I tried calling the appointment desk. Music played for twenty minutes. I tried calling Medical Records,Voice machine came on. Left several messages. Today is 4/28/2021. No return call.

Even with valid imaging order they refused to do an x ray

My husband appointment was at 6:15 but no one even got to the office to open the doors till 6:35. Even then there were no doctors there yet, just a rude receptionist. Avoid this place its a complete waste of your time.

They make me wait 7 minutes when I call them, finally they hung on and nobody answer my phone call.They take a full week to send the x ray to my doctor. I feel bad and my Dr cant give me medication because she was waiting for the result on my exams.

I didnt like anything about them. First it takes forever almost 2 hours waiting past our scheduled appointment. They all act as if you have no right to be there and youre ruining their day for being a patient.

The wait...the run arounds...the rude workers... total waste... it took me 4 hours here...

They did not send results to the doctor of record

This place is a dump. 30 min past my appointment time and the place was still closed. Finally somebody got there then she starts throwing things on the counter in a bad mood so I said f this.
