Dr. G is always easy going and soft spoken. She makes you feel relaxed and calm even if you think you are about to keel over. You will leave her office with confidences knowing everything will be fine.

I’ve been taking my oldest son there since he was small when I needed to go somewhere quickly with no appointment. Sometimes you may have to wait a little but it isn’t that bad all the staff including the doctor are very sweet and personable just went for my well woman’s exam and it went great all my concerns were addressed I highly recommend it

Nice enough doctor but horrible office and medical practice. Absolutely nobody answers the phone to deal with medical bills, etc. and the doctor draws blood for lab tests that absolutely requires fasting when your not fasting and says oh well, you can do the test again, meanwhile that test result is permanently in the record, so it throws off the critical accuracy of your trended Quest lab data. Unfortunately, important details do not matter here and will likely leave you frustrated!

I love Dr Jennifer, she is very knowledgeable and provides true doctor - patient relationship. My entire family is now under her care. Shes always sweet and patient. I came for a check up last August 29 and I waited a little bit. Probably the lady at the front desk could use some kindness and provide some customer service, but other than that I dont come for the receptionist, I come for her, her expertise and all her skills in providing care.

She is a great doctor. She watched and cared for my two daughters health and mine as well. 20 plus years going with Dr. Gwozdz. Last 4 years also my brother. She is wonderful and very honest. She truly cares and thats what I look for in a doctor. Thank you.

Colleen at the front desk is the greatest. We have been coming to Dr. Jenn for going on 8 years now. Its a bit of a wait sometimes, but worth it. I prefer the Hwy. 6 location over the Katy location. Colleen at the front desk handles the referrals quickly, and its very much appreciated.

O stars for this horrible doctor. I needed birth control for my 19 year old daughter. I spent money on one visit she would only prescribe 1 month of birth control. I tried to get another month until I could get my daughter in for a Pap smear that the doctor demanded or she would not give her any more birth control. Money hungry old hag do not go to this doctor. She is a horrible b!!ch.

They charged me the double and they charged both my cards so they basically stoled from me be careful with these ppl when giving them your card information. They’ll be soon hearing from me

Ive been to see Dr Jennifer several times she had always been very professional addressed all I needed never a problem never there that long very satisfied with Dr Jennifer.

The most unprofessional staff that I’ve ever seen! I went there to see the Dr cause I have a Urinary infection. She prescribed antibiotics and 2 days later I’m still feeling as bad as when I went there, I’m still have fever and after trying to call many times, they never answer the phone, you could be dying and they won’t return your call.The lady in the front is rude and they just open until 11:30 amDon’t waste your time or money, this is a 3rd world clinic or worse.

Despite reading the reviews I decided to give this clinic a try.I walk in at 11AM, the receptionist took my insurance and DL copy and asks me for the reason for my visit. I then tell her I’m mainly here for a Rx of Provera and to treat my eczema she then tells me if I’m here for a sick visit or WWE. I told her well if you guys can squeeze me in for a WWE I’ll go for that and also prescribe me Provera. She told me they couldn’t prescribe me anything unless I was there for a sick visit. So of course I chose sick visit.I’m called in a 1:06pm ONLY TO be told I couldn’t be prescribed Provera unless I did a WWE. Mind you I have plans at 2pm Bc for one I did not plan to be seen 2 hours after later.The tone of the Nurse Practitioner is what I think got me upset, “we cannot prescribe you nothing only eczema” I asked her you mean to tell me I have been sitting in the lobby for 2 hours just to not be prescribed what I originally came in for? On top of that your receptionist told me something completely different from what you’re telling me right now.” She also had a nasty tone with the MA who was trying her best to contact the Dr. GwozdzI asked for a refund and all of a sudden we need a password in order for me to be refunded which is funny Bc a password wasn’t needed to process my payment.Save your time and energy. I am in the medical field I have worked front desk and currently work back office I would never have let all this mess happen to a patient of mine. Specially wait 2 hours to be seen. That is why I hold a high standard to medical offices.

My wife went in for a pain in her side and was refereed to an X-ray . Never called back with the results.

Went there yesterday because Im having a real bad cold and my asthma was flaring up got there about 5, 6:30 was told that I had two people ahead of me who had been sitting for some time after seeing only three people leave with still a room full I left and went to Walmart to find over the counter medicine along with my breathing treatments, and today the office leaves a message that I missed my appointment and to call and reschedule that was my first and last time never again will I go there.

VERY FRIENDLY, & PROFESSIONAL

Most non professional doctor. Not ready to listen. Staff doesnt know what the word cooperation means. Dont recommend.
