Avoid going there for MRI, CT Scan, and other services. The people who work there are unprofessional especially the office manager Rubi.I gave my fax number to Sandra after I did my MRI so she can fax me my results next day, and she made me sign the HIPPA form before leaving. I waited until next day, but didn’t receive anything so I called Rubi who claimed to be the office manager, and she informed me that Sandra gave me the wrong information and she cannot fax me my results. This is a total nonsense and nonprofessional treatment by the employees.Rubi is not doing her job right by training her employees. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I am in the healthcare industry and I know for sure results can be faxed, but cannot be email or mailed. They just wanted a give me a hard time.

If I could give 0 stars I would the receptionist is rude and really should find another job that doesn’t have to do with customer service and the office manager is no better. I don’t understand how these people are getting these kind of jobs or where they found them but they are better off working somewhere far away from the public. At least needs to go back to customer service training course.

Nice place, costs here are tremendously cheaper than getting my ct with and without contrast at a hospital! Was gonna be $568 at the hospital and is only $250 here! I am waiting for my CT scan right now. The facilities are a bit old and out dated, but chairs are comfy, gal at the front desk was polite and helpful.

Extremely great service. The two kind people who helped me get an MRI done were not only knowledgeable but extremely nice. They made sure i was comfortable and made me feel relaxed. They were funny and very inviting. Great service!

I appreciate locations such as these that offer affordable pricing for the services you would pay an arm and a leg at Hospitals or other facilities. The MRI pricing, was about 50 % less than what I would have paid at the hospital. The location is a little outdated, but very clean. From the front desk associate to the technicians I would give them 5 stars for sure. The pricing was clear from the beginning and the techs were very professional and made sure I was comfortable for the MRI. Would definitely recommend if you do not have insurance or if you do looking to get the service done at a decent price.

Horrible place, the ultrasound technician(a Middle Eastern lady) is VERY disrespectful. I was being asked “why aren’t you married?”, as if that’s any of their business. Then followed up by rude remarks of having a child out of wedlock. I’m emotionally exhausted by the disrespect at this office. Please save yourself the headache and don’t attend here. Very unprofessional.

This place had the nicest staff! The prices are also great and they have bilingual staff which helps a lot, I also like that it’s very clean

Fast, efficient, and clean. Great customer service, and questions were answered up front. No bait and switch here on pricing. I got seen immediately and was out in 30 mins. Now only if my PCP office had the same level of service.

I watched 2 clients one waiting at window while ppl in office looked at her standing there I timed her standing at window 7 minutes; 4 ppl passed her in their office reception area no one acknowledged her until 1 person asked if she’d been helped she stated no. The other client asked excuse me may I ask a question & they completely ignored him! He kept going from window to window & he apologized for asking the question. Not a friendly or inviting place will not return here again!

This facility is amazing. I was sent there for a CT Scan late on a Friday a little over a month ago and Dr. Alexander, his Office Manger, Ruby and his entire Staff are amazing. When most employees are ready to close the door in your face, especially on a Friday evening, NOT this staff! Dr. Alexander and his staff were incredibly polite, professional. and so CARING! I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Imaging and X-rays. They are all major credits to their professions.

It is one of the best MRI i have ever experienced before. Scheduling appointment was quick and simple. No waiting time untill i got to examination room. The open MRI machine was comfortable and fast (17 min). The staff were very kind, cooperative and fast. I got the CD I request minutes after the examination. It was a very good experience, I recommend you all to go there.

One of the greatest X-Ray service in Houston. They are fast, polite, and friendly. Cannot ask for more from a medical service provider. I really like the fact that they offer same day appointments and get the results back in a timely manner.

I got a chest xray a few months ago and the manager was very understanding about me being late.

I recently went here to get my leg checked out.took my mother here too.She cant speak English very well but the people in the front desk helped her fill out the forms.

Very disappointed with my first time visit. I called in advance to schedule an appointment. The receptionist clearly stated my appointment would be at 2:45pm. I arrived on time and they had me waiting for more than two hours. People who barely arrived were being attended.I highly dont recommend!

This place is very clean and sanitized. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The only thing is the waiting area is small. I definitely recommend this facility. And if youre a walking you dont have to wait for a long time to be seen. Service is fast.

Horrible!!!!!!! Waited over 2 hours for my ultrasound appointment! Then I tried to talk to the manager Rubi, about the wait and she was so rude to me and then walked away! Then the ultrasound lady brought me back and was very unprofessional, disrespectful did not have her mask on !!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars! Had an appointment for a ultrasound at 1:30, got there at 12:45. Waited two hours!! Horrible place, highly wouldn’t recommend. Find somewhere else to be treated better.

This place is horrible. I arrived early so I could fill out paperwork and have been sitting in a 9 person lobby for 2 hours. Ridiculous! Whats the point in making an appointment? The ultrasound tech ignored me when I asked her a question and then when my phone rang told me to turn it off because she couldnt concentrate. I understand that it need to be turned off but she was very rude about it and continued to ignore my questions. I will never come here again! I rather drive an hour to go somewhere else.

THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE TO ME FROM THE MOMENT I GOT THERE. THEY WERE VERY FAST AT SEEING ME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND THE FACILITY WAS SUPER CLEAN WHICH IS A PLUS FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PLACE. TWO THUMBS UP!

Went to the urgent care next door, who couldnt treat me without first confirming pregnancy. The ultrasound technician refused to tell me if she could see a baby, didnt show me the ultrasound images on the monitor, and shood me away when I tried to read her report. The technician simply needed to answer yes or no to my being pregnant, so that I could be treated next door. When I asked her when I would know, she said I had to speak to reception. When I asked reception, they said it would take 3 hours before they would have results, but that it could take up to 24 hours! This is incredibly insensitive and is the definition of poor-quality care. I will not be returning, nor do I recommend anyone else go there if rheythey want their time to be respected!

I recommend coming here if you are in the area and need an xray. My company insurance doesnt kick in until April, and needed an xray done asap. They were two exits down from my location, so it was very convenient. They gave me a deal for a $50.00 chest x-ray with no insurance. My Dr. faxed referral, and I called up there to ask about wait. Receptionist was very nice, and helpful. She mentioned I would probably be in and out in no less than 45 min.This place is very clean. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The xray technician was nice as well. The waiting room is very small for a non appointment clinic. I wanted to make an appointment, but they do walk-ins--so I understand it might take up to 2 hours depending on crowd.I definitely recommend this facility. And if youre a walk-in you dont have to wait for a long time to be seen. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Perfect for a lunch hour walk in. Came in at noon.

Waited for almost 3 HOURS. I don’t recommend this place at all. Staff is rude and didn’t make it a point to keep you updated or to help. Worst place I’ve been to.

I do not recommend this place at all, I called to ask for a price and they gave me one, I made the appointment and when they paid they gave me another, and to top it off they did not send the results to my doctor in 3 days I had my appointment with my doctor and because of These inept people could not attend me since I did not have the results.INEPTOS

The person who answers the phone very rude and polite asks you if you have insurance and you tell him not to wait a moment, wait 30 minutes on the phone and he did not answer later, just music
