The staff is very friendly and are always making sure youre comfortable. They always have deals going on so their prices are fairly reasonable for the difference the work makes! Rebecca at the Woodlands does a great job especially.

I have been going to Amerejuve since 2017! I have gotten full body laser, cool sculpting and recently just did Skin Pen with Abbey at Galleria (who did an amazing job and made sure my first treatment was smooth and comfortable for me)! I got a series of B12 shots here from Groupon. The injections were painless and the injector was extremely professional. The office was very clean and all precautions were taken from covid. They offer coffee or water prior to treatment and don’t keep you waiting long to be taken back for your treatments. Highly recommend for b12 shots!

Every staff member Ive dealt with at Amerejuve has been very friendly and very helpful. Ive had to reschedule many of my appointments, and there has never been a problem doing so. Theyre open on Saturdays, which is greatly appreciated, and Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Last time I was there, I waited for about ten minutes and was apologized to over and over again for the long wait. The results of my laser hair removal so far have been awesome, and I would definitely recommend using Amerejuve.

I have had the best technician in Serena Evans to work with during my laser hair removal treatment. It did hurt, but if it doesnt hurt then it is not working correctly. I have been coming to the galleria area location for the laser hair removal services and the only reason I continue going is because I dont want to lose the services which I have already paid for in advance. My experience here has been short of horrible. To be fair, the actual laser hair treatment I receive is fine, but the way the office is run, including all but one staff, ruin everything!To elaborate with a few examples: I went for an appointment I had scheduled at the end of my last visit (and for which I received an appointment card), but when I arrived, I was told my appointment did not exist in their computer system. I was not offered any solution other than to make another appointment and return. The second experience: I arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that the laser hair removal services appointment included only one body part area, when I clearly had asked for my appointment to include several areas. Overall, expect to be waiting for an appointment, regardless of the time scheduled. Normally, that would not be a problem. However, I apply numbing cream for my laser hair removal sessions and the numbing effect is activated in about twenty minutes and wears off after about one hour. So, timing is very important. Ive had several experiences where Ive had to re-apply because Ive had to wait so long for my session to start. They do supply the numbing cream, but it is not free. The numbing cream is an additional out-of-pocket expense of about $50. They usually have this cream in stock, and so when I went for my most recent appointment I thought I could purchase it to apply for that session. However, I was told they did not have any available. They did not bother to check anywhere just in case there happened to be some. I told them that without the numbing cream, I would not be able to handle the pain of the laser and could not have my appointment. They did not offer any solution, after I repeatedly asked, and just mentioned that I might check with a local pharmacy nearby. (Seriously?!)The staff is completely unprofessional and has no idea of what customer service means. Shame on the staff, and more importantly, shame on the manager for not doing his/her job. Once my sessions are completed, I will not be returning and will advise anyone to not do business here.

My experience at Amerejuve, The Galleria is always great. I couldnt ask for more. Staffs are great and very helpful. I love my Laser Tech, Andrea Gloria because she always makes me feel comfortable with the treatments. Savanah Lane is also great. Overall, I love it. :)

I went to the Amerejuve off of 1960 and I loved it! Tricia was very nice and was patient enough to explain everything to me. The whole procedure took no longer than 5 minutes. Yes I would go back to this location not only is it convenient the whole staff is wonderful.

Elena Frost is great! She is very personable and friendly. My skin is hyper sensitive and Ive had many poor experiences with creams and technicians before I came to Amerejeuve for chemical peels. It was my first time trying chemical peel at this salon Ive read mixed reviews about this treatment and wondered weather it will work for me or not. Turned out, it is the way to go for my skin! Elena was very professional and was able to analyze my skin and use the right creams, I didnt have allergy or any side effects after treatments. Customer service at galleria location is helpful and positive. I recommend.

I have been going to Amerejuve Galleria for years and LOVE Pam Dunn, RN. She is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, down-to-earth, and efficient. She tells you honestly if she thinks something will help your skin. The appointment system has improved greatly over the last several months (not centralized any more...much better), and the office staff is very friendly. They run a pretty tight schedule and they are usually on time. They do need a larger front office - the poor staff sit on top of each other and cant help but break confidentiality when settling with clients, but they have a great attitude.

I highly recommend Elena Frost as a Laser Hair Removal Technician. She was concerned with my modesty and did a great job describing exactly what she was doing throughout the procedure. She was kind and informative about how to get the most out of my treatment.

