I am an aesthetician with more than 10 years experience. Researched multiple MedSPA before finding this clinic. Before I went there, I called the front desk and asked several questions on the machine/treatment etc. They were very nice and professional. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! The machines are authentic which are from the big brands. The technician showed me their license and she has been in the industry for many years. You need to find somebody trustable since the machines can be very powerful. After cleaning my face, the lady applied the treatment on my face and neck, and gave me a cooling pad to avoid swelling. The procedure was not bad at all. Next day I noticed the difference and after 7 days my skin was shining when woke up in the mornings. It gives me much better result than those expensive skin care creams and I decide to purchase a package hopefully to maintain the result. Thank you Laserbooking!

Very low end place. I doubt they have licenses to do Thermage and control the picosure machine.

I didnt find the authorization of this store on the official website of Thermage.com, so I asked the customer service, who asked me to send them a sample to them. I was so confused. Ive been watching a lot of YouTubers saying that doing Thermage needs to find an authorized agency from their official website, so I asked simple question Why they are not on there? Instead of answering me, they bloked my text message and removed me from group chat. So What does that mean?

Its a rip off. I bought a package for 7 sessions for three areas. They insured me once I finish my sessions, I wont have to shave anymore. It took almost a year to complete the sessions. Two months after completing, I started having full hair growth again. I called them and the manager convinced me to buy another package for three sessions. She insured me after this second treatment, I will not have to worry about hair growth anymore and that I may only need to retouch once a year. I bought the package and completed the 3 sessions. Again, about 2 months after completing the treatment, here I was with hair growth again. For clarification, Im light skinned with dark hair and I do not take hair growth vitamins. After this second treatment, I have thinner hair and some reduction but I still have to shave at least once a week. So I called them again and the manager offered me once again to buy another package. I explained to her that Im not buying anything anymore because I had been given false promises since the beginning. she said, well then I guess laser dont work for you.Well, its only now that you have ripped me off that you realize laser dont work for me! I would have appreciated if you had told me that at least after the first package so that I dont have to waist my money.

Stacey has been doing my tattoo removal treatments & she is always super sweet as well as the other staff. I decided to get some filler yesterday by Amber & she really took the time to listen & understand what I wanted. She kept me informed during the entire process to make sure we were on the same page. I love my results!

Donna is very friendly and professional. Great customer service at the Webster location. I love going there! I’ve had my legs done for hair removal and have had great results (no pain). I’m also in the process of getting my tattoo removed and it hurts every time but Donna does a great job at trying to make me comfortable and she’s also very patient with me. Great Prices, Great Customer service and Great Results!

Great facility with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They make you feel at ease and answer all questions I had thoroughly and didnt make me feel rushed like other med spas in the area do. I get laser hair removal and my treatments are done by Donna. Shes very friendly and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She has a ton of experience and it shows in her work. Donna is as good as it gets as far as technicians go. Dont have to worry about getting burned or coming away not satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone. Best prices in town for the high end quality of work. Great staff overall, but if you see Donna, youll be in great hands.

Oct 2, 2019 I had my nasolabial( laugh lines) injected with a popular Filler! Stacey was so nice along with the rest of the staff and the place was clean and professional. Lastly my injector Amber was great. She took the time to educate me and was very professional, I knew I was taken care of. My facial problem taken care of in 30 painless minutes lol! My husband had a dark spot removal laser treatment here 3 months ago, they are so patient, kindly gave us detail instruction for after-treatment care. she checked frequently on recovery progress. About 10 days later,the dark spots are totally unnoticeable. Thank you very much!!

Donna is great! Very professional and laid back. Makes you feel very comfortable through the procedure. Warning: I don’t know her name, but the Asian woman there is very rude. Every time I come there she is not friendly. Today I confirmed an appointment early in the morning and then had to cancel about 5 hours before the appointment because I picked up a shift. I called and I could hear the woman complaining and talking rudely about me because I was re-scheduling. She’s very rude and unprofessional. Go with Donna if you decide to get services done here.

I love this place already. I am new and had my first visit recent. Serena is the sweetest and extremely knowledgeable. Love her professionalism. I’m having my Brazilian treated. Can’t wait to be hair free.

Ive been going to this location since Jan. 2017. All the staff are really nice. Serena has treated me for laser hair removal. Shes very nice and listens to suggestions, comments and concerns. I recommend Serena for laser hair treatments.

I had the silk peel procedure done and the results were pretty great! My skin looked a lot nicer afterwards and there werent any negative side effects. I definitely recommend this place.

Im so glad I found this place in Clear Lake. Im in the process of getting my whole body done and Im loving it!. The girls (I have Haley) are all nice and helpful and the place is clean. The first few sessions are a little painful but it does get better. I will be hairless by the summer!!

I got my first laser treatment at Clear Lake location. It was the most pleasant experience. Wendy was super friendly and so was Tiffany, the location manager.

These guys have not a clue what they are doing. They have done zero homework on laser hair removal before opening this facility. They suddenly and without notice change their rules on how frequently you should come. They are unsure of what setting you should be on. They tell you one thing over the phone and then it’s a different story when you actually go in. They don’t have customer service etiquette. I’ve seen the staff argue with clients way too many times in there. They send you text messages at 7am 3 days in a row to confirm your appt. They can’t keep the same staff in there. This place is a sad story and won’t be around long! For lease sign should be popping up soon.

Im usually very happy with the service here, but im upset that reminder/courtesy calls are advertised, and are not given. I missed an appointment recently for this reason, how difficult is it to pick up the phone and notify someone that they have an appointment this evening? and then when I tried to reschedule everything was booked. This sets my treatment time back. I am more so annoyed by the fact that there is always one receptionists who remains at the phone, but still couldnt make the call. When I questioned why I didnt receive any reminder this go round, I was told maybe they have the wrong number on file for me.. this next treatment will be my fourth, its been a little over 5 months; the number has not changed.

The first couple of sessions are a bit painful, especially in your more sacred parts, but nothing that is too unbearable. After that the pain eases up considerably. The lighter your skin and the darker, more course your hair, the better. Thats good for me because I waaas the type of girl that would shave, step out of the shower and BAM...5 Oclock shadow. Now, I LITERALLY have the smoothest, softest skin. I never in a million years would have thought smooth legs was even possible for me! Claudia, Wendy and Haley are true professionals that are thorough, fast and put your mind at ease about having your lady parts exposed. I Would definitely recommend laser hair removal with any of these girls!♡Youre gonna kick yourself in the hiney for not doing it sooner!

UPDATE: in response to my review--who said anything about San Antonio? Clearly nobody pays attention to anything around here.Beware! I purchased a Groupon at their last location off 1960 and 249 in the North Houston area and they closed without warning and I ended up having Groupon refund me. They dont show up for appointments on time, if they show up at all. They keep moving and thats a sign that they dont pay their bills.

Tech burnt my skin in two area of face, one spot right under eye which suprised me that she would even laser sensitive area. Specifically asked if she was experienced with dark skin prior to treatment. She said yes. Called back and informed of burns to face. She made excuses of how it was my fault, even though signs immediately after getting home from treatment. I thought it was discoloration and would improve next day. I sent pics to her and called back. No response so I called Cutten location and spoke with receptionist and was promised phone call from Tiffany manager. Still have not received phone call back. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Highly recommend this place staff is very friendly and prices are very reasonable.
