I had a family member used the Breast Center for a mammogram and received a bill from Singleton Associates, whom we have never received a bill ever. My family member has used the Breast Center numerous times in the past. I have called multiple entities within Memorial Hermann and Singleton Associates, and everyone told me that it is up to us to confirm that BOTH the provider (who read the mammogram) and the facility are in-network.The issues:1) I am never heard of a patient having to verify both professional and facility services for a preventative screening.2) We were never given the providers information to verify before receiving the mammogram.I saw another review with a similar problem.

Came in for an ultrasound at 1:30pm, had to pay upfront and more than 2 hours later they still haven’t seen me. Every nurse told me I’m next to go in and there’s been about 5 others that went before me. Horrible place and They should’ve rescheduled my appointment!

I had a mammogram and my radiologist, Erika, was super friendly and made it as easy as she could. I was really comfortable. Rest of the staff is really nice also. My complain: There was a payment I needed to make and was never notified, never received a bill after 4 months, now its on collection agency which representatives are rude!

Using hubbys account. I have been coming here for years and years with very positive experiences, until yesterday, when I came for a diagnostic-- which means testing to determine if something atypical is serious, ie. a lump that could be cancerous. Upon arrival, they took my money asap, pay first, youll get your services later. But that is everywhere these days and not the reason for the low rating. While waiting in the back to be seen, someone came over to tell me they were trying to get my doctors orders changed to do testing on both breasts (instead of one side only) because it had been over 8 months since my last annual mammograms. This would save me a return visit for annual testing because they could do it a little early. They told me it could be a few minutes to get the new orders, and did come by once to tell me they were working on it still, and it could be another 15 minutes or so. After sitting for almost 2 hours, I could no longer take the torture. I had been fine to wait for my appointment time although when you know you have a lump, you want to find out as quick as possible what it is, and it never really leaves the back of your mind. Up until the appointment time, I had managed to keep my mind from wandering, but somehow sitting there watching women come and go for almost two hours was just too much, and my mind began wandering to the what ifs scenarios and I sat there choking back tears in the waiting area. It was PURE TORTURE. The person working on my new orders finally walked by and looked shocked to see me still waiting, I jumped up and told her that I wanted to proceed with the orders I had, for just one side, and that I could no longer wait as it had been almost 2 hours. She said she was just trying to save me a return trip, and I said Id rather return than wait any longer. They did get me back within about 10 more minutes. When I complained to the Tomo technician, after about five minutes of her defending what they were trying to do, I finally interrupted her and insisted that we just get started because I really could not wait any longer to find out what was going on with me. Note to the staff: Diagnostics are not the best time to ask patients to wait for another 2 hours.

Lovely place--very comfortable waiting areas, very professional staff, very accommodating! Ive been a very satisfied patient here for many years.

Go somewhere else They are bunch of money hunger!!! Don’t u write anything yes’ in the questionnaire form!! They will make sure to take your money not the insurance!

So nice. They have warm robes, changing rooms, water, coffee, cookies... Its like a spa.

Worst place in the world! Dont use this facility! I wish someone would call me back so I can explain the issue. They even hung up on me after putting me on hold for 20 minutes!

WHY do you offer online scheduling if you cannot schedule online???

After an issue with an appointment the staff reached out to me and went out of their way to see that the problem was resolved.