I was very pleased with my laser hair removal experience! A friend referred me to Amerejuve because she loved the results from her treatment. She was also given a $250 referral fee which is great! I called Amerejuve and booked a consultation they explained how laser hair removal worked and assured me that they would do everything to make sure that I saw the results that I was seeking. I purchased a package of 6 treatments but after 3 I could already see a difference. I am still continuing my treatments and can honestly say that I am very ecstatic. They even gave me a free microdermabrasion!!!!I would recommend Amerejuve to all my friends and family!!!

Amerejuve does a great job with their laser hair treatments! It is well worth the money! They do need to, however, be better about starting appointments on time. Be sure to have an additional 15-30 minutes in wait time.

My wife stopped by to get a micro facial today at 5:10 pm and a desi lady at the front desk refused her service that only takes about 45 min long and amerejuve closes at 6pm. I have LOVED the VelaShape Body Contour Treatments. The treatment feels like a deep tissue massage. There is no pain. I work out but it still doesnt tighten up the areas that I have been concerned about. With VelaShape, I am able to target these areas. I have noticed significant inch less and toning in both my inner and outer thigh area as well as my hips and buttocks. I had a 9am appt this morning. However, once I drove onto 288 coming from Pearland, I realized there was an accident. I called Tammy at 8:37am and made her aware of my situation. She said, Thats okay. Just come in and Ill still see you. You may have to wait a few minutes so itll be closer to 9:30. Is that okay? Of course my reply was Yes.I arrive at 9:15 and the gentleman at the front desk asks if I have an appointment. I said Yes, but Im late. He said, You need to reschedule. I told him I spoke to someone who told me to come in. He spoke with Tammy, and she confirmed that she did tell me to come in knowing I was going to be late. She also told him that she said Id only have to wait a few minutes.The guy proceeds to tell me I have to wait another hour or book another appointment. I was furious!! I couldnt believe they didnt honor their word. If I knew I had to wait an hour, I wouldve turned around and went home. This place is unprofessional and unreliable. I have already transferred my info to another location. Horrible Customer Service! I will never go back here again!

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. The price couldnt be beat, and after trying other laser hair treatments, I needed a change. The lasers they use are great - no goopy gel. The staff is courteous and the office is clean. Just know they keep a TIGHT schedule - I called on my way and ended up being 8 minutes late for an appointment and had to reschedule. This does, however, cut down on wait time to know youll always been seen when expected. Overall, Id definitely recommend Amerejuve - Ive had the best results by far, and Im only halfway through my treatments. Check their website often, they usually have great deals and financing is available.

The manager sat me down and expalined the procedures and made me comfortable enough to get started. I am a chicken when it comes to pain, so she did a great job. I really want to like Amerejuve, but I would never return for hair removal.I just went here for underarm hair removal and had 4 sessions before seeking a refund through Groupon. I have fair skin and dark hair, making me an ideal candidate for this method of hair removal. I question the qualifications of all the technicians here because they kept switching lasers on me depending upon availability. Also, the first technician gave me a nasty burn, and I somehow ended up with absolutely NO hair reduction after that. To be honest, I called between most sessions because I wasnt getting any noticeable results. Before the fourth session, I had to go to the office a week early so they could do a test spot, which was half of one underarm, in order to increase the intensity of the laser. The staff kept telling me that Id see a difference after the next session and that theyd give me a couple of extra sessions for free, but 8 sessions wouldnt have gotten rid of hair if four didnt.I ended up going to another laser hair removal place a couple of blocks away and experienced immediate results after a single underarm treatment and got a full refund.

I contacted Amerejuve through their online chat resource and inquired about the cost of a particular service. I was told that they would not disclose the cost until I first came to the spa for a free consultation. I asked again to please at least receive a range of costs for the refirme procedure I was considering, and was told that it was dependent on their in- person consultation with me about my specific needs. I tried asking again, to no avail. I was told that there are no set costs at Amerejuve. Ethically, procedures must carry with them set costs. To vary the cost based on the person, with no set criteria for the variation is considered discrimination. Based on this conversation, I consider Amerejuves policies to be unethical, intentionally misleading, manipulative, and potentially discriminatory.

Regardless of location, the people are personable and make sure that all the services provided meet with your expectations. Pam at the Galleria location does a great job with my Botox or Juviderm treatments. She totally rocks.

