Excellent service. Easy access. Lots of parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Self pay Prices are unbeatable. I brought my mom to get an CT abdomen/ pelvis with contrast and paid $150. I called around to compare prices and trust me you won’t get that price anywhere in Houston.

Usually, scheduling an appointment for imaging is terrible, but this is the first place where they made it fast and easy. The staff was always nice and kind, and once I was there they did everything to make sure I was comfortable all the time. If I ever need any other imaging service, Im definitely coming back here.

I was in and out because I was able to do my checkin and fill out the forms online before coming in for my appointment.

This was a fantastic experience! The staff was helpful & friendly and the wait time was just a few minutes. Also, the radiologist read the images and I received the report within a few hours. If you are in a rush and dont want to wait for insurance approvals, they offer very affordable cash prices. I highly recommend SimonMed!

Simon med was friendly and fast, they did a C Scan on me and they nice.

My first experience with this imaging company was just a ⭐️ It was horrible….. But I went to the office at the Med Ctr and they where awesome in the office and very caring. Went back for the MRI they were also awesome in explaining what’s going on, but they offer no assistance getting off of that table after being up there for 45 mins. knowing your a person with a disability. And that’s their down side.

X-ray tech was awesome... she was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and thorough at ensuring x-Ray’s were good, and hustled to get me done and out of there. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. It took about an hour and 45 minutes before I was called back, and at least three other people came in behind me, were serviced, and left before I was even called back. Total time was 2 hours and 20 minutes to check in, wait, wait some more, and still wait, then get x-Ray’s shot and get dressed and out of there.

My experience going down to get a sonogram for my liver was a very good one.The girl that I had spoke to initially was able to rearrange a scheduled appointment, see me immediately when I did come in, and was extremely extremely professional. She she did the sonogram and it’s all very organized and efficient. I wish every experience dealing with business was as good as this one.

SimonMed imaging at Holcombe was great the staff super nice. Great deal best price i found for a ct scan without insurance. N they got me in super fast. I called one day b4 n they put me on the schedule the day after tnks simonMed

I called to make an appt. I informed them of my claustrophobia- they set up the closed (ancient MRI) appt. when I arrived they tried to talk me into it. I was disgusted and appauled and left- they finally rescheduled for the open. Was sent here for auto accident. Wouldnt go back unless it was my only choice!

Will never be coming back. The customer service was okay BUT even with the appointment you are asked to wait. I made an appointment for ultra sound and x-ray. And the lady said ultrasound had no wait time and yet had us wait 30 mins for that and for x ray straight up said even with appointment you have to wait. NOT WORTH THE TRAFFIC AND WAIT. We all have other places to be. We can’t spare 4 hours for some scans!

Had a great experience. Check in was very easy. All precautions were taken to be social distant. Even with the amount of patients in the waiting room, the wait time was not long. The techs were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining the procedure, as well as making me feel comfortable.

I went for an MRI. Staff of the Holcombe Blvd location was not friendly. My doctor had ordered my MRI without and with contrast but technician told me that I don’t have to have with contract and I had already paid them for both and technician told us that she has already called the dr office but couldn’t get hold of any body. My wife asked them why they are calling dr’s office when we already have the prescription for both. Then few mins later another girl came out and said that she talked to the nurse at dr’s office and they said it’s fine without contrast. But we told them we are going to get it done with both. Later on we contacted dr’s office and the nurse told us that she never talked to anybody at the facility. Since it was self paid I think they were trying to make money by avoiding with contrast and since we already had paid they would keep they money.

Imagine coming the first day of work excited to start your new opportunity. It was truly the “professional voice of tone” for me that had me in the loop until I walked in to the office while starring hard at the regional manager Corey trying to figure out why she walking around with no shoes on, barefeet walking real slightly & politely amongst the covid filled floors. There was no toilet paper in the rest room nor paper towels. The bathroom door knob was hanging on by a thread let alone call myself “being an employee”. I told myself to not panic & just complete training and head over to the Med Center location. I get to that location and it was worse! It look like a old suite where people donate their blood for $3.58 cents! They have one girl sit all the way inna back with the door closed & lights off giving very much “i’d rather work @ home” chile I would recommend this job if you really need a paycheck while searching for another! Everyone is based in Arizona so one can imagine how thorough the training can or should be!

I like the fact there was no wait time everyone in the office that’s good bedside manner I recommend anyone to go

I went there in the afternoon for chest Xray and got attended immediately. The staffs are very professional. Total time of 15mins from filling up the forms and getting the procedure done.

I was scheduled for an X-ray that took 5 minutes. I was not called back for the x-ray until 1 hour and 45 minutes past my appmt time. The explanation was that a procedure ahead of me takes a lot of time. It seems that the point of appointments is to take into consideration everyone’s time and how long things take. Ridiculous in my opinion and would not go back to this location.

