Got the wrong diagnosis.. Went to see the doctor over an infection in my right eye unfortunately was not stye.. I called so they can reevaluate they wanted me to pay again for the diagnosis to change.. Would not recommend waste of money.

He educates us and once stayed open late to give my daughter a tetanus shot after she was bitten by the neighborhood cat!Impeccable bedside manner and always friendly, courteous and caring.We drive to see him from Fresno!

Dr Vic is such a great PA! I was so grateful to be able to do my internship there. But what got my attention the most was that I have acute bronchitis and asthma. I stayed sick while living in Texas he had to been paying attention to me daily when I came in to work. Long story short one day after it was time to close he made me sign in lol and be seen as a patient. With that being said he checked my vitals etc and as I have always known that I have hypertension. He immediately gave me a very caring scolding and made sure I got on my meds etc. Hes very caring about all cultures but mostly more so Concerned about African American culture. Our culture are the worst with caring for ourselves properly and thats a known fact. It can be for many reasons mainly no healthcare. He made sure I got it right with the help of his staff Nadia. Shes really a sweetheart, but many try to complain about her. So being that I was there on hand she has a big job daily. She was at the time his only staff. She made all the calls, checked insurance, open up the doors, made appts, saw patients, have shots etc. Bascially she was running the whole place with no help. So yall ease up on her if you knew why some days she had a attitude you would understand. People come in with all type of attitudes and more complaints than a little. They expect the world but complain of the waits and prices. So look at the fact your paying 50 to see the doctor with no insurance tests have to be ran and its very costly. And as yall know its in a very bad area on imperial valley, but its the cheapest clinic to go to. So try thinking about how that affects the income coming in. So thats why you dont see to many employees they cant afford to properly pay anyone. So last but not least try having a better attitude towards healthcare workers we put up with so much daily.

Not a good Experience I called in to ask for prices she told me that the 1st visit it is $50 I asked her how much for the X-ray and she start laughing with one of her coworker i guess .then she hang up on me. What type of service is this ?they need to be more respectful to costumers

I Love this Place. Today Was My First Visit & I Will Be Returning Definitely! Blood Work & Shots Didnt Even Hurt At All & Im A Big Cry Baby When it Comes To Needles.

I cant express my gratitude and profound respect for the staff and the medical professionals at this clinic. I had a painful medical issue and was in tears when I dropped by the office. I had a very popular drank diet tea and kidney poisoning from the tea. My kidneys were shutting down and I was in pain. They dropped everything and gave me immediate attention and resolved my issues immediately. My very expensive and popular doctor office in the woodlands asked me to come the following week to get my result even though I was in distraught and in obvious pain. Kudos to this folks. They are direct and inexpensive and very personal. Thank you again and again !!!!!!!Lola

I was looking for a Dr to get my sons vaccinations done. Called my regular PCP they said they dont do them in the office anymore Im like REALLY!!! Drove around saw this place and gave it a shot. I can honestly say the wait wasnt log and they took my insurance and I was willing to pay thats how bad he needed these shots. Kudos to Valley Clinic this wont be my last time visiting..👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Receptionist didn’t even look up to offer any help , no greeting or anything. only thing that was said was “ you know this isn’t a free clinic”. Incredibly rude
