The doctors office is a place to diagnose patients, but they do not allow patients with any symptoms to come to the office. What are they doing? If people feel well then they dont need to see a doctor. The medical assistant talking on the phone was not sympathetic. I had a bad experience at this office.

My handicapped plaque expires at the end of the month so, I needed a signed form from my primary doctor. Someone in her office said she could do that. When I asked, the doctor told me she doesn’t do it. I let her staff know of my other medical concerns and additional reasons for my appointment. They ignored all that and put me down for a physical. They told me there was no co-pay. Upon leaving, they told me I didn’t get a physical so they charged the co-pay. The doctor asked a lot of questions wanted to refer me to a specialist. I didn’t get anything at all that I scheduled the appointment for. Basically, it was a waste of my time. I doubt I’ll be seeing her again.

I can’t believe how KIM , the lady who answered the phone today, can work as receptionist there. I had not met her in person yet. However, her tone and her attitude of handling a basic receptionist ‘s task really turned me off.I wish I could record the conversation and show it to the doctors there.I now feel bad for my new Md there , Dr Nancy Hoang, who is very caring. It s not fair for her office to get this 1 star review because of Kim. I m sure because of Kimmany patients and especially new patients have to stop going there. Kim, I hope one day you can realize that only positive energy can bring a better life for you.

Would love to comment on the care given at this establishment but the problem is getting past the receptionist who thinks she owns the place, rude and unhelpful. the reviews i have read on this place are all similar, doctor sounds good but who knows why they keep the front desk staff, must be a relative.

I don’t know who the lady that answers the phone is but every comment that is being said that she has horrible customer service is completely true. She is rude, short answers and needs a crash course on how to deal with people. I am very surprised how bad someone can be on the phone. I feel bad for the doctors that work in this clinic because they are losing business due to her poor skills. I was literally told to look elsewhere because my insurance did not take them and before I could explain what I was told by my insurance company, I had already been hung up on. If this is any indication on the care in this facility, STAY AWAY!

I am so happybI found Dr Hoang,She is so very kind and never rushed with my visit.The office staff are so caring also.I dont know why the reviews are low....I know when I come for my Dr Visit Dr Hoang will get me well.I had no idea my blood count was very low from my yearly check up,Dr Hoang contacted me while reviewing my blood work.She advised me to go to the ER for blood transfusion.I actually needed 2 units of blood.I have my energy back and more than grateful Dr Hoang getting me well.Great Doctors Office.

This review is strictly for whoever answers the phone. They need to work on their “people skills”. I didn’t even make it in to see the doctor.I called about coming in as a new patient because I’m new to the area. I had 5 positive pregnancy tests and I have been slightly cramping and bleeding. I just wanted to make sure everything was normal, as a precaution, and the girl that answered said “go to the emergency room or urgent care. We don’t take new patients now”. It was a pretty rude response. I could find 10 better ways to tell someone that they aren’t taking new patients. And, to tell me to go to the ER or urgent care is even worse advice. It was basically an attitude like “it’s not my problem, so I don’t care.”

Receptionist was horrible I simply asked for an estimate for a check up, she asked what symptoms I had I said a sore throat and light sneezing she said that we don’t take patients for that and straight just hung up on me!! Mind you I have asthma and allergy’s, I really just wanted to get checked for food poisoning but couldn’t even get that information in before she hung up on me. I just went to the review section to see if anyone else felt this way and I’m not surprised!!! Narcissist alert

Be honest! Dr Hoang and Dr Ngo are very nice with their patients! I hope both Dr can read this review and fire Kim ( the Vietnamese lady at front desk)ASAP before they could lose all patients . Kim is rude,unprofessional attitude when she answers the phone.

There is many doctors in town but the only I trust is this doctors, he so nice with patients and listening to the patients.

Dr. Hoang was very helpful, informative, and caring. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a primary care physician. Also their office was super helpful and scheduled me the same day as a new patient when I really needed them!

Kim, the receptionist here sounds miserable and clearly hates her job.Third time calling about some medicine that was supposed to be sent to pharmacy. She lied and said she called. I called back after checking missed calls and voicemail because I was upset with her tone. She then started playing games by placing me on extended holds as I was talking as to cut me off.Get a new receptionist. Preferably a professional one.

Great doctor. Willing to talk you through any questions. Will give you a list of specialist doctors in the area. Very polite doctor and staff.

