Go elsewhere! It should have been a sign that all three of my friends and I could get in right away, indicating that they’re not busy for a reason. My massage was just ok. My masseuse was not that skilled.. One of my friends was nearly getting beaten up by the masseur. She kept saying ou but he didn’t take the hint and let up. He and my masseuse kept taking throughout the session so I finally asked my Chinese friend to tell them to not talk so much because we couldn’t relax. I thought they didn’t understand English but they apologized and stopped talking. That friend said her massage was not great as well. But the icing on the cake was when we paid. First, the friend that nearly got beat up handed the owner/manager/Lily? $50 and wanted $5 back. It was $35. The lady told her she didn’t have change ( yeah right) so my friend begrudgingly told her to keep the change instead of paying with credit card because she just wanted to get the heck out of there. Then, I paid and was going to leave $7 on $35 which is 20% and the only small cash I had. I normally tip more when I’m happy with a service but I wasn’t that satisfied. The manager /owner said that it wasn’t enough. So my friend asked her what is enough. She replied $10 so we each left $10 on the card. That was so tacky and unprofessional! We will never come back.

Was lucky enough to get a head, neck, back, and waist massage from lily herself! She is consummate professional and it shows. This wasn’t just a feel good massage, even though it felt great. She went right to work looking for the tension points and worked them down to nothing. Felt like jelly for the rest of the day (in a great way lol)...A great massage in a nice and clean environment by a consummate professional. One of the top massage locations for sure. My girlfriend came with me and got a foot reflexology massage by one of the other staff members and also said it was worth it.

DONT!!!! Decided to stop by for a quick couples massage with my partner after a afternoon in china town. Went with the 1.) Neck, back and waist. There was absolutely no way either people were a licensed massage therapist with any experience. There was no technique what so ever and we left feeling worse than before, were both still sore two days later and my partner has considered going to the hospital due to the pain where they dug their fingers into the neck/base of head. They would consistently run their thumb down the spine of the back to a point of sharp pains which was addressed twice. They would use their elbow and weight digging in to the back which was just as painful. They would then use their fingers and dig in the base of your skull attempting to massage pressure points to help relax but did the complete opposite. They talked through the 30 minute massage. PLEASE dont think youre getting a bargain and go some where else. Ive had many massages from larger companies and know these skills are trash. This is not a disgruntled customer review as we had no long wait and the initial greeting was pleasant. This is a legitimate WARNING!!!!!!!

Walked in with a family of three, got immediate service. We each got the $30 one hour foot and back. No hidden fees or tip shaming. Massage was better and more in depth than expected.

Horrible dont waste you time or money. They didnt seem to know what they were doing, no method or technique. I dont even remember her name. She would apply pressure directly down my spine!!! And rested her elbow digging onto my back. And very inconsistent she would do two totally different massages on each sides of my body. Just horrible. I went in fine and left in pain. How?

Please never go here worst massage ever!! They dont know what they are doing. Id rather get a massage at a mall for less. Honestly save yourself I feel 10x worse than before.

If you come here expect to need a massage when you walk out.This business is a total offense to anyone who has actually put money, time, and effort into becoming a massage therapist.

Quality of massages and friendliness of the staff is very good. We have returned many times. The price is right. English-speaking staff is very limited, though.

Very unsatisfied with the masseuse who used his elbow to knead my back like a dough. There are other massage places would like my business in Dun Huang Plaza. I just moved on.

Person didnt have a method to her massaging just did anything. Very inconsistent pattern, made me not enjoy.

FRAUD ! FRAUD ! FRAUD ! Check your bank account. They help themselves to a your funds and tip themselves without AUTHORIZATION. The massage I received was so bad that my back has hurt for that last 7 days ! I did not leave a tip and they fraudulently grabbed $20.00 !! from my bank account. DO NOT GO HERE ! It is the worst service I have ever had and I am still suffering. I told the guy several times he was massaging WAY TOO HARD and he continued. I finally said enough. The guy is a fraud and when you call, he acts like he cant speak English. DO NOT GO HERE ! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS !
