After 6 years and 3 GI physicians, I was lucky to find Dr. Herman. He is a rare physician that Cares about wellbeing of patients. He has been accessible every time I had a question. He has call me back at 7:00 pm on Friday night to ensure I get my answer. He is a TRUE doctor.

My mother used Dr. Herman for many years and now I have used him for almost 20 years. He is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He takes the time to call you to discuss results personally instead of having a nurse do it. I really appreciate that because it gives you the opportunity to ask questions.

Dr. Hermann is a fantastic doctor and has the best eyes in the business when it comes to colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. For gastroenterology visits, he is kind and attentive and really listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. I have been a patient for years and am very satisfied.

Very disapointed with the way I was teated when tried to resolve medical bills ordered by Dr Herman - Used In Network Dr and Hospital but Labs were sent to Out of Network Pathologist and could not get any help from Hospital or Billing company so i called Dr Herman office for help and they give me an email that did not work. The bills are still outstanding

Went in for an appointment, could not locate the office and called the number provided but after I mentioned my name and that I needed help locating the office the lady dropped the line, I kept calling back and she would hang up. Made it to the surgery located behind the main building which had a huge sign post, here I was given a map to locate the office. Arrived at the office and tried to apologize and tell the receptionist or nurse why I was late but with such a disdainful look she kept insisting but theres the address on the appointment reminder sent to you eventually she decides to confirm if Dr. Herman will be willing to see me, picks up the phone dials and says the 8:15 is here, on hearing this, I politely walked out of the office.

Ive been going to Dr Herman for 15 years. He is an absolutely magnificent physician who is a master at his craft. I recommend him highly.
