of your information before you arrive to help speed up the visit. I will say this. Once you are in the building you will not want to leave. Great atmosphere to work or receive service at. Thank you for WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE....💪🏾

They do a good job but every time I had to go I was stuck sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour at least to be send after my appointment time. As I’m typing this it’s 5:13 and my appointment was at 4:30. I left work early and had to use PTO to make this appointment and it wasn’t even nessisary

Great place to have my MRI exam. As soon as I walked the was a lady making sure the waiting area was clean. She wiped everything down. The front desk was nice and answered all my questions. When the tech took me to the back he explained the exam and was about talking to me while downing count the exam time. They were nice, fast and safe. Thank you!

My doctor referred me and my husband here. Weve been here a few times. Everyone is friendly and attentive and our doctor receives our results promptly.Its located in the large Kroger shopping center on the side facing Lakewood Church.

I’d like to share my opinion about this place. I see that they don’t have a good review. These reviews are old. I had a visit today and I had a very good experience in this location. The staff are super nice and the MRI technician is just amazing. She was so nice and explained to me the process since it was my first time getting an mri scan.I was there for about an hour. That’s all it took.I loved this place and the staff.

Me and my wife walked in with our orders and no appointment and the ladies in the front immediately got on the phone with insurance... worked us in within minutes.. was offered a face mask, sanitizer and extra reassurance they took our temperature before getting our exam i must say i was definitely impressed!!

Thank you ladies for getting me seen asap.. not to mention my insurance was verified within 30 minutes totally wanna brag on them i left my face mask at home and without even thinking the ladies provided me with one.. clean facility was offered sanitizer, lysol wipes and i also seen a young lady sanitizing the waiting area this is exactly what we need to enforce in all offices. def. recommend to everyone

Took the staff several business days to verify my insurance to allow me to schedule an appointment. The appointment was then rescheduled the day of and moved back a day with no explanation. I then received a call asking me to come in hours ahead of my appointment because they could get me in, however I wasn’t available. I call prior to my appointment and arrive early. I’m then told they’re 45-hour behind after just having spoken to them on the phone. Waiting room is dirty and they aren’t wiping down after anyone.

Had a pain in my abdominal area and my dr requested a stat CT scan. Galleria MRI was able to get me in the same day and got the report to my dr the same day that was great. The staff was really friendly and would highly recommend this facility to family and friends

Incredibly incompetent people. They scheduled me for a contrast CT scan where I had to do a prep with fasting and drinking a liter of Barium and when I got there they were like oops we are sorry you are scheduled but we dont have a doctor today and we cant do it, youll have to come redo your whole prep and come back tomorrow. They didnt call ahead of time to inform me, I dont even think the schedulers knew they needed a doctor in to perform the test. If you are choosing where to go I would not recommend coming here.

I’ve had the greatest experience here especially with my favorite Justine Martinez !! She can brighten up any room !!!! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me with all my questions with ins and helped me schedule several mri appointments for me and my husband!!! I will definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family !! I can’t tell y’all how much I love this place !!!

No consideration for peoples time whatsoever. My initial appointment was rescheduled because they didnt know the technician was going to be out that day. They call the day before to confirm my appointment and tell me to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I asked how long the appointment would be, they told me 30 minutes each scan (I had two), so an hour. I show up at 12:15 for my 12:45 appointment. Fill out the paperwork in 20 minutes then I sat there and waited...and waited...and waited....and waited. Its 1:15, an hour after my arrival and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I ask how much longer. Oh it will be shortly they tell me. At 1:30 they take me back to change where I continue to wait. It isnt until 1:45 before they put me in the MRI bed. That is ONE HOUR after my scheduled appointment. They have no concept of scheduling appointments and NO CARE OR CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLES TIME. I did not leave out of there until 2:55 PM. I was there for a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Not once did they apologize for the delay. NOT ONCE. There were other appointments that I had after this one which I had to reschedule. There goes more time that I have to take off of work. Time that is already spread thin. I would not come back and would not recommend to anyone.

Totally unprofessional service by this center they are just making money an dripping off customers. I had my MRI done last week and even after 8 days they dont have the reports ready. I called them up this morning and they said yes reports are ready our doctor will call the physician and inform you. I reach my doctors place and these guys say sorry reports are not yet ready. Absolutely useless service font even think of going there. All they care about is ripping off your money, totally unprofessional and rude staff.

