I had the worst experience today with his staff. I was 15 minutes late after searching for their office at the Woodlands hospital area for45 min . I called them for 45 minutes to try to get help to find their office. They never answered the phone! I have never been treated so rudely by their staff when I finally got there. I had 3 people see me frantic, and they stopped to help me -( they worked at the hospital area). I am 78 years old. I had walked a very long way exhausted and had to park 2 times. Any doctor that has such an office staff that is so inconsiderate of an elderly person in a frantic situation, I will not ever recommend! It almost made me sick. I was so out of breath and hurting physically from a recent gall bladder surgery and the walking. THEN turned away.

I would not trade him for any other GI doctor anywhere. He has been very good to both me and my husband. He is an excellent doctor, and I am very lucky to have found him! His entire staff are very nice and helpful too. If I could post more than five stars, I would give him a thousand stars! Thank you, Dr. Shah, for being there for both my husband and me.

No personality very cold; questioned my systoms like he did not believe me. Oh and try to get an appointment is horrible. Line is always busy, recording says book online which they have no ability to do such. Always have to wait to have someone call you back to schedule. Once in you better talk quick so he can get on with his day.

All the Drs here are great. The staff is always helpful and genuinely care.
