Dr. Lux is an amazing doctor. Yes, some times he gets behind but that is because when you are in his office, he will answer every question you have. He takes the time to get to know you, gives you 100% of his attention and takes excellent care of you. Additionally, he referred me to both my lady and foot doctors, who also take excellent care of me. Thank you Dr. Lux and team.

This was my second experience with this Dr/office, time to sever ties. Last week called for an appointment and staff would not fit me in. Had to go to emergency room to be taken care off. Emergency room asked me to follow-up with my primary care Dr. called today 4 days prior to 7 days for follow-up and would not fit me in.... Would not recommend at all. His staff was the worst experience as well. Think i am being kind to give 1 star. G

Booked an appointment into Dr. Lux’s office due to swollen lymph nodes. I was called into the office and proceeded to sit in one of the visiting rooms for an hour before he came in. He suggested we run some blood tests, xrays, and an ultra scan. Everything was done in-house which was nice and I assumed I would have my results rather swiftly (also because Dr. Lux informed me I would), however here it is approaching 2 weeks and still have not heard anything.I have been calling into the office but the line is going directly to voicemail due to the influx of COVID vaccine calls. I have left voicemails for the past 3 days now and was even connected to the nurse’s line and still nothing. Very unprofessional practices with delayed results.

Dr Lux has a wonderful bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients & treats them with respect & empathy. He listens to your concerns & is interested in how you are feeling. I feel very confident in his ability to diagnose anything I present him with. My wife is also a patient of his & has always spoken highly of him. His staff is very friendly & helpful.

Dr. Lux can can get very busy and a bit behind, and his staff tends to get buried in paperwork, but they are worth the patience. I have a trusted relationship with him and count on his expertise and genuine interest in my well being. I can assure you that Dr. Lux keeps up in his field, is smart, and is conscientious. He listens carefully to his patients. He is not an ordinary physician.

The Worst Doctor Ever!My father has been a patient of Dr. Lux for 6 years and recently suffered a sudden stroke. Dr. Lux - Never once bothered to contact my father or our family to discuss my fathers condition. Not once did he make an effort or show concern or compassion for his patients condition. This is NOT the kind of Doctor we want caring for my father.

Dr. Lux has been my families physician for years. He is one of the most competent doctors I have ever seen, and he takes the time to answer every one of my questions. As a patient I feel strongly that I am in good hands.

Antiquated operations. Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time because the front desk clerk (who was obviously having a bad day - Im curious how common that is?) didnt communicate effectively to my doctor or his team that I was there. Called a couple times to follow up with my doctor but could only talk to his technician. Itd be nice to have an online portal that stores your info rather than them mailing it to me or asking if I have a fax machine..

Dr. Lux has been my primary physician for over 5 years. Appointments never feel rushed, he spends the time to listen, explain, talk and advice. Also, very careful to not over prescribe.

Everyone should have a doctor like Tom Lux. Im torn about posting this as he may get so many new patients that it will be hard to get an appt. with him. Its like one of your trusted friends became a doctor.
