Wonderful experience!! I was feeling hesitant to schedule my exams due to Covid. When I called to schedule, I was screened for symptoms. When I arrived for my appointment, I was screened again and my temperature was taken. I could see all the staff taking precautions to be safe. This made me really feel at ease. The service is top notch, all the way from scheduling, front desk and the young ladies who did my exams. My doctor ordered several exams and I was able to have all of them done on the same day. This made it so easy for me. I will definitely keep using Excel Diagnostics for all my imaging.

I was the MRI Tech here for 1 year. Its ran by 2 managers that dont know what theyre doing.1 manager is a Realtor and the other is a CT tech that had an expired CT license the whole time I was there.They both dont know how an MRI machine works.MRI was built in the 80s and is always breaking down.They dont even have a CT machine. They only use Nuclear Medicines built in CT scanogram or scout scans for CT, so its very limited CT capabilities.They hire students with zero experience for Nuclear Medicine so they can pay the lowest possible salary.This is the kind of company you guys are walking into.*Review Updated on 12/06/2020:The owner of Excel Diagnostic left me a horrible voice mail of threats for this Review, saying she will sue me for defamatory also additional personal threats against my career as an MRI Technologist.Let me enlighten you.1.A true statement is not considered Defamation.Having my Review up here will only solidify all my statements are 100% True.2.The license you threaten to report me for not having is for X-ray Technicians.I have a valid MRI license that hospitals nationwide acknowledge.Another reason that proves, your managers doesnt know what theyre doing but discrimination.You guys dont even know what licenses are required for Technicians.You threaten to report me for a license I dont need. And yet, you allowed your manager to have an expired CT license.3.Dont ever call me again. Have your lawyer get in touch with my lawyer instead so I can counter sue you for Negligence.

Worst experience ever was told by my physician to go there for scans to be completed before surgery. Spoke with scheduler who told me what I should pay through insurance. Set expectations for me to bring records to show deductible already met and advise me that they work with patients. I arrived early was left to sit in office and told they don’t accept receipts any more for proof of deductible paid advised to speak to office manager and person who set appointment was told they were all at lunch or gone for the total waist of time. Receptionist was unprofessional and very unpleasant she asked me to pay and they would reimburse me. In the middle of a pandemic worst service especially for necessary medical care. Also told me a bout a patient before me who paid 1500 after traveling all the way from Europe. Who they for some reason had to take payment from and they would reimburse as well.

Nice and calming lobby. The front desk staff (Daymara) was very helpful and accommodating. Kiana was my CT Technologist, and she was very friendly and kind. The whole experience was much more comfortable than I imagined. Highly recommend this facility.

I recently went to Excel for an MRI. I have been to other radiology places before in the past but this was my first time coming to Excel. I really liked that it was easy to find and the parking was free. No parking garages or sky-walks. Just simply drive in and park. I was pleasantly surprised that the facility was so pretty and clean. The front staff was very friendly and efficient. I was quickly escorted to the back for my procedure. Angie, the tech was very kind and explained things along the way. She also gave me a blanket because I get cold easily. When my procedure was over, I was walked up to the front office. The staff wished me well as I left. Over all, it was very pleasant experience.

I had to do a fast X-ray for immigration papers and I called them last minute and they took me in without a problem where very flexible with me even me being a new patient . Also very professional and friendly . Would definitely recommend

I wish I could rate more because this diagnostic center is so far the best I have been to in Houston, its very clean, the staff is genuinely nice as well as very professional and knowledgeable at their expertise, they make you very comfortable and there is not a long wait at all, a very friendly staff associate by the name Monica Garcia and the receptionist/check in lady is so sweet if you are having a not so great day Ms. Monica knows how to greet you to make you smile and feel so much better I would recommend everyone to come to Excel for all your diagnostic needs......

They tell me my insurance doesnt cover all so I get charged up-front my share (first time was over $400 for an MRI. This time was $325 for a C-Scan). In both times my insurance covered 100 percent and I had to call them to refund the money I paid them. It takes over 2 months to refund my money and I had to call them twice this second time. Hate to deal with a company that you have to fight for your refund.
