From the time you walk in the door till you step out Suqura and the ladies are great! They greet you immediately and the experience is great. I get my little ugly chin hairs removed and I feel so much better when I walk out. I definitely recommend them when it comes to hair removal.

I always have a great experience with Laseraway. Suqura kindly helped me reschedule my visit. She always engages with me while Im waiting for my treatment. She has such a beautiful and light personality. When I asked her about some of the other procedures I am considering, she took the time to show me her own results and walk me through some of the bundles that I could get. Overall, 10/10. Super professional and friendly staff.

I saw results from the first treatment. I would say it is a little pricey, but they get the job done. The customer service is always on point. No bad experiences from here at all!

I wanted a treatment that would help my sun damage skin. My sales representative, Madeleine, was very knowledgeable on the different treatments that would be best for my concerns and helped me stay in my budget. When I came in, I was greeted by Suqura and was offered some water. I loved my nurse Maritza. She went over what to expect and checked to make sure I was comfortable. The IPL went quickly and was painless. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend.

Upon walking in, the facility is very clean. Covid precautions are also being made. The receptionist was welcoming. Heather, my provider, was amazing! Very friendly, explained the procedure, answered all my questions. My laser hair removal treatment was very quick and painless. I look forward to returning in 6 weeks for round two of my treatment.

I went to sugarland location as always, I purchased thermage buy one get one free and the deal was 1800 pulses, the first year I did it, it was ok, next year, they upgraded their machine, so they only processed the treatment for half pulses which came out to be 900 pulses. They said it should have the same result. So all customers should be aware of what you bought and always ask when you have doubt. All nurses are exceptionally good, I guess its just the management issue.

Unprofessional. Went in the get a photo facial though the lady at the front said since I’m Hispanic they could not work on my skin and turned me away. I’ve been getting photo facials at other places for years now without any issues. I have very fair skin tone so don’t know why it was a problem- I haven’t had it effect my complexion in any way. I think they were just not wanting to work that day.

I’m not sure how this place has a high reviews on Google. First off, they are WAY overpriced for laser hair removal. You can easily go anywhere else and it would be less than half of what they are charging. I got tricked into believing that they use a “special” machine that will completely remove your hair after 8-12 sessions. They claimed this is the reason behind their high pricing and other places don’t use this special technology. This is a lie because I purchased a 12 month hair removal treatment 5 years ago off Groupon and the results were equal. I do see less hair, however, it’s definitely growing back quite a bit. I should see minimal hair after spending $1000 on a small area. Additionally, every time I go in for an appointment one of the girls in the front will aggressively try to get you to purchase more treatments with a “special deal”. The girls that work here remind me of car salesman. What a waste...I wish I stuck to Groupon.

My first visit was i guess fine, I dont complain much. My appointment was at noon, they had some people in the waiting area and I was taken back at 12:10 by a tech who walked in a few mins after me. I have a small tattoo and I was in and out, maybe 5 mins max. Whatever no big deal. I was on a tight schedule but stuff happens.Today, I show up at 12:12 and Shay lets me know its past my appointment time. No one in the waiting area and i explained my previous experience but she gave me the generic office im sorry appointments back to back..... She offered to get me back in at 4 but I mean if i was late for noon i sure will be late for a 4PM in the galleria.I walked out upset because I run a construction business and im on a tight schedule but they didnt respect my schedule the first time and Shay doesnt even bother to ask someone if they can still see me? I will complete my sessions and find another place. I dont appreciate one sided relationships where my time isnt respected but yours has no flexibility for a customer. Maybe next tine just try?Moral of the story, your time doesnt matter only theirs does!

HORRIBLE!!! This is very frustrating, I found that the nurse in the first sessions did the job very quickly and very poorly, not passing the laser in all regions of the armpit lasting only less than a minute of treatment.Did not work !!! I still have hair on the armpit,like the first time and they paid no attention!

I’ve used Laser Away for quite some time now. Previously I would only go to the Sugarland location. Due to my weekend schedule I attempted to give this location a try. However, never again! They are truly unorganized. They allegedly changed my appointment time without informing me. I showed up early for my 12:15 appointment and showed them the text messages (FROM THEM) confirming time and date. They still would not honor the time and proceeded to treat and see everyone that came in after me. After over 40 minutes of waiting for my scheduled appointment I decided to just leave. They will not receive my business. The 2 front desk ladies truly lack comprehension and professionalism. Limited exposure my tail. I won’t be back

FOR ALL OF MY TRANSGENDER FAMILY... Was referred by a friend that had great laser results with this company! Called for my consultation and spoke with Vera. Not only did she speak with compassion and understanding regarding my being trans but she was exceptionally knowledgeable about how my treatment should and will be performed. Further, I explained that I was on a budget and she didn’t hesitate to work with me on pricing and scheduled me for treatment the very next day (tomorrow). I’m sure treatment will be as pleasant as Vera was with my consultation, however, I will update review after treatment!If you are looking for a place to get laser or any of their various services I highly recommend LaserAway!!!

