Houston MRI this location was very clean inside. The employees at the front desk was very friendly and kind>. What I like most was there was really no wait time and everything went fast. Jennifer V did my X-Rays and she did an exceptional job of taking care of me. I would recommend this particular location to anyone. Awesome staff!!!!!!! :)

Thanks to Laura, Tasha, and Patty they made my experience wonderful. I have anxiety and they made me feel secure they were very patient and explaining everything thoroughly. I did not have to wait long and they were very professional.

Laura and Tasha were so nice. They completed my CT scan in a timely manner. The front desk staff was very friendly as well.

Earnest was my tech and was very professional and helped me feel very comfortable. He took his time to explain the procedure. Earnest knew that I was a bit nervous about small places and made sure that I was doing ok. I would give him a 10!The ladies at the front were awesome. They were efficient and friendly. I received Excellent Customer service from this imaging center; I was nervous about my visit and Laura made me feel at ease; and paramedic Tasha demonstrated exceptional skills when setting the IV as with other medical centers the experience is bad as they have had a more difficult time in finding my veins. I recommend this facility for their professional staff and would give more stars if allowed. Thank you Laura and Tasha!!!! Keep up the outstanding work.

Nice and friendly staff. I was taken care of by Tasha and she was very nice and caring. My MRI tech was Earnest and he was very good at what he does. The people made me feel comfortable. I hope I dont need another MRI, but if I do I would return.

We needed our son to get some Xrays, other places we had to wait days for the appointment. We called Houston MRI, got appointment same day, results were delivered to pediatrician next day, and we after a week, the orthopedic Dr needs the images... called in the morning, they told us to pick up anytime.They are efficient and quick, HIGHLY recommend them for your images.

Very good visit. MRI Tech Ernest and Paramedic Tasha were both patient and soothing they made my MRI very easy. The front office and rest of the staff are excellent. I will definitely visit this office for all my needs.

I had two imaging appointments here. Scheduling the appointments went very smoothly.Patti reached out to me to ensure I had no issues on day of the appointments. She also was very accommodating in allowing me to switch my two scheduled appointments.I arrived early both days and was checked in by a friendly front desk. I did not have to wait long to start.On Monday, Edgar (paramedic) helped me prep and Michelle (tech) performed the imaging.On Wednesday, Edgar & Tasha (paramedic) prepped me and Ernest (tech) performed the imaging.Everyone was friendly, professional and on point.Great experience, great people, great facility. This is the second time Ive been here for an MRI. Front desk Sandra moves you right though for a fast and easy visit. While the MRI Tech Ernest keeps you informed as to what is happing and how the pressure works. Great people, thanks for the sooth visit. Im sure I will be back.

My son had an ultrasound with Laura B & she was extremely attentive and patient with him. If you can ask for her for your ultrasound I highly recommend it was an amazing experience .. She never got frustrated with my kid and kept him entertained

The staff was very nice and the whole visit took less then 30 minutes.Laura B ,the lady giving the ultra sound was very nice to talk to and did a really good job.

From the time i walked in the door until i left the ladies were nice. My ultrasound tech, Laura, was very good. She explained why things had to be done the way they were which made me ok with having to wait awhile longer. While i waited she checked with me before starting on another patient which i appreciated. When i was finally ready she was ready for me. During the procedure she asked about my comfort levels, but i just felt relaxed and at ease. Usually tech just take their pictures and your done. She wasnt like that and i didnt mind it because it really distracted me from being uncomfortable.

I had an early morning appointment so everything was on time, Daisy did my exam, she was friendly and thorough.

MRI Tech Ernest made me feel comfortable and let me know how long between sessions.Paramedics Tasha was very professional.

I was scheduled for an MRI in the morning and staff was friendly and assisted me quickly. Ernest, my MRI tech, was friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

I went in to do an xray the whole staff is professional and friendly. The tech who did my xray was great real curtious and nice and professional, you can tell Ms. Cassandra really loves what she does. I gave this place five stars because the staff and you cant beat there prices really reasonable and affordable.

Ernest did my MRI. He was very conscientious, friendly, and kind.Sandra was working at the front desk. She was very pleasant, cheerful, and knowledgeable.

All of the staff from scheduling over the phone to the front desk back to MRI to the end when we left were AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and COURTEOUS. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and did not mind answering questions!!!The man who did the 2 MRI on Tuesday was great with kids!!! The office manager is great with her staff. She has a very patient kind voice while explaining new procedures to staff. You could tell by her repour with staff that she must be liked and respected by her staff. If i could give them a 10 i would. Very economical also. Thank you all for giving your best for my baby!!!!

I have never been to a place where I was treated as if I were royalty!! The manager, April, was the most welcoming person as well as the other staff at the front desk. Sarai, treated me like gold and was very patient and so kind. Ernest the MRI Tech was a prefect gentleman and I recommend anyone who needs their X-RAY or MRI needs to come to this location. They dont just treat you like a patient, they make you feel like a friend.

