I had an amazing experience at my first visit. Anthony was very attentive and helpful. But the last couple of times Ive called to do a telemedicine appointment, they happily take my $35 over the phone, but either send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy or dont send it for days and no one ever answers the phone when I try to follow up. If I leave a message, I never get a call back. Super disappointed.

I wouldnt venture in there for the pharmacy or to see a medical professional at all. I have Asthma and they are not setup for it at all. It took 5 days for me to get my inhaler. My nebulizer treatment wasnt completed because they ran out of oxygen in he tank and didnt have the correct adapter to hook me up to a new one. They are good for the simple cold remedies.

Dr.Dunn has been my families PCP for many years now and will continue to be. Her staff are all amazing and care about you. We always get a telephone response within reason. We get referrals quickly done. We have had a variety of issues from infections to ailments that have needed surgeries over the years. They do some test there which makes life easier for us. They call with results as soon as possible. We love that their hours are later a few days a week. I recently was treated with a bad ear infection and I needed some things done which would take them away from their lunchtime and none of them wavered in their care. They all genuinely cared how I was feeling and did what was necessary for me. We absolutely highly recommend Dr. Dunn and her team!

Anthony, the nurse practitioner, is both thorough and compassionate. The staff is friendly and do their best to help with referrals, etc. I moved but I still go to this office because of my great experiences here.

Great if all youre looking for is narcotics. She never once did a real exam on me, just asked me what hurt, and prescribed large amounts of drugs to help me. So glad I didnt end up dead under her care.

Dr Dunn is a great doctor. However they allow you to email in from their website to either set up an appointment or get refills. I have emailed in 2 or 3 times and I never get a response. Sometimes even when I call in I have a hard time getting a call back. and when I do its when they are closing. Other than that Dr. Dunn is a great doctor.

Great doctor! I got in quickly and they reviewed my issues thoroughly. If youre looking for a new primary doctor I highly recommend trying Dr. Dunn

Really hard to make an appointment!! I called 3 times, left a message on voicemail and submitted 3 online appointment requests. I can’t seem to get through. I was looking forward to coming in due to the good reviews and proximity to my home but how can I even find out if I can’t make an appointment?!?! I just moved back to Houston and have on going health issues and need a local doctor. Guess I’ll keep looking.

Medical staff are awesome but severely let down by the office staff.This is a similar opinion to those reflected in other reviews (including reviews with high ratings) and with reason.Dr Anthony correctly diagnosed a broken bone which was confirmed by an X-ray I had on Thursday. On Friday I was told I need a referral. It is now Monday afternoon and I have not heard from the office staff. Not sure who thinks 4 days between getting the results of an X-ray showing fracture and receiving a referral is acceptable but I dont. I wish I knew where i could make a formal complaint.

Always see nurse practitioner feel like I dont have a primary doctor. Although he is really nice and does a great job.

Found my new doctor. Nice office and staff. Mostly adult patients. However, they have a bad habit of not picking up the phone. You shouldnt have to leave a message to get a hold of your doctors office (during normal business hours).

Referred me for testing and never provided me with results. I don’t think they ever reviewed the test report. I had to call and call to get a response. Very concerning.

Call and call and call over several months time. Leave message with automated system promising a response the same day, even fill out the form for an appointment on the website and NEVER get any kind of response.
