They took us in even when it was late. And I was so great full. I believe maybe the manager or the owner did my massage and I got the Thai/ Swedish massage. They stretched and massaged and did everything perfectly and my body feels amazing after. No soreness like other places.

The massage was good! However paid for the 70 dollars massage and gave a 7 dollar tip. I went to leave they requested a larger tip. It made me feel really uncomfortable and isnt good for business.i ended up leaving a 17 dollar tip because I didnt have any other smaller change than the seven. As you can see from the response that was left out. I also had a sunburn so I didnt get the full massage and still was charged the full amount. Being that is my choice I was fine with it. I believd that was more than fair. I guess it wasnt.

This place is clean inside and very quiet. When I got a massage there the guy put too much pressure and left me in pain. Even after I spoke up and told him too much he kept doing the same thing laughing. Additionally they use hot stones. But the stones were too hot at times. I heard other employees asking clients throughout the massage if they were ok but mine never did., even after I said it’s too much. I’m all for deep tissue but when I’m left not being able to breathe due to pressure, or feeling like my skin is being burned plus being super sore for days after, it’s too much. And the prices were higher than other place nearby.There are too many other options as better costs. I think places like this need to be careful as some people are more sensitive than others and without asking any questions about a persons needs or comfort ability could be a liability.

I went here today after being referred by my Lash technician. Upon arrival it was just a question of what service do you want. No explanation of the different options. I had never been before so that would have been good. I opted for the $35.00 full body with foot reflexology. The massage was good could have been great if no so hard. I asked twice for softer but no change in the pressure. So I endured until the end. After completion I walked up to the front to check out. I was followed by the guy whom did my massage was never told his name. I paid and tipped 15% of my ticket which I felt was more than acceptable considering the service. The lady upon me giving her back my receipt looked at me as if though I had just insulted her mother or something. The look was so distasteful that I politely asked her why on earth would she look at a paying and tipping customer in that manner. She would not respond. Needless to say I collected my card and left. I will not return. Last I checked tipping was still optional and based on level of services received.

Second visit, got relaxation massage, not as good as the Thai stress massage, which was just $10 more but a lot better! You can get a relax massage anywhere, spend the extra money and get the legit Thai massage at this place

Massage wasn’t that great so I decide to only tip only $5 on my receipt. The man and the girl works there forced me to write $10 as tip because my service was $35, they say im only allow to tip $5 only when my service is $20? I’ve been going here for a year now and never experienced such an upsetting event like this. I am never coming back and will tell all my friends as well. Beware of this before going in!!! To the owner if you are going to force your customer to tip a certain amount, do print out a sign. I come here to feel relax and not to feel like I got robbed! Horrible service!

The massage was terrible, the lady kept leaving the room every few minutes so you dont even get to enjoy and relax, during a 90 min session she left the room 6 times around 5 to 7 minutes each time, it was more annoying than relaxing, at the end being totally dissatisfied I tipped her $5.00 on $45 bill, especially since I got maximum 1hr of really terrible massage from a 90 minute session, the manager or owner whom was at the register told me to make the tip $10, are you serious? Tip is optional and based on performance, I wasnt happy with the massage, she is lucky I tipped her at all with that crappie service, needless to say Ill never go back!

I have been coming to this massage place for a long time and bringing quite some friends over for the past years. But no more business from me.This massage therapist, Anna, and I exchanged contact information. One day I have her $6 tip rather than $10 or $15 in the past. The total price I paid was $51.She sent me multiple messages telling me i gave her too little tips until I deleted her contact. She insisted it should be 15 percent to 38 percent tips.If its mandatory, then put a sign outside and add it to the price before customers walk in, rather than guilt tricking or sending angry messages afterwards.

The masseuse/masseur does a good job massaging you professionally and may talk to you. However, they are most likely doing it so you can tip them more. Just be on a lookout for that. They mightn’t actually be good people.

The massage oil smelled odd and made me itchy after application! The female masseuse tossed the cash tip to the side and scoffed at me. The massage was not very great and I was tipping out of politeness after paying in full for the massage. My friend was also shocked at this womans lack of customer service to begin with. We wont be going back, but this womans conduct was entertaining. We understand if youre having a bad day, but its rather immature to act like that to customers.

The people working here talk entirely too much! At times, they will laugh and look at you then back at each other and laugh. Ive been here before and noticed the same thing, but decided to give them another try. To no avail. They constantly talk, chat, and laugh as though they have no respect for the paying customers. I believe after tonight I am truly never coming back.

I came here a few months ago and had a great experience.  So i decided to come again a second time, boy did i regret it. First off, they dont replace the sheets and towel on the massage beds.  Mine was slightly damp and my friend said she could smell an odor on her towel.  It even left a funk on her skin.  Secondly,  the guy massaging me didnt use oil or lotion for my hands, arms or face so it hurt, felt like my skin was ripping from the dryness (especially my hands and forehead).  Then,  there was a woman who walked back and forth talking to each guy massaging us, yelling across the hall to a woman in the back room,  just having a 5 minute conversation LOUDLY! Not even considering that maybe some people are asleep and trying to enjoy their massages. This went on for what seemed like 30 minutes.  Finally when we flipped to our stomachs she shut up and finally turned on some rest and relaxation music.  Mind you we got the 90 minute massage. So maybe it was more than 30 minutes of disturbance. I constantly told him softer because  apparently thats all he understood.  He would be gentle for a few minutes but go back to being rough. I gave up after the 3rd reminder. Now,  Im sore and feel bruised everywhere. Also, my first visit we were not asked to take off our clothes.  Today they told us to take everything off, even our bras. I thought it was out of the norm for them but Ive done that at massage parlors before so i carried on. How awkward was it that he left so i could strip but when he came back in he lifted up my entire towel off my body for a second.  Why was that necessary? For a quick view? So uncomfortable! Especially when he massaged my thighs,  tell me why his fingers were wrapped around my thighs but his inner palms were on my groin area? I was not satisfied with my experience but still wanted to tip something instead of nothing.  I gave him 10% instead of 15-20% but at check out I was told that i was REQUIRED to tip him more!  That was the cherry on top! A tip is NOT required and theres no such thing as a required minimum tip. The nerve he had! I will never come back here again and will never recommend this place to any one.  There are a ton of massage places in this area. Go elsewhere!
