I love Dr. Loya and all of her nurses and the receptionist. I have never felt more welcomed or even more comfortable in a doctors office than I have at this facility. I thank God I found them!

Dr. Huerta is a very nice Dr. but it has become harder everyone getting an appointment when you need it. I have been a patients for probably 4 or 5 years, but why would you like to have a primary doctor when every time you call they want to give you an appt. in a week or 2. Once I have shingles, when I could get the appt it was so late I could not have a proper treatment and suffered for like 5 days. Now it’s my ear and they don’t have anything until next week. So sad, but it has no point to keep him as a primary doctor.

Dr. Alfredo Huerta Jr. is an excellent physician! I was referred to him by my sister who spoke VERY highly of him. I was very sick and he saw me that day, diagnosed me and referred me to a specialist. I had surgery and I am much better now. I have been his patient ever since. He is very patient, thorough & kind! He really takes his time with his patients and treats you like a person...not a payment! If you are looking for a family physician, I would highly recommend Dr. Alfredo Huerta Jr.!

Dont waste your time making an appointment

Dr. Huerta has been my physician and my familys physician for over 10 years. Dr. Huerta has always intently listened to our health concerns and has always provided solid advice.We have moved to other physicians for brief periods of time, but did not feel comfortable as we did with Dr. Huerta. Since the very beginning, Dr. Huerta has treated us with respect and we do not plan on leaving any time soon!

Dr. Huerta is a very nice doctor and many members of my family and myself have visited his practice for years. Unfortunately within the past 2 (or so) years, the staff in the front is extremely rude. They ignore you, you ask a question and they are extremely rude. Dr. Huerta is a Spanish speaker, so a lot of his patients are Spanish speakers as well; however, both ladies in the front feel those types of patients are not worth their time. If you call to schedule an appointment, if they answer, don’t expect them to be of any help or assistance. They are not friendly. Not sure why they are in healthcare, if they don’t want to deal with people on a daily basis. Find another doctor, it’s not worth dealing with them.

I do not recommend Dr. Huerta, He ordered extra exams I did not authorize. I told him to not ordered because it wasnt covered under my policy, he still did for benefit himself. Dishonest behavior.

Dr Huerta and his office staff provide professional, courteous care every time I go to or call the office. There is never a long wait, everyone takes time to listen and follow up is great. Plus I can have lab work done right in the office. Could not ask more from a physician or office staff.

I arrived at the office on time for my first appointment, and as soon as I finished my new patient paperwork, I was taken back to the op. The nurse went over my medical history, and within three minutes of her wrapping up and leaving the room, Dr. Huerta came in. Dr. Huerta was punctual (I have never been in a medical office where I wasnt waiting at least an hour)! He was efficient in the time he took with me, getting to the point effectively in the direct questions he asked. Dr. Huerta addressed a few reg flags he felt I should address to take better care of my health, but he did it in a professional, kind manner, so I felt at ease during the whole appointment. Very knowledgeable Doctor, who addressed ALL of my questions with insight and professionalism. Dr. Huerta is a keeper and will be my permanent family physician! Great experience!

They try so hard to get as many visits as they can out of a patient. We went Friday... Doctor didnt give my mom the necassary medication and only said she can take over the counter pain killers. Called today after she got much worse and asked for Antibiotics. Clinic said they cant do it over the phone and needs to bee visited again. We said sure, no problem, when should we come and they said sorry we dont have time available. True story!

Dr Huerta is a great doctor, my problem is the front desk help, very rude and unprofessional. My Dad went to see the doctor to get his diabetic meds prescription. He was told the prescription would be send to the pharmacy so he could get them mailed to him. Two weeks later nothing had arrived, he called the doctors office and the front lady told him the medicine had been mailed already. When Dad called the pharmacy he was told they did not receive his prescriptions from the doctors office. Dad drove to the doctors office, and the front lady was extremely rude and didnt even let him talk, and had the nerve to tell Dad you were the one who called mad yesterday

Staff is very rude. They dont listen to the patients. If youre not a people person dont work in a place like this!!!

