I had to send my sister to this facility. After a week I can see the people do not care for the patients with needs as they should. they spend more time laughing at them. When you have a loved one that has had a stroke and they are not always in their right mind care givers shouldnt be laughing at them. Where is your compassion? they tell me there is not sheet on the bed because it is an air mattress.... which is total BS. I cant wait to get her out of there. It isnt very clean either. the hand cleaner by elevator was empty. the hand towels were empty in her room. Just very upset about this place. I havent even heard from a Doctor.

A friend of a friend was a patient here. Id rather not visit at any hospital anywhere! But I was very impressed by the staff, they tended to her and others as if they were all family! I hope they know what a difference there kindness made to the patient and their families!! Good Job!!

Squared away smooth operation. Super happy with the care. No hiccups. Would recommend this hospital to all of my friends and family.

My mom goes Here because before she loved the staff until she had to be put in ICU because their census is low remind you my mom is fine just recovering from a surgery thats all so as my mom is in pain she of course asks the nurse well they get pissy and disrespectful because they have to out their phones down I feel as my mom isnt getting the best care there so I would not recommend this place at all

Be careful when looking for a LTACH this one is constantly understaffed with employees that lack attention or desire. They do good here to provide to just provide basic care. Understandably they are new, so hopefully they will get better as they get older.

I was never pleased with the service I received. From the doctors and nurses right down to the people serving the meals. Everything was excellent.

Nursing staff is very kind. Wound care is superior. Daily wound care visits and my wounds are doing great , almost healed. Anyone that is looking to come to this hospital , they will be in great hands.

I was very pleased with my care they were all very helpful and seemed to care about my well being .

This place is one of the worst places to send your love ones. The nurses are rude and very unprofessional. The neglect the needs of their patients and have tons of falls. Rounding on patients is not done. Lots of secondary infections caused and they dont even make up the beds. The doctors only care about money and will keep them there forever as long as the insurance is still paying. Please go with Kindred its a way nicer facility.

My mother is in this place and I have never talked with her on the phone in the room because it doesnt work.Im in another state but I can tell you this she had a bad experience there.
