I have been with Dr. Hearn office for about 10 years and if not longer. When you find a great physician and an excellent team especially Vanessa his Medical Assistant you really just dont want to go anywhere else. The laboratory person lady T. is an excellent blood drawer. But over all Dr. Hearn is the best physician on the East side of Houston. Give them a call and book you an appointment.

This man needs to find a different profession! If you have a common cold he may be alright but anything other than that please think strongly on going else where. I usually dont post but this one was a must.

Non professional care, lied to me, the staff always have my paperwork in orrect, and they laugh at patients, they dont answer the phone when you call. It is 2pm, I been here since 8am, room because no direct admit was written out correctly. If they cannot do their jobs then let them go, people lives are at Risk! I put one star because there is not a 0

I have been going to Dr Hearn for years. I love the people that work for him, the make me feel welcome. Today I had a bad expierence with the receptionist. I had a appointment today at 2:30, I arrived at 2:15 the lady told me I was late. Next time I had to be there at my scheduled time, we will go ahead and take you this time. I told her I was early. She said No that my appointment was 2:00, I tried calling and no one answered. I told her that I work during the day and I called back when I got off from work and no one answered. She didnt say anything else. The woman is in the business of the public. She was really rude to me, she is probably the same way with other people. She needs to change her attitude or change jobs if she is going to talk to people like that.

I was told I cant been seen because the Doctor because his name is not on the insurance card. Called the insurance company was told his name does not have to be on the card because of the plan I have. Change the name on the card anyway. After changing the name and getting a reference number was told by the receptionist its 15 pass my appointment time I have to reschedule. Reported her to office manager Tonya and she agreed with her staff. Tonya B final words were this is a business. My blood pressure was 180/110 and I took off for the appt but who care its a business right.....

My name is Cynthia and my INS did no carry my old dr on the plan so I pick Dr Hearn. I was early and it was a bit busy. The office personal was real nice and I was understanding because it can get busy in a Dr office. It took a while to get in but the nurse that took me vitals was real nice. Took them and the dr came in looked at me chart and with my blood pressure being high he did a EKG right there (never had that done before in my life). The test was abnormal and directed me to a specialist to get it looked at further. I will never go to my past dr again because he did not take the time to look into my condition more. All he wanted to do is talk about my weight and smoking and fill my meds or even up my med with out going further. I am so glad that Dr hearm took the time to look into my condition. The world needs more drs like him. I want to thank him personally and I will when I have my next dr appt. Thank you to the office staff that made the experience easy to bear and getting the referrals i needed in a timely manner. Thank you all......

Went to him for my kidney issues he gave me a prescription for meds. I took them and started burning horribly, I looked the meds up online and it said do not take if you have any kidney issues!!!! I had to stop taking them immediately. My husband tried calling to see why he did that and no one EVER returned our calls. That was the second time he gave me meds that I shouldnt have been taking. Thank God I have a better dr now!!!

I had a car wreck on july39, 2014:and got out of the hospital july27 2016. I have been and am still in pain from all the pelvis, knee, and ankle being rebuilt plus hip replacement surgeries. Ive been in terrible pain for 3 years and still am. I needed pain medicine, muscle relaxers ,antibiotics and antidepressants. I was told by a nurse in his office that he doesnt write prescriptions at all. He just does referrals. For 8 months Ive had to go to the emergency room to get the medicines for a quick fix then the E.vR. tells me to go to my primary care doctor and Dr Hearn says the E. R. Drvhas to refill that he justvdoes referrals. Am I the only one because if he is making money to give me a piece of paper to see another doctor, I can read the yeiiow pages.Ive got no use for a doctor that knows nothing about me after 8 months.