Service was fine and results are were quickly sent to my doctor. My issue is that I was charged more than what my EOB states I should have been charged. I first called in December to report this and request a refund. After not seeing my refund for a month I called back and was told it would take 90 days from my original request. I have called twice since the 90 days had lapsed and all I am told is that the request is in processing and that the ticket will be elevated. It has been 5 months since my initial request and Ive seen nothing. Each time I called, I was told I would receive a call back with a status and that never occurred either.

Set appt for MRI. Front receptionist friendly, but I was left to manuever my way to through several steps of getting to the table. I was a high fall risk due to my condition and medication. Also poor communication of my reasons for being medicated, and assumptions were made. Images came out borderline good. And leaving the facility staff only helped minimal. Next time I will opt to using a Stand-up MRI. The pain, risk, lack of support I went through just for images isnt anything I would ever want to revisit at this locatio ..ever. Lesson learned.

The office staff kept me informed prior to my appointment. I was seen promptly on my appointment time and everything was hassle free. They were not in the network with my insurance, but the out of pocket cost was reasonable. Kearston was my X-ray technician and she was incredibly helpful. She gave me clear, step-by-step instructions from the time she greeted me at the door until I was I was all done with my appointment. I felt comfortable and at ease.

This facility never answers the phone, or returns any calls. I called several times to schedule a mammogram, was told they needed the order, so I took a pic and sent it in and still nothing. Then I finally get them on the phone today, and am told they don’t do mammograms there. What a waste of my time.

I was a bit apprehensive in scheduling an appointment at this facility due to not so good experiences with facilities and physician on this side of town. But GYN recommended this facility; so i call and set up an appointment. Well, the person who scheduled my appointment was professional, courteous and took her time until i could get my dates right. The ultrasound technician, Jessica was super wonderful. She took her time to explain step by step what she was doing and put me on ease throughout the test.i will definitely return to this facility for any diagnostic test i may have in the future. Another great thing is that they are in network with both my insurances.

The people here were both patient and friendly. Hopefully I won’t need anymore lab work done, but if so, I would definitely return here.

Where do I begin....The staff here were extremely attentive, from the front desk to the Techs. Id like to Thank Kearston for being so informative on the whole process and making it as easy as possible. Not only did she take the X Rays but she also gave my daughter a breakdown on the terminology of what it is that she does and why the X Ray was of certain bones. We live closer to the Woodlands location but and I will gladly be taking the long drive to the East Location again for my daughters next appointment.

I went in for a CTA Chest Scan and Ms. Laura Ramirez was amazing. She was the one who administered everything during my CT Scan. I was extremely nervous and suffer from anxiety and she was so great at helping me keep my nerves down and explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions professionally and efficiently. The doctor on hand also saw me after to make sure I was okay and he was excellent as well. Very pleased with the service and professionalism provided.

Update: Im changing my review due to the professionalism and courteous nature of the Manager and Asst. Manager (Eva) at this location for going above and beyond to make this right. You ladies worked me in Im appreciative of your efforts. The MRI Tech was fabulous too?Im giving Houston MRI 1 star because the scheduling of my procedure was goofed! My appointment was made a couple days ago. I told the guy who scheduled my procedure I wanted the location closest to my house (less than 6 miles away) but, for some unknown reason, I was scheduled for a location about 40 miles away... UNSATISFACTORY!The ladies here at the East location are nice but it doesnt make me feel good to have to wait an additional hour or so and Im in pain!

Very professional staff. They are well organized and get you in for your appointment on time. I went in for an MRI and it was quick and easy thanks to the MRI tech Ernest Cardenas.

Houston MRI is the best place to go for any imaging needs. The staff is very courteous and professional. Everything is clean and you don’t not have a long wait as long as you go with an appointment.Also I’ve referred patients there and they all enjoy it and request all their imaging be done there if able.

I had a bad experience before I could even go to this location. For starters, if there’s going to be a charge the day of the visit that should have been stated BEFORE the morning of. We had spoken a few days prior when the appointment was scheduled and the payment was not mentioned AT ALL. So they call me the morning of to confirm... This is probably because they failed to tell me that I needed to pay $110. Why didn’t they tell me this before the morning of? It wasn’t an insurance issue because they hadn’t even verified it yet. Nevertheless, I said I would be there. Then they called again while I was in the shower and I missed their call and then 5 mintutes after that they were calling again. If you called me and I haven’t called you back please do not continue to call me. They had finished the other appointments quicker so they wanted me to come in early. However, I was unable to come in earlier at that time. Unfortunately even though I left very early for my appt I encountered 2 closed freeways therefore causing me to arrive at 2:08 for my 2:30 appointment.While I am outside of the location I called to verify that it was the correct place and the lady said the tech went home and my appointment was canceled. She said that If you arrive more than 10 minutes late then your appointment is canceled. However it was NOT MORE than 10 minutes late. I have a phone record to prove that. The fact that she stated that the tech already went home before it was even 2:10 obviously my appointment had already been canceled when the tech decided to go home.I understand that I was late and that is completely my fault. However, when you tell a customer that if it’s more than 10 minutes and then try to act like the time is different than it is I’m going to be upset.Had she stated the policy was if I didn’t arrive EXACTLY 30 minutes prior then I would understand but the lady acted like I can’t see the clock and see that it isn’t 2:11 or later. (Which would be MORE THAN 10 minutes late.) I felt like she was covering for the tech who left early which upset me more.Also you want to call me several times regarding moving my appointment for YOUR convenience then maybe let your clients know of your policy while on one of those calls. Especially customers that have been fasting since the day before to prepare for this appointment.

