I cannot say enough BAD things about Baylor Clinic on Kirby. They don’t return phone calls if you need patient records, they don’t return phone calls if you need to speak to a nurse or make an apt with a nurse. They have a high turnover, and most doctors don’t work here more than 1-2 years then leave. I just switched practices and am now going to medical clinic of Houston on Sunset. Much more professional. When I told Baylor I was leaving, their management could care less. They had no interest in improving their clinic and could care less about constructive feedback. I’ve been waiting for a call back from a nurse for 2 weeks! When she finally called back today, I told her I couldn’t wait 2 weeks and switched my care to another practice. When I asked if she thought it was reasonable to take 2 weeks to return a call, her response was “have a nice day and call us if you need anything”. I felt like I was talking to a zombie rather than a nurse. She didn’t acknowledge anything I said. RUN FROM THIS CLINIC, DON’T WALK AWAY!

So far I liked their doctors at Kirby location, BUT their customer service is not the best. Their billing department and appointment representatives are pretty rude, not professional. One time, their representative sounded she just woke up and was so slow, it wasnt even early morning time. Recently I was charged extra amount after a PCP visit, and the same issue happened to my daughters first visit there last year. The billing department took so long to fix it for my daughters. And now I am dealing with their rude attitude to solve the same billing issue for mine. The extra amount isnt a huge deal, but how they handle is upsetting me. They were not kind, not patient to listen, tried to shut me up while I was talking and explaining what my insurance company said. I was told they work remotely, maybe that could be a reason since no supervisors around....???I would appreciate it if Baylor Clinic takes care of this issue!

Bell ringing ceremony for my friend finishing her Chemo. EVERYONE was super nice and accommodating to those of us who come to support. Staff came and really made it special. Love this place!

Nice and clean. But not very efficient. I was here for 3 tests and I had to check in and out 3 times. Worst yet, they charge parking almost by the minutes. Cost me $10 for a little over 2 hour visit!Note: want to add. Never come here for blood work. The lady here took 3?times as long as other places!

Went for my COVID-19 vaccine. The bathrooms had a posted sign Out of Order. Parking was confusing because no parking ticket issued. No one bothered to go to the garage to post a sign, Out of Order.

Currently here for the COVID vaccine . Waited at the receptionist desk for 7 MINUTES . One lady looked at me and looked off while the other continued to hold her conversation with this man and stated “she’ll be okay T will take her” . It was another receptionist there that was helping a customer already . Once someone finally took notice of me that’s when the “apologies” started to come . My experience here wasn’t a pleasant one and I honestly wouldn’t come back but unfortunately I have to for the second dosage 🙄

The clinic charged me for non-authorized diagnoses and procedures and was slow and rude in answering billing questions. Not worth your time and money.

If possible I will give 0 REVIEW. It was a hassle for me to get an appointment for me and my wife. They throw random rules like -she has seen doctor here before so her appointment will be later and you are a fresh customer so you can come sooner. DOES NOT MAKE ANY DAMN SENSE!Ok I accept that. Now a week before the actual appointment I keep getting messages please confirm! please confirm!. I did then in the morning they say Just kidding! your doctor has an a family emergency. SO EARLIEST I CAN GIVE YOU A DATE IS AFTER 2 MONTHS. So I am going to wait for a doctor visit for 2 months! GREAT! Now we will fall sick and my whole family has to take time off because of family emergency. I have no issue with doctor taking off for an emergency, what annoys me the most is they keep saying I understand and I am sorry. They are NOT actually, they dont any reason to ensure your good health, just a business for them. Horribly disappointed for the kind of service they provide!GUESS WHAT! I have an update to even top what happened before. They call us after writing this review. Talked to me and my wife for an hour to say sorry and gave us a date for the appointment. Guess what happened after that? Yup, guessed correct. They CANCELLED IT. Why? Because doctor will be busy in a conference and cant see patient and they can NOT give us any appointment. Interesting healthcare service !! Shameless people!

The doctors are amazing! I have been to several clinics and I have always felt listened and cared for. Ive only had 2 bad experiences, but what place doesnt have a few not up to par staff members? One was a desk person in the lab and the other experience was my PCP letting me know he was leaving... or actually failing to let me know until I asked him for something that would take time to follow through, 2 weeks before he was to leave.Other than that I love Baylor SO much! Clean facilities, incredibly capable physicians, kind staff, top notch technology. 5 star institution ❤️

Surprisingly impersonal and passive doctors. I spent an hour at the Family Medicine office only for the doctor to tell me I have to go see an ENT to get earwax taken out of my ears. Yes, you read that correctly. If I’m going to wait around and overpay for an office visit, I’d rather go to a clinic that does its job.

Not understanding why i have to wait to talk to the nurse its been 4 days and they still tell me the same thing you will get a call back and nothing. I need answers its been a week. My husband needs his stent removal and they keep giving me the run around. Very unprofessional. I need answer !!

I wish to give 0. Parking fee is expensive. And, I doubt if they have profit agreement with the medical company. For pink eye, they gave me prescription for eye drop cost $119 after deduction.

Absolute joke.Car park costs a fortune and then there are no signs to the entry.When in the building there are no signs to which floor or suite you want.When you do find it you get there to be told they booked you in for next month. As obviously when you book an appointment for the next available slot as you feel terrible and it’s not even with a doctor that’s what you want.Won’t be coming back.

Overall, across a variety of specialities, the doctors are excellent: knowledgable, caring, thorough, and personable. Baylor doctors are the best! Some departments or doctors are busy enough that they only accept in-house referrals; however, the doctors care about you as a whole person and will refer you to other departments as needed.

Visited at this Location for Weekly/ Monthly Post-Kidney Transplant for Lab Work and Physician Follow-Up. Many Medical Services in this Modern Building adjacent to the Skybridge to the Former OQuinn Tower and St.Lukes Hospital. Valet and Garage Parking on Main.

Was seen by Dr. Wolff. He was very quick and not very thorough. He examined my rash and just told me that it was a regular rash and there was nothing he could do about it. So he told me to go to the regular drug store and buy a hydrocortizone cream. I have been using this cream for a month now and my rash has just gotten worse. I would not recommend Baylor.

Top quality physicians in almost every case. They are academic practitioners and are salaried; therefore there is no profit-motive in the care they provide. I have never had to wait to see a physician- they maintain a strict schedule and dont cram patients in every 10 - 15mins like other practices do to maintain a high profit motive. I have always felts the physicians at BCM listened, considered all my questions carefully and responded with care, concern and compassion. I have always felt I was a patient, not a debit card.

This is one of the worse experiencies as a patient, I am a physician myself, but the diabetes clinic is a disaster the ancillary services are unpolite and not helpfulp whatsoever In addition to the provider was late and had patient ahead , no body bothers in coming out an offer a reasonable explanation why that was a delay and stood for 45 min and the provider according to the ckerk couldnt see me