I really have great experiences each visit. The techs are very friendly and professional. I’ve been getting laser hair removal treatments for the past 4 months and I am overjoyed about the results! Highly recommend this office. Very clean and inviting. Enjoy some complimentary coffee or water... Get it after your treatment because I’m usually called back within moments of checking in. 😉They use a really cool laser and the procedure is painless. If you have ever been waxed or gotten a tattoo (they also remove them if you regret it... 😜) this is a breeze. They offer several other types of services. I might even indulge in some facial treatments in the future.Call ahead to confirm what not to do or what to do to prepare for treatment... If you forget, they do awesome consultations anyway.

Great service, very helpful staff. The facility is also very clean and put together, which is always a very very good sign. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. As someone with darker skin and thick hair, theyve done a great job of making sure all of my settings are adjusted accordingly. I was so skeptical about laser tattoo removal and coming to LaserAway they were so kind and knowledgeable and honest with their services and they thoroughly explained how the procedure was going to go when I went in for my first treatment I was absolutely thrilled and so excited Miss Carey at the front desk is a phenomenal help and so sweet, gorgeous and will guide you through the way of whatever you need assistance regarding any questions you may have . The nurses are absolutely kind and very comfortable to be around everyone in there was very professional and it didn’t take nothing but a few moments and I feel very confident and proud that I have chosen LaserAway to remove my tattoos. Heather the beautiful young lady who removed my tattoos is honest kind and all-around sweetheart and I’m so grateful that they have rounded together a great team of staff to get the job done in a comforting and rejuvenating way . In my opinion it was the best experience than buying red bottoms or a Chanel bag I feel absolutely fabulous . I cannot wait to see my end results and I will definitely be getting more work done through LaserAway because there are other offers & services completely great whether it be in prices or just the work that they do I am proud to be a laser away client and patient !Please check them out , they are very reliable and want what is best in your interest and health !!!

I dont like to leave 1 star reviews but in this case I must. These procedures are medical grade procedures but the treatment I received at this location was extremely unprofessional. Long story short, I was supposed to get Clear and Brilliant done. I was told to come in early for the numbing portion of the procedure. I wasnt seen until my actual appt time. I was taken to the back by a receptionist and told to put on gloves and apply my own numbing cream onto my face IN THE BATHROOM after we had opened every patient room to find them occupied by other clients. I wasnt even given a wipe to clean my face off. I refused to move forward and asked for a refund. She did not understand what she had done but instead made comments to her colleague to make it seem like I didnt like her which I had to pacify by telling her its not personal Im just not comfortable with how Im being treated. Fast forward, I sent an email to the higher ups and their explanation was that although being taken to the bathroom was unacceptable it was normal procedure for a Laser Away clinic, when busy, to even ask their patients to apply numbing cream in the lobby. She even went as far as to tell me that this was not a spa where I should expect that nurses apply the numbing cream to my face because nurses time is expensive. Last time I checked, I was paying for that time. Not sanitary, not professional, not courteous. Will never come back.

Ive had skin problems for the past couple years. Bought and tried almost everything but nothing seemed to work, not to mention all the makeup to cover up the problem. Finally did some research on alternatives and set up a FREE consultation with Laser Away. They explained what was wrong with me skin, what I was doing wrong and what can be done to fix it. I just had my first treatment two days ago and I can literally tell a difference already. Been coming here for the past year and seeing great results with the laser hair removal (underarms, brazilian, and lower legs). Its been great - after the third treatment the hair growth and thickness had diminished tremendously! I’ve just completed 8 treatments and there’s still a tiny bit of growth but to be expected because laser hair removal is for permanent hair reduction (there are quite a few articles out there about the difference between laser hair removal and permanent hair removal). Anyhow, great experience - LOVE Keri at the front desk (always a sweetheart) and LOVE getting treated with Myrah (always professional and kind-hearted)!

I love this place! The front desk staff is so personable that I feel like Im in a sorority house! The nurses make you feel SUPER comfortable (Trezlyn is SUPER DOPE!) and I always look forward to my next appt! Will be coming here for many many more years. Extremely pleased with all results.