Both doctors are nice. The problem is their staff. They just dont care about the patients. I made an appointment for a flu shot for my daughter; when I call back to check and confirm the appointment. They said call back in 1 week. Call back again. They said no flu shoot is available!!!? This is November of 2018. Flu season is here and they have no flu shoot !!!

I felt very sad when talked with their staff on the phone. I even did not finish my conversation but the lady hangs up her phone. Treating new patient in this way is quite terrible.

I cant really say much about the physician, but I called as a new patient to establish care and had a pretty odd and terrible experience with the person who answered the phone. I have a few small ongoing things with skin and stuff, but no major health issues. I just thought it would be easier to have a PCP in Houston (now that Ive moved here) rather than wait until something went terribly wrong and I needed a prescription for something major. What I got in response, was a front desk/receptionist/nurse person who wanted to know every prescription Im on to see if the doctor would be able to refill them before we made an appointment. Thats really a conversation with the doctor, Id say. If the doctor thinks my prescription antacid is inappropriate, we can discuss it. Since Im not taking narcotics or opioids or anything remotely questionable, I have no idea where any of this was coming from...basically, it scared me away from going to this provider and Ive selected someone else. You have to understand, Ive had the same provider for 30-some years and shes amazing...but she isnt in Houston. So to be treated like a drug-seeker before Ive even been seen is really crazy to me. Im not in pain, I dont need meds. Heck, I dont even need refills for a while...I just moved. Its completely inappropriate to treat new patients like criminals without meeting them and having a conversation. Also, maybe let the provider decide what he/she will or will not prescribe in a discussion with the patient when its relevant to do so.

Dr Ngoc and Dr Hoang are exceptional doctors. They both make sure you are well very taken care of. They call me and give me details without me having to speak to their nurses or medical assistance. They answer all and every of my questions without hesitation. !!!!

Dr. Ngoc is very caring and takes his time with patients. The staff is very friendly and prompt. You wont find yourself waiting for ever just to see your doctor. I highly recommend this clinic!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Hoang for many years now. She is a fantastic doctor whos bedside manner and personality shows she genuinely cares for her patients. Her front office staff is always very helpful and finds ways to conveniently get us in.

Im a new patient at this practice and have been treated by both Dr. Hoang and Ngo. Both doctors are extremely nice, thorough, and professional.

I tried calling twice today. The first time the receptionist answered the phone speaking very fast and placed me on hold. She kept coming back to the line then placing me back on hold again. Then the phone hung up. The second time I called, she answered speaking fast again then placed me on hold. She came back on the line and sounded like she just woke up. I could barely understand her. I told her I need to make an appointment (I would be a new patient). She asked me what insurance I have and I told her. She then placed me on hold AGAIN. Then another girl answers the phone with attitude...HOW CAN I HELP YOU? I told her dont worry about it. Bad first impressions....

Dr. Hoang was very polite and welcoming and i am positive that she is a good doctor. but you guys need to fix your staffs attitude. told to hold as soon as someone picks up the phone or the line is busy majority of the time. When i left the visit no one told me how long i would wait to receive my blood work back they just tell you youre good to go. thirdly they dont wait to see how you react to blood being taken out so be cautious sending your teen on their own, i was OUT of it when i left and was feeling super loopy. soon as i get my results back, i will make sure not to use this place for doctor visits. This is just my opinion but if youre willing to just stick with terrible service then good luck but Dr.Hoang you were good to see but im not all up for terrible customer service.

Mrs. Hoang is totally awesome. Her bedside manners are very personable and welcoming. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a pt. for several years.

We have been using this husband and wife team of doctors for the last 5 years and I seriously cant say one bad thing about them. The appointments are always on time and there is never a long wait for appointments. If I have a problem they always seem to squeeze us in and I had some bad issues with blood work and Dr Ngo kept after this, between the cardiologist and endocrinologist and finally was the catalyst for me getting in and having a this resolved once and for all through bariatric means.The staff have always been great and we consider them tops as family doctors.I was sent here by a friend and have since recommended them to other friends and we all have stayed with this practice.

Dr. Nancy is an amazing physician. I would recommend her to anyone. Her front office staff on the other hand have become increasingly worse of the past 2 years. You call and youre immediately put on hold for upwards of 5 minutes. There customer service skills are horrible. I remain frustrated with each phone call to her office.

Dr. Hoang helped my mother give birth to me in Conroe. Nice woman.

Dr. Hoang has been great to her patients but the staff, such as Kim, have a huge attitude. This will lose more patients than it gains.

She is very nice and listens to your problems.