It has been a joy working with Trich at the Kingwood location. Everyone has been very friendly and I have been very pleased with the price and results of my treatments. So happy about my results. I am so thankful that I went and found out so much about myself. Trich is such a good listener and she helped me address all my concerns. Love this place!

I have been getting laser hair removal at the Clear Lake location since they opened.. I have also recently gotten into the micro-dermabrasion. I am always greeted right away, rarely have to wait and the staff is very kind and generous. It means a lot to have a caring esthetician when you are having laser hair treatments and Miranda is just that. She makes me feel like I have known her forever. I appreciate her attitude and time she spends on me! My skin is responding lovely to the micros and I dont have to visit very often for hair removal... I am pleased!

I heard about Amerejuve on Groupon and went in for a free consultation which gave me a lot of insight about my skin. I choose Microdermabrasion followed by a Chemical peel which is done in an alternate fashion. My treatments are done by Annie Neilson and I totally recommend her!! She is very good with the treatments and also provides lot of information during the process.My skin feels lot better now!!

Serena from Kingwood TX is the best Aesthetician/laser tech Ive ever worked with, she is very friendly and knows her stuff. I feel at home when I come to this place and would recommend Amerejuve Kingwood TX location to anybody.

I enjoyed my experience at the Amerejuve Medspa at the Kingwood location. My technician was Trich and she was more than eager to help me with my complicated situation. I loved how intrigued she was into the company and all her clients. I booked another appointment with them and will defiantly be buying their products in the future.

Had a great laser hair removal treatment today. Aisula Casas was great! This is my 4th treatment and I am very satisfied with the results!

I wish there was a zero star that I could put for this establishment. Bunch of arrogant, thieves who are after your money without any regards. Stay as far as possible from their Galleria location. Hold on to your pockets, wallets, purses, and record every moment of your conversations with them. Zero. Zero, is the score I would give them in every aspects of their business. Shame on you Amerijove.

Amber was really great and very personable when I was speaking to her about my botox session being that it was my first time. She was very patient and listened to what I needed.

I went to Amerijuve approximately 6 weeks ago for my armpits and bikini line, and I saw pretty much 95% of the hair disappear. I go back this Friday for my second session, which Im sure will erradicate most of it. My results so far have been fantastic, the procedure itself is bit uncomfortable, but the results far outweigh the 15 minutes of discomfort. I LOVE not having to shave, well worth the money I paid through the Groupon. My husband is now interested in doing it.

I had previously been going to the Amerejuve in Kingwood for IPL treatments. Lets just say not all locations are created equal and leave it at that....My experience at the Memorial location was fantastic, My technician Rachel was knowledgeable and friendly, Id definitely recommend her.

As a recent ARDS survivor my tracheostomy scar serves a humbling reminder of how lucky I am. That being said, its easy to spot and 9 out 10 times Ive been asked about it or simply been stared at.After gaining a plethora of intel, I set an appointment at Amerejuve (River oaks). I met with Miriam and was very specific about wanting to keep my battle wound. I was prepared for the dreaded up sell once I entered the managers office. To my amazement we discussed the best option for me (none of the you should get a facial today haha) and was told I could pay when I come in for my first session. I was sold! placed debit card in the managers hand and paid in full (a struggling location would secure funds first). And in case youre wondering, yes, I have a morbid fear of salesmen/women.Had my first session last Saturday (03/14) and PTSD kicked in the minute I lay on the bed seeing gloves and a mask (nervous grin). The pain wasnt an issue, the view of lights, the equipment etc was traumatizing. 5 minutes into the procedure(felt like an eternity), Miriam steps out and comes back with her manager (Savannah) and Miriam starts where she left off. I nervously glanced at Savannah (wondering if something went wrong) and she moved closer so I didnt have to tilt my neck and Miriam was out of my peripheral view. Savannah held my hand and engaged me in a conversation about normal day to day stuff. Honestly, before I knew it, my session was over and I totally forgot about Miriam until she jumped up and said Youre done! see it was nothing.Im not big on reviews but they identified the uniqueness of my situation and improvised on distracting my mind - traits such as these cannot be integrated in employee training class. Ironically there was NO mention of my trach wound or personal questions whilst working on it. Walking in as a complete stranger, I did not expect much apart from tacky lines about my day etc (yawn) whereas now I have shared my experience with my friends and family (taking my mom in soon for a procedure). Cant wait for my next appointment! Thank you Miriam and Savannah! yall are awesome!