I went in for laser hair removal this past week. I have had it done years before at a highly rated place, so I had certain expectations. From arrival for the consultation, to the first procedure it was less than a week. The lasers they use are all the latest and greatest. They were very careful about asking what meds I was on and testing spots to make sure everything turned out perfect. Come to find out, ALL there staff that performs any of the procedures are all nurses, not just techs. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and services received. HIGHLY recommend

I can’t believe it’s already almost been a year since I’ve been coming here! I found them by a simple google search and I am super satisified! Jasmine is my regular tech who is extremely knowledgeable and patient she is my FAV! Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly, Kerry is the sweetest. I only come for laser on my face and the results I’ve seen are amazing- I’m planning on trying cool sculpting with them as well. I would definitely recommend LaserAway.

Ive really enjoyed my experience at Laser Away. I was a bit skeptical about coming here because like other reviews have mentioned, they try to upsale. However, that is the business, so it should be expected. Otherwise, I wouldnt have known about certain packages or treatments that I could get.I am almost done with one laser treatment, but will keep coming back here for other things. The nurses are great and make sure that you are comfortable the entire time. Myra and Courtney have been great!!I would highly recommend Laser Away if you are looking for a high quality place with reasonable prices.

I hate giving businesses bad reviews online, but unfortunately LaserAway (at least this one in the Galleria area of Houston) needs to be exposed before more people lose several hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. I can only speak on the Clear & Brilliant treatment and not on any of the other treatments. However, I do hope their other offerings are more effective than what I received. Furthermore, in the future I hope they employ more honest business practices as well.The reason I sought their services was due to a recent scar (hyper-pigmentation) caused by a skin infection on my face. I told them that this scar was my primary concern and they quickly recommended the Clear & Brilliant treatment. When they showed me the price I scoffed initially because I only needed a small scar treated. They then said the treatment only works if they do my entire face. The only reason I agreed to do the treatment is because they said it was effective on African-American skin AND would take care of ALL the other hyper-pigmentation spots on my face and not just the recent one I was most concerned about. With that information I agreed. After two slightly painful treatments, Id spent enough money to buy a new iPhone. Not only did the Clear & Brilliant treatment fail to improve my hyper-pigmentation scar and spots, some of them actually got DARKER.After the 1st treatment, it was then I was told it may take up to 3 treatments to start seeing effects. I was annoyed by this as I had initially purchased a 3-treatment package. After the 2nd treatment with no good results I was told it takes at least 6 treatments to start seeing effects. By this point I feel like I am in a trap and I want out fast. The whole time I was also using supplemental spot removing creams recommended by the staff.After all the above, you might wonder why I even go back for the 3rd treatment but I went to discuss changing the treatment to something given what I was experiencing. Well, the day of my 3rd treatment it was raining and I was exactly eight minutes late. They told me they couldnt take me in and had to reschedule my appointment. This is irritating because in my first two appointments they made me wait at least 10 minutes in the lobby past my appointment start time. It just felt like since they had my money, and likely saw I wasnt going to be a repeat customer, that they didnt care how I was treated after that.Anyhow, I wouldnt recommend LaserAway to anyone. I am still searching for a solution to my hyper-pigmentation and scar blemishes if anyone has any recommendations.

I made an appointment and they insisted on a consultation first. I was there 15 min early and although I was greeted I was not given a tablet for me to fill out my information right away. I had to go back and ask. Once done my consult was smooth and they were not able to do 1st treatment that day. I made my appointment for my first IPL and like others was also contacted for a scheduling conflict. I rescheduled.....now the 1st treatment, very nice rn (dont remember her name) I was very surprised she used gel to cool and make the laser glide smooth,but it was way too much!! I was surprised as I have done this treatmentin the past and it was not done this way and the results were amazing. So much in fact I think it defeated the process of the laser. Its been a month and there was absolutely no change. I hope to get a different technician on my next appt and actually seeing results this time around.I do feel the front staff is good they are just not equipped for the amount of calls and clients they have coming in.

I Just completed my sessions on the juvaderm and I am extremely pleased with my results. I was very frightened about the swelling wich would occurr after and I definitely worried for nothing. My lips have definitely increased in size but they still look very natural that a few friends and family are now very interested in getting their lips done.