My husband took our daughter to a Dr. appt and they referred us for an X Ray to this facility. He went and the wait was going to be awhile so he scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived this morning and watched as SEVERAL people who arrived after him were called before him. He is a night shift worker and had only 2 hours of sleep before this appointment. After multiple people being seen before him, he became agitated and got up to leave. The staff then tried to make an excuse stating that they were waiting on clearance from the insurance.. REALLY??? You DID NOT get this approved since yesterday ? It took you over two hours for an insurance approval? There was no apology for the delay, the wait or the inconvenience NOTHING. We will not return as apparently customer service is not a priority!

I had my MRI done here last week and i absolutely loved the service i was given. everyone is so nice and sweet at this office.

Very bad experience! I was on my way to my appointment and was in stand still traffic, I called to let them know I would not make my arrival time due to the traffic. I was told it’s ok I can still come in. So 15 minutes passed which would have been my arrival time so I called back and let them know I am still not moving much and if I have to reschedule I will. She put me on hold then said it’s ok just come in but you’ll have to wait for a bit. I was fine with that. I arrive 35 minutes after my arrival time (arrival time is 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment). I was told they could not see me because I was late! I was very upset at this point. Why would they tell you to come to have me turn right back around. Not good service at all!!!

First off they have liars working there. I was told when making my appointment that they called me the day before and I refused to make the appointment, WRONG! They never called me, I have proof of that. Then I was told once I made the appointment I would get a call the day before confirming my appointment, NEVER HAPPENED!!! Then on the morning of my appointment I was informed that I had a huge payment for the service, I was not prepared to pay. I was asked if anyone called me the day before and I said no, I was told that they are suppose to call and I assume that is when they are suppose to inform you of the payment then. Well it would have been nice if I had gotten that courtesy. If I did not really need to address this health issue I would have walked out. Horrible service, horrible customer service. I was told the supervisor would be told, yeah I will hold my breathe on any follow up, NOT.I so not recommend this facility, I will NEVER come here again!!!!!

I had my mri done yesterday. My technologist Johnny was Fabulous. After the 1st picture was done he check on me made sure I was okay and so on. He gave me ear plugs and put a cloth over my eyes, which made the process a whole lot easier to get through. I dont do mri I just dont care for them but my technologist made it so easy and I like that it was open. Thank you East Houston M.R.I and Diagnostic Imaging for making it a easy process and your wonderful customer service!

I waited for 6 days to have a MRI done and was told I would be contacted before the procedure day of how much I would need but I never got a call. On the day of exam after I signed in and got registered then was told I need so much money when I told them I was never called was told they were shorthanded the day before so I had to cancel the b exam. They were not friendly or try to work with me.

Friendly staff, but that is all. I had an appointment for 2 p.m., they kept telling to wait 10 minutes and out of this 10 minutes I waited another hour and a half and still not got my x-ray, so I left (...angry). Total waste of my time due to the fact that it was 100 minutes drive back and forth.

Had a horrible experience getting xrays taken. My chiropractor sent me for xrays and I had 2 female techs in the room who took about a dozen xrays for 3 images requested by my doctor and none were clear or readable. Insurance was charged but no images. The solution was for me to retake them. Who wants that much radiation going thru their body?

I would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. The person I spoke to was very friendly and answered all of my questions. At the time of our appointment the internet crashed at their office and I was not able to get the images of my daughters MRI to take with me for her appointment the following day. I live over an hour away from this office and was a little irritated and worried I wouldnt have everything in time for my daughters appointment. I spoke to an employee named Melissa and she made everything right. My daughters scans were going to be hand delivered the next day to her dr all the way in Sugarland before her appointment. She called me the next day and personally made sure everything would be ready for her appointment.

I had really bad experience never going there again! I had so many test done there and all of them came back wrong (2 ultrasounds on my breast, x-Ray, MRI) I started getting my test done on OCt. 2014 and I got my MRI done on Dec. 2014 and everything comeback fine. I was so sick and back pain. I had to go to the emergency room on Dec. 2014, i had a CT scan and The dr. from the hospital told me I had breast cancer (stage4) and 4 broken vertebrates. The dr and nurses were shocked that nothing showed up on the tests.

They are the nicest people. Its convenient and close to home and importantly its clean.

Horrible my 1 yr olds doctor scheduled her an appointment here because she is very sick and we need to find out if she has pneumonia we had to wait going on 2 hrs and still waiting she has not had her milk because we didnt think it would take this long and she is starving my daughter has cerebral palsy and 102 fever and i am still waiting this is horrible😥
