I thought this was a very nice hospital. They have convenient plugs. The people at the front update you on events. I just hate how expensive the parking is. Surgery is already not cheap.

I got a tonsillectomy done here. Was extremely nervous because I have never had surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience during my surgery. Waiting rooms and surgery areas were super clean. All the staff was extremely helpful and surgery department was very well organized. Once I got to the surgery holding area I was not even nervous anymore, as the nurses, anesthesiologist, and all other medical staff were so genuinely nice and personable.Surgery went smoothly and recovery process was smooth with very helpful nurses. Definitely would choose this hospital again. I honestly have no complaints. On the way out, I told the nurse who had been helping me how surprised I was about how everything went and thanked her abundantly.

I was here with my mom for her surgery. I was out in the waiting room one of their nurse/receptionist wasnt exactly sure what her title was. She saw me shivering because hospitals are freezing, she gave me a warm blanket to cover in! It was so sweet and so nice of them.

Amy my Arabic translator was amazing! The accuracy is great service. Everything gets translated back to us in a good manner and we understand completely of what is going on. Id recommend it to any person.Very polite and calm voiced interpreter who truly care while speaking for you. Interpreter is very compassionate and helpful. Superior medical instrumentation in Houston, Texas.

6400 just raised their parking prices yet again. $15 for three hours, good luck trying to get in and out in less time than that. Staff constantly filling up spaces and never any open disabled parking. All I ever see parking there are blue scrubs. Need more dedicated patient parking areas.

The parking for this facility is a nightmare. The visit takes so long that the minimum youll pay is $10. There isnt any other option. I just go all the way to the top floor and park there. Then take elevator down to floor, then take another elevator back up to doctor. Time to leave? Go down to bottom floor, pay for parking, then go to other elevator to go up to floor. THEN DRIVE DOWN 12 FLOORS! No such thing as parking validation here. Get sick someplace else.

If you arrived by Life Flight or by Ambulance to the Trauma unit you might live. However if you walk in your survival percentage drops by 75%. They just completed the new Emergency Center and the waiting area is smaller without TVS and the construction quality sucks. Also the restrooms are dirty and nasty and the entire facility has the smell of DEATH and with the minimum wait of 12 hours.

The hospital is huge, I felt like a mouse in a maze. Valet park for $16, worth every dollar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was actually good.

The care Ive received here is mountains above others.All I had to do was concentrate on getting better.

Dirtiest hotest emergency room Ive ever seen. More homeless people than patients. Reds is open 24 hrs, but barely stocked after hours, and rude service. Sandwiches prepared at beginning of shift sit until sold,and pizza was almost raw. Cheese wasnt melted at all.

Terrible discharge process. The nurses that work here are lazy and very unprofessional. Nobody knows how to communicate with anybody. After being on the phone with them for almost an hour when the front desk lady finally picked up she tried to argue with us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

As nice newly remodeled private rooms and in the highrise its very pretty scenery to look out. The meals are okay its still a little hard to order. The lobby and waiting areas are very nice. Most of the employees are very nice to deal with. I have been here before and will come back. I recommend this place.

Great doctors, NIGHTMARE of a discharge process. Told us at 9am that my soon can be disalcharged and still here well after 5pm waiting to be discharged..... RIDICULOUS! 😡😡

After months of searching for answers at various hospitals in Austin we made a desperate trip to Houston. During our trip Memorial Herman was in the middle of remolding so it wasnt the cleanest. I also feel its a bit disorganized but would go back in a New York minute. My family member had more answers in a few weeks than the previous year. I would give five stars if the parking situation wasnt so terrible. The garage you park in is REALLY far away from pretty much any wing of the hospital but at least there is parking.

Filled with excellent Doctors and nurses who genuinely care about their patients. The reason I didnt give 5* is due to the exception. While looking for the emergency room we asked a passing DR. If he could tell us where it was. His response was too smirk and reply I dont know. Also the lady very obviously charged me twice for an item at the little in house convenient store. It was the only item I was purchasing so picking it up and scanning it, setting it down and then picking it up and scanning it again made no sense. But even two bad apples cant spoil this bunch of good people.

Great, caring doctors here. Im glad to see physicians who take such an interest in their patients. It is encouraged by staff and it shows in their care.

The place and the people were very engaging to watch and talk to. They took very good care for you when coming down for food and there nurse staff for your loved one.

It is a terrible place, a cousin has a Sirugia scheduled for 9:00 in the morning with Dr. Felinsky Melisa M. The doctor is very informal because at 2:00 in the afternoon he has not arrived at the hospital and since 9 In the morning tomorrow she has a whole team waiting for her to perform the minor sirugia to my cousin, it is a great disappointment

Doctors and staff are good and friendly. Most of the time Physicians at Memorial Hermann always behind the schedule due to their nature of work, attending other unexpected critical patients.Only concern is Parking fee. $11 for 2+ hours.Bit expensive. Other Memorial Hermann doesnt even charge (MMHS at S Gessner)Other than parking, everything okay.

Very modern and technical, but parking is $9 and you have to take it to 1 then transfer to a different bank. Other issue is the traffic outside come down Fannin from downtown to enter parking entrance.

The wait is so long in the waiting area and then when they finally call you to see the Doctor it another 10 to 20 minutes wait sometime they get behind on seeing patients but I wait.

There was a white naked man running in the parking lot and he scream,I bang Trump!!. Then when the hospital workers came out he ran. When I walked in I saw blood on the floor and walls. Most of thr nurses were just watching Greys anatom.

Worst hospital system in the Med Center. Go to Baylor, St. Lukes or somewhere else. I said I couldnt pay the full deductible amt at the time of my brain MRI and they cancelled my appointment. Will be switching back to Baylor health system after this.

Only issue is having to pay high price for parking. Coming from a small town it was a pain and unexpected. Didnt like we could not pay cash and could only use a credit card.

Doctor was running 45 minutes late. Spent two minutes with me and said you need more tests, schedule an appointment at the front desk. Blamed the front desk for running late.