I was weary of laser hair removal before coming here and Trezlyn gave me the confidence and motivation to get to my goals of removing unwanted hair. I had an appointment at 11am, so I checked in at 10:50. Wasn’t given any forms to fill out till about 11:30 (Kerry, from the front desk, either forgot about me or just didn’t care to give me the forms to fill out) and wasn’t consulted with until 11:45. The excuse used was that they were having such a “hectic” day, eventhough, I was waiting there for an hour and saw that they were not even that busy. In my opinion, it was not busy enough to where you forget to give a new customer forms to fill out. The consultationby lasted less than 5 minutes. Then I had to wait an additional hour to get the fire and ice facial. The technician was very kind.I bought a groupon for an IPL or fire & ice . I wanted to get IPL done, but was told I couldn’t get an IPL due to my skin (I’m guessing skin color), so I got a fire and ice facial instead.I would NOT recommend this aesthetics office. It is not professional and they lack customer service skills. There are tons of spas in the Houston area with far better customer service than laser away, so go somewhere else.If you are thinking of buying a Groupon, and are reading the reviews for laser away, this is the sign you are looking for. DON’T buy it! Go to clearstone medspa if you’re in Houston. I got my laser hair removal there, never had a problem with their staff and customer service is always great. I know they do laser facials there too. Or go anywhere else but here.

Personally I’d look else where ....they cancalled my appointment twice so I ended up going too another location 45 mins away ... the RN left the cold air on my leg for too long and I have frost bite ... I called them and they said they would called me back I get an email the next day saying it’s probably from the laser.... as laser hair removal ....the problem is I got a tattoo removed not hair ...Yea I’m not kidding lol over all ..... staff are nice ..sometimes are a little pushy with sales .... location is clean ... but for the prices and then pushing the fact that only RNs work there ...no thanks .... I have gotten better treatment from laser techs

This is my 3rd time experience bad customer service from you guys. Im a Group On customer, is that the reason why I was treating this bad?Pros: good technician Morgan did a great job, and Melissa the sale staff is really attentive to my need.Cons:- 1st: they called me for reschedule, althought I already out of the house, it was ok to change date. On the date of appointment I was 10 mins late because of road block for the marathon, when I got there my appointment got cancel because I was late. 3 mins later another staff walked in and complained about running late due to road block. I was shock because I was sent home from this, so obviously it was not my fault. So Melissa did reschedule the treatment for me and gave me 1 free service that was nice of you.- 2nd: I rescheduled but forgot to request for Morgan. So I called back, the receptionist lady didnt know the schedule so she put me on hold, then she forgot about me. I ended up waiting for 35 mins to talk to another lady.- 3rd: received a text about schedule conflict at 8:18am on the date of appointment and ask me to call. My appointment is at 12.30pm. I called. The lady said they messed up with the technician. I explained that I need to take half day off from work to be here, but then the lady said If I come today there will be nothing for me. So I have to reschedule for another date with different technician as I dont have time to wait for Morgan.- And really I just like you guys I have work to do. Im not free sitting around waiting for your appointment. Please show respect to your customer, their time are value just as your time.- Here I was thinking to book my future treatment with you. But after today I had enough. I just want to get it done and get out of here. Even you have really good technology and technicians, but not customer service.- And why do you need to find more customers when you cant even keep those you already have?UPDATE: the company contacted me on the same day and arranged neccessary services. I was able to have my clear & brilliant laser on the same date. Thank you for your understanding.

Staff was overly trying to up-sale even down playing other treatments, when that didn’t work they claimed certain medical conditions and policy for the company requirements. Honestly disappointed in the experience and left wondering if I actually received what I paid for. My usual doctor experience at a different place, she always explained everything before and during procedure as well as fill syringes in front of me, showing me the vile and the contents prior to injecting. That didn’t happen here and it left me feeling like I was taken advantage of and unsure if I had actually received a treatment at all. Completely disappointed. I purchased a package. I will update my review as services are rendered.

I bought a groupon for their IPL treatment, made my appointment and drove almost an hour to get to them. Upon arrival I had to do the normal paperwork and wait for my consultation with the ‘nurse’. A woman called my name and said she was going to give me a tour. We walked about 5 feet to the first room on the left. She started talking and within 2 minutes she was already telling me I wasn’t a candidate, I was too dark. I explained I had a SPRAY TAN and she said the nurse would evaluate me. Not 2 more minutes after that she was pushing me to upgrade to a different WAY more expensive facial that was ‘way better than what I wanted’. I was there an hour and guess what?!? I NEVER talked to anyone other than her! Their ‘nurse’ never showed her face. I never got an actual consultation even after explaining it was a freakin spray tan not my skin color. The entire time I was being pushed to buy another treatment.In my opinion this place is complete trash! They sell groupons to get you in there to push you to spend way more money on something you don’t want and/or need! I would avoid this place completely!!!!I went to another spa close to my house that had a lovely young lady there. She explained the concearns with IPL and tan skin. I had a groupon for an IPL and was told because I have dark skin and they could not do and IPL eventhough I have had 2 IPL sessions done before and was scheduled for fire and ice facial. I wish I would have never wasted my money here and purchased before visiting. I am sorry I am not white enough for an IPL. I do not even know if I want to come back for the facial that I have already paid for.