I got xrays for my back. The process was relatively quick. The nurse / X ray technician was very nice and beautiful I may add. =) And the price if you pay out of pocket was very affordable.

I had a walk-in x-ray. The staffs are friendly and the wait wasnt long. The technician sent my images to my PCP right away.

Had a CT scan done here after being referred by an ENT Specialist. The actual process was smooth and comfortable, so no complaints there.The billing process has been a nightmare, though. I provided the facility my Aetna insurance information a week before the procedure, and they checked off as being in network, only to find out after the procedure that they are considered out of network. Surprised that a facility this big would be considered out of network for Aetna.

Staff was very nice. I was in and out in no time.

They were short-staffed but the x-ray technician was very pleasant and nice. Was very uncomfortable in waiting room half dress with gown on and other male patients were in the room with me.

Office staff was great, very friendly. Location is very easy to get to. We did have some problems with scheduling through the 800 number. We had called on Wednesday to reschedule the Thursday appointment to Friday. But on Friday morning we found out that it hadnt been done and they were saying we missed our Thursday appointment. They were still able to get us in at that time anyways.

I did MRI scan because of the neck lump. I used self-pay due to the insurance had to take extra three business days as they said and I am urgent.However!!! I did scan last Wednesday, they still didnt send out my result, today is Tuesday again. So what is the benefit for same day appointment? What is the point I did self-pay since I need the result ASAP and I had very good insurance? How does a doctor need one week to see an imaging? And it was lump. might be life threaten and urgent! !

From beginning to end, a great experience! Corrie was amazing at helping me set up my appointments and making the process so simple. She and the other girl working there were so friendly and helpful. And the same with the technician Gary who performed the MRI. He eased any concerns I had and was extremely patient and accommodating. All in all, a wonderful, pleasant staff and a state of the art machine made for an exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Ive had a lot of CTS and MRIS and this is the first place that offered a ride to and from their facility when I got there filled out a little bit of paperwork that was called back immediately the service is awesome I will go nowhere else from here on out. Because of my insurance I can choose where to go and I will choose SimonMed Imaging from now on they have modern high-tech machines that are leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors

Im a middle-aged black dude who is claustrophobic and simply cant stand the thought of being in confined spaces, so I chose SimonMed because of their open MRI machines. However, I was still petrified on the day of the procedure. Caroline who administered the procedure kept me calm and assured that everything would be fine. She even got the secretary involved. It took me a little time to get comfortable, but once I was, we were on our way. With their help, it was a piece of cake! I really want to thank both ladies for their understanding, patience, and care. I couldnt have done this without you. Thanks again ladies, you were fantastic!!

Horrible wait time and time management. I waited 1.5 hours only to be told there were still people ahead of me and they couldn’t give an accurate timeframe. Filled out paper forms asking for the same information over and over on each form. They should utilize technology and streamline the process.I finally asked for a refund and left, and they couldn’t even process the refund.Learn to respect your customer’s time.

The most affordable CT scan in Houston for self pay patients. I paid less than 200$ for a CT with contrast and they let me choose the option of a payment plan, which was even more helpful during this trying time. I Definitely recommend them

Caroline helped calm me for the MRI. Everyone from the person that answered the phone to schedule, to the technician that did the MRI was so helpful and answered the questions I had to help calm my fears. I suffer from claustrophobia, the open MRI helped. I still panicked, and Caroline walked me through patiently and calmly. They allowed my husband to sit in with me to help me. The open MRI was better for me than the closed older machines. There was no way I could do the traditional style machines. She was so caring and well mannered. I will definitely recommend this place. The office and environment was clean, office was not overcrowded. Billing was upfront and I had a great experience.

Had an appointment at 1:30 and waited over an hour. The staff at the front desk aren’t very helpful and all they said was that I could re-schedule the appointment. Why would I do that? Staff are complete idiots.

My MRI was sent over as a stat! I called to get my results and spoke with a Irene in scheduling she was very inpatient and did not like the fact that I was correcting them on their mistake. I stayed on hold for over 30 for Irene to never come back to the phone with her manager Diana! Very disappointed because this mri was on my brain it could be life or death and they acted as if I was wrong from them not reading it as a stat that was clearly on the order!

I chose this place to do my MRI (and x-rays) because they are much more affordable than other places I shopped -- by as much as 45% cheaper! I am currently on hold with simonmed customer service as I sit outside of the closed location that should have opened 16 minutes ago, according to the operator I spoke to yesterday and the sign on their door and their Web page, However now that I am here having driven an hour to make sure that I could get these records for my doctors appointment, that I scheduled at a certain time because they opened at 8:00 a.m. today and now they say they dont open until 830 isnt that convenient.