Dr Huerta is a excellent doctor. I can go his office and not wait 2 hours to be seen. He is a very direct and positive doctor which I like. I truly appreciate his honesty and his professional manner. His office staff is always pleasant.

Super fast and professional. Front office is very helpful. In and out with my tetanus shot in 20 minuets!!! That’s even with him visiting with me and asking about my family! Not super high tech, but if it saves me 2 hours of wait time...

The worst I’ve ever been to. This “doctor” is a joke. I went to him because of his “good ratings” worst decision. He does not know how to talk to patients in a professional matter or compassionate at all. He argued with me instead of listening to my symptoms. He said I could tell him one symptom but I had to make another appointment and come back for the other symptom. Seriously, who says that!!?? Then arguing with me on why I think I need my vitamin D checked, umm maybe because I’ve had my vitamin D low in the past and I want it checked. Horrible doctor, I had to walk out of there in tears. I Do NOT recommend him to nobody.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Huerta for 6+ years. Hes always very attentive (he listens to my health complaint and concerns). My wait time and visit is always quick (Im able to get in and out on my lunch break) with quality service. Ive never waited more than 10 mins in the waiting area. The office is easily accessible and clean. You should be able to talk to your Doctor openly about all of your health concerns and needs. I have that in Dr. Huerta.

Absolute quack. I came to this Dr suffering from extreme anxiety and panic attacks. He was a pompous arrogant little man who wrote me a prescription for an Anti depressant, I was and am not depressed and an anxiety medication I have previously been prescribed but the dosage was so low it did nothing to help. This was supposed to be a short term med that would act quickly, well it did not. After taking the meds in the am I began having a panic attack so I called his office. After 2 hours I received a call back informing me that the medicine had to build up to work, I told the receptionist yes, 1 does but the other is supposed to work quickly until the other has built up. She then told me he said theyre was nothing else he could do for me go to the ER!!! What a joke. How about a different anxiety med or dosage change. He treated me as though I was an addict looking for something to get me high. I was completely offended. I told her I came to you all for help and this is how Im treated. Drs are supposed to help u. I am obviously not an addict just somebody extremely overwhelmed and unable to cope with my anxiety. Obviously this Drs office is not interested in helping people.

Went in for my first wellness visit which is 100% covered by my insurance. Office personnel told me I was required to pay $275 for the visit. I asked why when the wellness is cover and the office manager answered what if you need medication? So I asked if I didnt need a prescription, do I get the $275 back? Of course not. So they are just over charging their customers for no reason. Horrible. They are not concerned with client wellbeing at all.

The staff of this doctor is incredible incompetence! He lied to me, the doctor did not call you, I am obliged to consult another doctor to be finally good care !. What a waste of time for my state of health!

This place is really unprofessional , I called to schedule an appointment, i gave them my insurance info and they told me they accepted ,when i went to the office the day of the appointment they told me they dont accept my insurance so I missed all my time going there. That isnt right :-(

This doctor is no help. Prescribe me with something that I never got because he never called the pharmacy. Not very good experience, dont recommend him to anybody.

Rude stuff

Terrible service, they serve reluctantly, they dont listen to patients .... unfortunate. I did not believe that such places existed today.

Very bad care, not only with me but with other people who asked questions in front of me, I went for a pain in the lower part of my back and I also asked for a blood test and he told me to go fasting, I went fasting all for nothing Because the doctor told me that I couldnt do the blood test because I had to make an appointment again. They didnt do a urine test to rule out any infection. The dentist gave me a piece of paper to fill it out and and the girl across the street told me that They couldnt give it to me this Friday. Until Monday and they didnt assure me and with a bad attitude, apart from that they wanted to charge me when I have 5 free visits, it is easier for them to charge than to speak to ask.
