Every time Ive needed a refill, I had to practically beg. They always claimed my pharmacy never sent in anything (once...okay, but every time...come on). They never follow up as they say they would, I was always chasing them. My final straw was...how unethical and negligent they were with me this time. It has not even been 3 months since the last time I was seen by a doctor, but the doctor who was seeing me, left...they refused to refill my prescription. They claimed I needed to see a doctor. These are meds I have been on for years, this doctor continued the same regimen, and again, LESS THAN 3 MONTHS! I was never told she left, I was never informed of a new doctor, (although this has happened in the past), and I just started a new job and I am unable to start missing work immediately to attend an unnecessary appointment. This clinic continues to play with my health and I refuse to continue seeing them. Horrible patient care, horrible communication, and they will spin in you in circle to avoid you talking to anyone above your regular reps.

Been waiting over an hour even though I got here 30min before my appointment.. Waited over a month just to be seen.. Should of just changed Doctors. Will do that next.. The Doctor and assistants were very nice

Sanita is a caring hospital, and they are quick to respond to customer’s need . They make sure their client are satisfied with their medical needs . I’m happy that Santa is my primary hospital.

Not the best experience. Staff and Docs do not communicate on internal processes. Getting an appointment is quiet hard, once you do get an appointment, you as a patient have to chase them down for links and information. Got a call saying the doctor was running 30 mins behind but still expected me to get on the virtual visit and wait. Once the doc came on, it was rushed with generic answers to the questions. You can tell he was not really interested in giving out the referral. At the end, asked me to call his staff to share pharmacy details do a follow up. Not to mention, he confirmed the locaton is not staff to handle anything bigger than a chat with the PCP. Suggested I call the other 6 locations to see who can help further. I would recommend finding another PCP or clinic to work with.

Saw the NP and we made a plan of care that we both agreed on. Staff was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions.
