Horrible experience and wait time. You won’t be able to get appointments quick, you need to wait several months before an appointment is available for you. Be aware of the wait time, even if you have appointment early in the morning, they make you wait several hours before being attended to. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

I brought my disabled brother Du to see Dr Afroze Ali at Vallbona Clinic ,Dr Ali is a well educated and experience doctor , she listen and communicate well with patient and take good care of patient , I will highly recommend to everyone .

Simply the best. The people and professionals are remarkable. We have insurance (medicare) and use this place. Sure there is sometimes a wait but your insurance dollars are giving back to the community by freeing up tax dollars for others who are not so fortunate to have health insurance. Harris Health is constantly being squeezed for resources. These professionals make everything work so effortlessly.

I have been on the Gold Card system for about a year now. The care and treatment I have received at Valbona has exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have would be the time it takes to get appointments with dental and other ancillary care. But I also know I have same day clinics that give exceptional treatment, when necessary. The registration staff are always friendly and courteous.

I dropped off my prescription at this pharmacy and received a massage after two days on my health app that your refill is ready for pick up i went there to pick and got ticket number, i was way behind and was not feeling good i went outside in my car and i fell as sleep i woke up after an hour and went back inside the pharmacy but my ticket number was passed, i spoke one of the pharmacist and showed my ticket number with explanation but she didn’t help my out, and got me another ticket number which made me wait another two hours, they are only helping their own Spanish community peoples which is completely Racism! I would never go to this place again and would not recommend to others this is only for Spanish community peoples!

I’ve only visited Vallbona 1 time. The people, staff and doctors were incredibly kind the wait times are absurd. That being said, the nurses did absolutely everything they could to make sure that I was seen. Which I was. Being that this was my first time going, I know what to expect going forward. It’s unfortunate though if the expectation is to wait more than three hours past your scheduled appointment time. The only upside was that I brought my laptop, there was Wi-Fi, and I was able to get some work done.

Much improved service. However, Im a professional working as a temp and now required to pay out of pocket for any medical services! Plus, Im on two prescriptions. Guess Im on my own. No one cares. I cannot afford a mammogram as my mom recently had breast cancer, and Im stuck in limbo.BTW; I called the number you gave on the response. No answer. Left a voicemail. Poorly run service. Then, I noticed some one or Harris Heath looked at my LinkedIn..for??

Was here for all my OB-GYN visits. All the doctors and nurses were very courteous and nice, but Dr. Caroline Toby was the best. She was really attentive and helpful. Clean hospital environment. Keep it up.

For the most part Ive had good personal experiences here but I am giving two stars because of my infant daughter. Pediatrics here is probably the only thing I dont like. Yes the doctor is very good but it can take you up to 2-3 hours wait from your appointment time. They have also messed up my daughters appointments due to miscommunication within the clinic and it has caused her to miss her vaccines. They been rescheduling me since august 2017 and she will be getting her four month shots until November even though she will be nearly 6 months by then.Bottom line, when it comes to pediatrics just take your kids elsewhere

I spend a week calling everyday to schedule a dental appointment and the automatic machine always says they are full to call the next day! I mean really? Can someone help me ? I would give more stars if the service was not that bad!

I have never had a problem at this clinic, the workers are always nice, I can go elsewhere with my insurance, however, chose to be treated here. The lab workers & the the doctor & staff in section 5 are great!

Should work on gettin patients in for their appointment times. Staff seems kinda stressed out and irritated with everything happening in the building. Doctors a great. Clean building. Even just picking up meds or dropping off prescriptions is a breeze.

I tried to use the Harris Health System telephone procedure to get a doctors appointment, but the HHS return call to me disconnected before I was able to speak to a representative. I tried to telephone again, but no one answered. I went to the Vallbona Center and explained the telephone system had problems, and wanted to make a doctors appointment in person because I was having symptoms indicative of a heart attack, but I was refused, although they did record my drivers license and Medicare card information. Two courteous HHS nurses took my temperature and blood pressure and recommended I go to a walk-in clinic or Memorial Hermann ER which had diagnostic machines for heart attacks. Since Memorial Hermann had the diagnostic machines for heart attacks, I went to the latter which charged me almost $4,000.UPDATE: I have heard from two Harris Health representatives. Both admitted Harris Healths telephone appointment line for doctor appointments was down (I also tried the nurses hot line repeatedly and it was down, too) which led me on a wild goose chase to see a doctor and resulted in my bill for almost $4,000---and the Harris Health representative, who was polite, said Harris Health will not pay the almost $4,000 bill. So Harris Healths telephone difficulties caused the problem----and I pay the price. This is not fair.

This pharmacy has the worst service, I came to pick up my prescription that I filled online. They dont have a line for pick up, there is only one line for drop in and pick up. Ive been standing on the line for 30mn just to get a ticket number. And Im sitting here again waiting for my number to be called. What is the point of filling up your prescription online, if you have to wait and hour at the pharmacy this is ridiculous. After one hour still waiting for a pick up.

Screaming out whats the first day of your last period? In front of everyone as soon as someone walks up to the desk is NOT the way it should be done. Thought I saw a sign for no food or drink but some lady is grossly slopping away on some mush (she brought from home in a cup) is making me physically ill that I can not only see it but hear it. I have the first appt. Of the day but Im STILL waiting here.

They been hiring doctors and nurses that can even communicate with them they are billingual but speek middle eastern or south asians its really hard to communicate with them ,and most of all the patients are black or hispanicthey should be more black or hispanic doctors in thouse facilities .

Every thing about here I give five star but I have to give four because of the Pediatrics who nearly messed up my daughters appointment with there delay.I had to reschedule for my daughters vaccine in another Harris health downtown

Dr. Joshi sucks. The docs with available appointments suck. If you cant get an appointment to a doc thats cuz they are at least descent

There is always something, but if you keep your appointment, sometimes they are in meetings and you have to get another appointment. I have been trying to get to the dentists for almost two years and they say keep calling Why is that?? Need more that one place to go to get dental assistance for regular check ups and cleaning.