1st the not so great moment.......I arrived early, but still waited more than an hour. The office was not packed at all. I signed in then asked the lady behind the desk for assistance with getting tea. I took a seat then waited quietly (who would I talk to.....myself lol) Then after a long wait my phone rings. It is the lady behind the desk. I say hello and she asks for me. I look at her and say I am right here She never looked to see if I signed in or if I was seated in the waiting room. However we both got a good laugh along with the guy heading out. I do not mind waiting because I am a patient person, but not sure why I had to arrive 30 minutes early if I would still be there 2 hours. Nonetheless my overall experience was excellent and the lady behind the desk along with the rest of the staff was very courteous and friendly. :)

So I had to drive from Galleria to Sugarland for a doctors appointment and was referred to Galleria MRI for a scan. That day it appeared that receptionist had to leave early so she hurriedly gave instructions to what appeared to be a new person on her first day of work. After a long wait, I had the scan done by a very professional Technician who claimed that the machine was having some issues but he was able to perform the scan or my arm. After the scan, he told me to wait in the waiting area for a copy of the results to be given to the doctor. After waiting about 10 minutes, the apparently new receptionist informed me that the CD would be mailed to me. I have since called back twice because the CD has not shown up in my mail box and was given 2 different stories. The first story was that the CD was mailed to me. The second story was that the CD was mailed to the doctor. I have since called the doctor and was informed to set up an appointment and bring along the CD (which still has not appeared). I did ask for a tracking number but the individual I spoke to was unable to provide the information. The doctors office is attempting to help get to the bottom of this. I would definitely not visit here for any future exams despite the close proximity to my office.

I was called to the back and asked to wait. Then, I heard the Dr. asked someone to go and see whats up with Lisa. After a while, Lisa came into the area, in a rush. Lisa, called me to the procedure room and began scurrying and saying, I was called in at one time, but the patients are waiting when I get in, and I would not schedule it that way. She then complained several times (while continuing to scurry), that her things were moved, and she couldnt find anything. A gentleman came to the door of the procedure and stated, Weve been so busy around here, your check is on the way, and Ill do better. She then attempted to insert the I.V. into my right arm, however, I had to ask her to stop because it was too painful. She then, inserted the I.V. into my left arm. I was then asked, by the doctors, to lye onto my stomach to prepare for the pain injections. I had to ask Lisa for the donut so that I could breathe while my face was into the pillow. Still scurrying, she gave me the donut while the doctors waited to begin the procedure. The doctors began to apply the cold soap and I had to scream, wait! I have not gotten the medicine in the I.V. yet. Lisa hurriedly put the medicine into the I.V. I fell asleep with much fear and anxiety.Lisa woke me up and told me to go to the room (across the hallway) and get dressed. I dressed as best I could and dont remember anything from that point. My caretaker reported to me that Lisa said, shes ready to go and asked her to let me walk through the lobby and to the car. She told Lisa that I was too drowsy to walk and requested that she put me into a wheel chair. Lisa, then rolled me to the lobby and stated that she had other patients waiting and left her to attend to me alone. My caretaker asked who would assist her in getting me into the car and the receptionist offered to assist in getting me through the lobby and into the car.Hours later, my caretaker found that the I.V. catheter was still inserted in my left vein! She immediately called Galleria MRI & Diagnostics and they told her to take me home and they would send an Uber driver to pick me up, bring me back to the office, then take me back home. Instead, she drove me to my nearby Drs office. Of course, he was in shock and refused to touch it. He immediately called Galleria MRI & Diagnostics and requested that a nurse come and remove the I.V. Lisa stated that she was running behind because she had other patients, but she was coming within the next 30 minutes. At approximately 5pm Lisa arrived, in a hurry.She got some gauze from her jacket pocket and removed the I.V. catheter without gloves. She then put the removed I.V. catheter in her jacket pocket, took the gauze and tape from my right arm and placed it on my left arm. Lisa began apologizing and stating that she was negligent because she was dealing with H.R. because she had not gotten paid in two months. Lisa then admitted that she did not take my blood pressure and vitals or provide needed fluids before I left. All of this happened in the lobby of my doctors office. I didnt not make it home, from a 11:00am appointment until 6:58pm, with an ELEVATED blood pressure.After contacting management and complaining, they offered me a $25 gift card and gave me the run around.Just so you know, I never received the insult of a $25 gift card.These people deserve a -5 stars!

The absolute worst experience Ive had with a medical provider. They ignored the MRI orders from the physician right off the bat. Then waited to be seen by a technician who could not even pronounce the name of the test being performed. Almost 2 1/2 hours total time for an MRI that should have taken less than half that time. Then Galleria MRI fails to provide the MRI or radiologists report to MD Anderson, causing me to miss an appointment with the physician. Worse, despite having signed a release and offering to pick up the materials in person, Galleria MRI refused to provide the materials within a reasonable time period, saying it was their policy to have the reports take up to 3 weeks (15 business days), even though they purportedly had the results in hand and were going to fax to MD Anderson, which they did not.Unprofessional, rude, expensive and clueless. Avoid at all costs if you care about your health or the health of your family members.

They called me to schedule an appointment but, did not have the approval from my lawyer. Then they called back but didnt even leave a voicemail. Then they called me the day of my appointment and want me to come in by 4pm.. well I am still sitting here. I arrived at 350pm.. then they want me to fill out the same paper work that I filled out before for the same case....They are sure not together.

I have a spinal fusion and spinal cord stimulator, the technician wasnt sure how to proceed. He had to call Medtronic about the stimulator. This should be a common thing to deal with these days, tech was in-experienced.

Their service was very excellent, I did magnetic imaging and had a problem with the language, as I did not speak English, Jaboli was a translator and the player helped me to order. Especially the employees before they were more than amazing.
