I was told I would not owe out of pocket for the X-rays I received 11/24/20. Almost a year later, (yesterday 10/5/2021) I received a bill (the first bill) for those x-rays. And the due date is 10/22/21. HA!Almost the same scenario happened to my husband. He asked for his upfront responsibility after insurance before receiving his imaging to make sure he didn’t get a surprise bill. He paid his responsibility upfront and got a huge bill weeks later. The billing department were rigid and unapologetic.On a good note, the service was great from the radiology tech.We wont be back, though.

Havent actually been to this facility as of yet, but the Women who scheduled my appointment Beverley took 36 minutes to do so. That is why I give 3 stars. It starts before a person even shows up. I hope she gets job training soon and I hope she stops selecting who she detains. It seemed so deliberate. I AM 🙏 for YOU Beverley and hope soon you take your job seriously. I finally arrived and was greeting with smiles. The front desk was very welcoming and my Tech that day was very sufficient and professional. Must say I was very pleased. Just a suggestion your scheduling staff I know theres a problem, but whom AM I to complain or grumble because at least Beverley finally had success with giving me a date for service. I can tell when someone is not wanting to do favor even if there being paid to do so. Also Id like to thank you for such cleanliness your facility displays. Thank you again for a pleasant visit in person.
